- fb236e10ead173699b982a72bcd41e7d (5/5): Lovely staff but poor wifi - Staff were lovely, Room is nice, clean, water and OJ and sparkling water free and often replaced which is nice. They noticed I drank all of the water and the next day I had even more given. One lift was out of use and the internet was almost unusable. I would not reccomend if you have to do work video calls etc. Room has an open bathroom type situation so very limited privacy for more than one person. Also lounge and amenity access is on a hierarchy/points/membership system which is so hyper-capitalist it's gross.

- Hamza (9/5): Agréable séjour à Gangnam au AC Hotel By Marriott - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié moi et ma fille notre séjour dans cette hôtel à Gangnam. Chambre avec vue panoramique et très bien équipée. Toute la restauration est de bonne qualité que ce soit le petit déjeuner, le room service ou le restaurant du rooftop. Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel. J’ai également beaucoup aimé les installations du SPA qui restent accessibles jusqu'à tard la nuit. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Étant habitué aux grandes chambres, j’ai trouvé la chambre un peu étroite au début. Ils ont aussi quelques suites, mais n'étaient pas disponibles lors de mon séjour. Mais ça a été largement compensé par la qualité des équipements.

- Kateryna (9/5): Great place to stay and move around. - The room, the the location, the food and the restaurant were great. But the staff was excepcional, very detail oriented, helped us to understand and find so many different places and things around Seoul as it was our first time visiting.

- Weena (10/5): Pleasant stay - Location is great, close to Yeoksam station exit 4. Room is spacious, clean and has good view of Gangnam. Provides free access to lounge that provides free coffee all day. Facilities were great and polite staff. Expect what you will with Marriott Bonvoy hotel group :) The hotel itself is great but options of restaurants around might be limited as this location is a bit further away from the Main Street of Gangnam.

- X1680KQandrewk (10/5): Good hotel for a business trip - I stayed here recently for work. I was able to get checked in very early around 10am and was able to get an upgraded room. Minibar items are free. They sent me a fruit plate which was nice. The rooftop bar is great and you can select drinks there as a welcome amenity. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I expect to go back again on future business trips.

- RAPHAEL (9/5): Excelente opção em Gangnam - Confortável hotel em Gangnam, bairro sossegado e organizado, atendimento impecável, opções de restaurantes na região e próximo das principais ruas do bairro. Excelente café da manhã com boas opções e atendimento muito bem organizado! Também curti a cama do quarto ampla e confortável. O chuveiro também uma boa ducha. O excelente hotel acaba sendo um pouco caro e um pouco fora do agito, tem um perfil maior pra viagens a trabalho. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas bem arrumado.
- Nastasia (9/5): Loved it an would come again! - I love how close it is to the metro but geographically it is a bit far from the city center. It doesn’t bother me, but could bother other travellers. The hotel itself is great, it is my second time staying there. Good facilities, helpful staff and very functional rooms. The massage chair was an incredible plus this time around! Nothing stands out. I have no complaints regarding the hotel. The only things is that the price has gone up since last time I stayed there. I understand it might be because of the location, but it is a bit pricey.

- Nikhil941 (10/5): Business trip - good hotel - Stayed at this hotel for recent business trip to Seoul. On the whole, it was a good stay with a comfortable room, which had all the amenities that you needed to make it comfortable for a business traveller. The service was good and front desk also was very efficient. As it relates to the food, I tried some room service for breakfast, and then I had a buffet breakfast on one morning. It was nice overall. Nothing fancy but as you’d expect from a business hotel. Hotel was located quite well in Gangnam district with easy access to a number of restaurants and a little bit of shopping. If there is just one thing I’d like to note, it’s that the room was a little bit smaller than I would have expected at that price point, but having said that it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was on point. Bathroom had everything you needed (except a dental kit as apparently that is not provided as per a law in Korea!).

- SOOJIN (10/5): 최고최고 - 3박 일정이었습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 빠르고 직원들이 정말 친절해요. 역삼역 4번 출구에서 1분컷이라 접근성 좋고 바로 앞에 gs25를 비롯한 강남 음식점들이 즐비해서 부족함이 없었습니다. 매일 하우스키핑 깔끔하게 해주시고 특히 호텔 내 사우나가 너무나 맘에 듭니다. 밤에 내려가면 거의 아무도 없는데 여독이 풀리는 느낌...! 강남쪽 일정이시면 위치 서비스 시설 어느 하나 부족하지 않은 메리어트 추천합니다

- Venus (10/5): - If you are travelling for business, this is the hotel you are looking for. It's in Gangnam. The subway is around the corner. The hotel has a business lounge. The coffee is great. There is a 24-hour Korean restaurant opposite to the hotel.
- Datcy (10/5): Best stay closer to Commercial hub - Previledged to stay in this hotel for a short duration. The hotel staff was kind and supportive. Rooms clean and suit for a solo traveller. Accomodation is closer to city center and public transport. Helpdesk is very cooperative and room service was quick too. Food was excellent !
- Johnny (10/5): - The hotel was in a great location, in the middle of the Gangnam District, a 2-minute walk to the Yeogsam subway station. The room was spacious, clean, modern, stylish, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious and affordable. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

Additionally, the king-bed room was smaller than expected.

- Anastasija (3/5): Highly disappointed - It was fair hotel. WiFi was good. Unfortunately, this time I do not have positive review. I was highly disappointed by unprofessional attitude of the female staff member who was checking me in. It was a shame that none of members could provide me with the contact of AC Hotel management team email address. They were searching for it online for 10 minutes and then kindly asked me to do the same or call US number. Rooms are really small, with no wardrobe or place where you can put the clothes. No pool (as the lady rightfully noticed that it was the hotel for business, hence no pool. They have kids play zone though. Strange!) Quite poor selection of dining room service, in terms of food and drinks. Very limited. And please, avoid sauna as it is electric and super dry, which literally burns the skin after 3 minutes in the sauna. That's a shame, as you can't bear the pain and move around if you sit there for over 5 minutes. Lots of members reported at the time. It costs same or more than anywhere else, but service is much lower, to be honest. Shame, I chose this hotel and neither my director remained pleased with the choice. Still struggle to reach AC hotel management team. Thanks.
- Nicholas (10/5): Perfect. - Nice hotel in a great location right next to the Metro (subway). Not too far from the Lotte World Tower and Olympic stadium. Starbucks reserve nearby. Clean, well maintained hotel with great front desk staff who speak excellent English. Nice, well appointed, sized room. Highly recommended!
