Victoria was one or the many good hotel team who helped me with not only for hotel matters but many things to explore the city and local spots which made my trip very fruitful!

- Roland (9/5): Best stay ever - The rooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped. What really amazed me is that they are cleaned everyday. The breakfast menu is pretty diverse to accommodate the international population there. They will provide some juice and yogurt for free. If you are going there for the Canton fair they provide free transportation there and refreshments. Honestly this is one of the best experience I had. In addition, the staff is super polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back The restaurant menu could be a little more diverse. If you are staying there for more than a week you might want to look for other options dinner wise.

Fue mi primera visita a China y tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme durante tres semanas junto a mi hermano, lo cual hizo aún más importante contar con un entorno cómodo y un servicio de alto nivel. Quisiera destacar de manera especial la atención de Leo y Victoria, quienes, con un trato cálido y genuino, lograron que nos sintiéramos como en casa —o incluso mejor— durante toda nuestra estadía. Su profesionalismo y calidad humana marcaron una diferencia notable. El hotel ofrece habitaciones cómodas, un desayuno variado y de excelente calidad, y un servicio en general impecable. Sin embargo, lo que más nos llamó la atención fue la dedicación del personal: cada detalle estaba cuidadosamente pensado para el huésped. Durante nuestra estancia por la feria de Cantón, el hotel facilitó transporte diario, y al finalizar cada jornada nos recibían con un snack y una botella de agua en el bus. Al llegar al hotel, nos esperaba una mesa con comida preparada, lo cual reflejaba un nivel de hospitalidad poco común. En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia altamente satisfactoria, que sin duda esperamos repetir el próximo año. Mi experiencia en el hotel Artur Shuzang Newtown Huanshu fue en términos generales muy positiva; sin embargo, considero importante señalar un aspecto que podría ser mejorado. El único punto que no cumplió con las expectativas fue la calidad del servicio de internet. Durante mi estancia, la conexión resultó inestable y en varios momentos no funcionaba adecuadamente, lo cual puede representar una limitación importante, especialmente para huéspedes que requieren conectividad constante por motivos laborales. Estoy seguro de que, atendiendo este detalle, el hotel podrá elevar aún más el nivel de su servicio y consolidar la excelente experiencia que ya ofrece en otros aspectos.

- kay (9/5): Amazing Stay – Saved Our Trip - Very accommodating with a late-night check-in. After Lan Wan cancelled our rooms last minute, we arrived around 4am, and Yao really stepped in and helped us get settled with no issues. That alone made a huge difference after a long and stressful travel day. The hotel ended up being one of the best we experienced in the city. The area is calm and convenient, with good food options nearby and an overall relaxed atmosphere. The room had everything we needed—slippers, robes, and toiletries were all provided, which made it easy for us to settle in quickly after everything that happened. Yao was the highlight of our stay. He went above and beyond to help us, especially given the situation we came from. I honestly cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism. There were a couple of downsides—there were some mosquitoes, and it seems that some guests do smoke in the rooms, which can carry into the hallways. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of. Also, one of the breakfast staff members made us a bit uncomfortable by staring at us during meals. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you want a place that is reliable, comfortable, and accommodating. There were a couple of downsides—there were some mosquitoes, and it seems that some guests do smoke in the rooms, which can carry into the hallways. It wasn’t a bad for us, and something to be aware of. Also, one of the breakfast staff members made us a bit uncomfortable by staring at us during meals. WiFi sucks period. So be sure to have eSIM.
- UTKU (7/5): average - The hotel is in a convenient location — not too far from the Canton Fair, about a 10–12 minute walk to Tancun metro station. They also provide a shuttle service to the fair and pick you up after. The room was nice and clean, with good water pressure in the bathroom and all necessary amenities. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. I also liked that you can wash and dry your clothes, and detergent is provided. Lights and curtains in the room are automatic, which is a nice touch. On the downside, very few staff at reception speak English, so communication is mostly through a translator. The internet connection is quite poor. Breakfast is mostly sweet items, but there are some options like noodles, fried rice, and eggs. On my last day, another guest accidentally took my luggage to a different hotel. The manager made a big effort to find it, so special thanks for that.

You just leave it on the morning and same day on the afternoon was dry and clean. The breakfast it was good in general, but only if you arrive on time in the first hour, later they dont refill the food.

- Szymon (9/5): Polecam - Bardzo przyjemny czysty i komfortowy hotel. Personel niezwykle uprzejmy. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. W hotelu i w bliskiej okolicy restauracje. Byłem już drugi raz w tym hotelu i polecam go. Bardzo słabo działał internet w pokoju 307. To jest temat do poprawy. Z takim samym sprzętem i ustawieniami w innych hotelach internet działa zdecydowanie lepiej. Jak hotel biznesowy standard internetu jest poniżej oczekiwań.

- Muath (10/5): - فندق نظيف جدا. وجميل وذكي. يوجد بروجيكتر في الغرفة. يوجد روبوت لتوصيل طلباتك من الخارج إذا أردت. الإفطار متنوع الى حد ما وجميلة بعض الأصناف. الموظفين ودودين جدا جدا ومتعاونين جدا لكل سؤال او مساعدة أريدها. أشكرهم جميعا. أتستمتعت بإقامتي جدا.. قدموا لي سلة فواكة وقت وصولي.. التشيك آوت كان سريع جدا.. أنصح به. بصراحة لا شيء فندق متكامل.

- olga (7/5): Great stay overall, will be back again - Very modern , complementary tea/coffee with cakes and buns and some snacks in the evening. Beds are super comfortable and staff are super friendly. Breakfast barely warm, very strong smell of smoke in the hallway and our three rooms were without any outside window.

- Anna (10/5): - Это отличный отель за свои деньги. Нам дали номер с огромной кроватью, поэтому мы смогли комфортно разместиться на ней втроём с ребёнком. Персонал очень старался сделать всё, чтобы нам было приятно находиться в отеле. Нам подарили хорошие тапочки, дали халаты и сланцы для душа. Также в номере был китайский листовой качественный чай и много бесплатных напитков в мини-баре. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные — для такой стоимости за номер это огромная удача. Были креветки, роботизированная нудл-стейшн, вкусные пирожные, фрукты и многое другое. Ассортимент менялся каждый день, кухня была в основном китайской, но адаптированной под европейский вкус. Почти не было острой пищи, и все продукты были узнаваемыми и понятными на вкус. Ещё у них есть бесплатная прачечная, где можно постирать и высушить вещи. Порошок и кондиционер для белья тоже предоставляют. Ближайшее метро относительно недалеко от отеля — не более 10 минут ходьбы. Даже с чемоданом и сумками дойти до него было легко, т. к. везде есть комфортные переходы и спуски. Рядом с отелем идёт стройка, поэтому может быть немного шумно даже ночью. Но надеюсь, что она скоро закончится: китайские технологии позволяют строить быстро.

I highly recommend this hotel. - The breakfast, laundry, gym and great staff are all the things I liked about this hotel. Also, the location is great for access to all the local attractions and events. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

- Alena (7/5): - Очень приятный интерьер, оснащение номера, фрукты при заселении, вода, молоко, чай, кофе в номере. На этаже прачечная самообслуживания с сушильными машинами. Завтраки непривычные, но что-то найти можно. Иногда только салат, выпечку и кофе. Беда с wi fi, 90% российских сайтов не открывается (да и китайских тоже, например али экспресс и сайт местного аэропорта), а если с vpn то можно ждать часами загрузку. В брони указано, что поздний выезд включён. Но нас заставили доплатить за это 390 юаней. Не приятно.
