- vanAllerRydmann (10/5): Nice and calm hotel on the beach - Suprisingly nice hotel and location. We booked on short notice, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was such a pleasant stay. The staff is very nice and relaxed, the room was great and spacious (two adults and one child). Large balcony with decent view (we didn't order ocean-view, but still could spot a bit of it and it was perfectly fine to sit outside in the evening). Location of hotel is great too, with access to hotel's own pool or walk down a ramp and your right on the beach, where their beach bar serves food and drinks. Shout-out to Manos and his staff for being super friendly, relaxes and creating a good atmosphere for beach-side guests. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, with a good amount of choices, and there are several restaurants in the area too (we visited "Stimadoris" several times), some of which are really good and the center or promenade is some 10 minutes walk with additional options. Very pleasant stay and would love to return!
- Paologex (6/5): 4 stars overrated - very average hotel, I booked a suite but the TV in living room is still not working after reporting it for 3 days in a row. At breakfast there is always a shortage of curtlery and pottery, plates and cups are not enough for the guests and we always have to wait they bring clean ones, few at a time, so they vanish in seconds. nice position in front of the sea. Not reccomended for the service.

Chambres propre, piscine nickel, équipes avenantes, nous ne baragouinions qu'un peu l'anglais et il nous ont beaucoups aidé. Nous regrettons juste la présence du spa et d'un restaurant au seins de l'hôtel qui était dans l'annonce. Pour être franc, il n'était pas nécessaire car tout se qu'il faut autour

- 48kariew (10/5): Great hotel ,great destination enjoyable for all ages - Fabulous hotel situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Kissamos. Spacious clean comfortable rooms with great views of the bay. Pool is a good size and there is a private sandy beach(plenty of sun loungers) serviced by a beach bar with food. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bay has plenty of activities with boat hire , paddleboards, diving etc. Kissamos town is a short walk away with plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this destination .

I am not sure there was an option to choose like connecting room or not. I was a bit late to choose so only I looked at this room. I chose this hotel because we wanted to drive to Balos beach and closest hotel to drive. The hotel is good, the shower drain was very very slow to drain which I was a bit annoyed but not my family members. The receptionist was very helpful. If you have small children and want to have a quiet time, it would be a good place.

- Kirsi (8/5): - Peaceful location, right on the beatiful beach. Room was an old fashioned but spacious. Bath-tube was a big plus, but it was a little bit "loose" (not assembled/attached properly). Also, housekeeping probably poured cleaning water to the bath-tube, so it was dirty at evenings. One day the housekeeping did not locked the door of the room (closed but not locked), and it could be opened by pushing. Good luck, nothing was missing.

- 224hayleys (8/5): Comfortable - I stayed at Molos Bay for one night on arrival in Chania. Prior to arrival they communicated with me well to arrange a smooth transfer from the airport and a late (1am) arrival. The concierge was clearly expecting me and facilitated a speedy and friendly check in, taking my bags up to my room. The hotel was spacious and clean - in fact my room and its balcony were absolutely massive! However, the decor in the rooms felt dated and could do with a renovation to bring it up to similar hotels nearby. As it was exceptionally windy during my stay, it wasn't possible to sit on the beach which had red flags warning against swimming. There were sunbeds and parasols there and the beach was pretty. Instead I stayed around the pool which was large and clean and is probably the hotel's best feature. Reception looked after my bags behind the desk. Breakfast had lots of options and I ate in the snack bar at lunch - whilst the servers were friendly and helpful, and my breakfast and salad were delicious, it was disappointing that they didn't have any plant based milks. I later discovered that every other cafe, hotel or restaurant I went to did, so they are an outlier here.
- Deb09876 (4/5): Loud loud music - Lovely hotel positioned on a bay, with sunbeds on the beach. Family trip dominated by the hell of one night. Live music event for a family celebration (christening) which started at 10pm and went on till 4am. Definately not customers come first.

We were kept up until 4am (only this time because the police were allegedly called by other guests) by a party organised by the owners. We are normally very understanding but this was ridiculously loud music - was like staying in a nightclub! No understanding or compassion for guests in the vicinity. Tried to complain the next day to be told that this was only a ‘small party’ with no apology (dread to think what a normal party would look/sound like!)

- KristineD564 (10/5): Best stay - I think the best hotel you can get in Kissamos for at a lower price. Where do i start? The hotel has all the basic amenities you need, breakfast is really good, staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting you “kalimera”😅. I was welcomed by the receptionist named Janna, she’s very accommodating, even upgraded my room to seaview and also tried helping me with the trips that i want around town. Room is very clean as well, not noisy unlike some hotels I’ve stayed with in my Greece vacation. And it’s located conveniently near the grocery and bus station of Kissamos, just a 5minute walk.

- wendelinef (4/5): Do not recommend this hotel AT ALL - The hotel is supposedly a 4 stars hotel, yet the rooms were DIRTY, towels were either dirty or had holes in them. Although the staff acknowledged the issue, they did not seem very impressed. Eventually we got a orange juice and come fruits as "compensation", but only after I complained about the sub-standard...really do not want to have to get upset during holidays :/ The decoration is old, dark brownish, and the bed cover was full of decoloration stains - it did not give you the "beach-life" vibe... Breakfast was fine

- itziarh394 (10/5): Great hotel,beach and pool, comfortable, staff amazingly helpful - I have stayed for 5 days at this cozy and super clean hotel with my 14 year old son. Private beach and pool.Near to the port, they help you with anything you need ( local trips, car rent, phone calls, late checkout). All the staff is amazing and we would like ti thank specially Ianna and Elli at the front desk for their help and care. The only maybe not so great coul be the decoration of the rooms but they are big, have their own kitchenette and terrace ant the air conditioning works perfectly. Kissamos is not so beautiful but indeed a good place to base to explore the west coast with its treasures. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel.

The manager is a professional handling every issue and need very well. A real asset for the hotel owner, in my opinion. Food is great and the kids have a great time at any hour. Highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

- GregG (6/5): - The wall paint was peeling in my room and there was no tissue in the room. The hotel requires a cash-only refundable deposit to use its beach towels. To use the in-room safe you must also pay a daily fee for a "pin" that you must insert into the safe. Breakfast buffet is "uninspired." The frontage beach is not quite "white sand" and does not have many lounge chairs. Not sure how this resort qualifies for 4 stars.

It’s location in Kissamos was excellent for access to Elafonissi Beach, Bálos Bay, and other beautiful sights in western Crete. Breakfast was delicious. The room was huge. The full service beach with sun beds and umbrellas was very nice. We would recommend, and go back again.

- Mark (8/5): Wonderful room with stunning sea views - Had a superb 9 nights at Molos Bay hotel. We’d checked photos of the rooms before we went but we weren’t prepared for the real thing - so much bigger, better and the views from the huge balcony over the little bay were incredible. Staff were very friendly, especially the waiting staff in the restaurant and the lovely Elli on reception who was so kind and helpful. We had breakfast included but still paid for dinner a few times. Very reasonably priced and plenty of choice but fairly routine hotel buffet food - we had far better meals out elsewhere, but obviously at a greater cost so no complaints. Plenty of choice at breakfast - the best part of which was sitting outside in the sun practically on the beach. What a view and what a way to start the day! Only other negatives - sauna/jacuzzi and the laundry service were out of order whilst we were there. Disappointing but it happens! We’d definitely come back.

Great location, at the edge of a man-made bay, with two small hotels either side (i.e. the beach doesn't get crowded). Room spotless and spacious, with partial (as advertised) see view. Very clean, with super friendly housekeeping. Good selection at breakfast and dinner, with different dishes throughout or two week stay. At dinner, you *have* to try the lamb: it was prepared differently every night, and every night it was spectacular. The staff are super attentive and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Do note though, that long trousers are, khm, preferred in the dining room.

- Archie (8/5): Spacious, friendly and family friendly... - We stayed for 3 nights and had a warm welcome when we arrived. The rooms are clean and very spacious with the view of the pool and the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.
- Laura (4/5): Terrible experience - Where to start. We had booked for one night only as we wanted to the boat trip from Kissamos to Balos (which was totally worth it). The hotel on the other hand not. We get to reception to be told the hotel has overbooked so they are sending us to the neighbouring hotel. We had booked a junior suite with sea view. They sent us to a hotel with twin beds and that clearly hadnt been refurbished since the 70's! We went back to Molos to complain as this hotel (and we checked with reception) was at least £70 cheaper. Molos had offered us a free buffet dinner. I never eat buffet dinners in hotels as you dont experience the real local cuisine, but no matter how good it would have been it would not be worth 100 euros. We requested to speak to the manager, who was clearly sat in his office 5 metres away (as we could hear him yell on the phone to the receptionist who was stuck dealing with us). After he decided to disgruntingly come and speak to us, he still refused to refund us the difference so he decided it would be easier to book someone else out. We felt terrible for whoever else was going to be left in that position. It was all topped by the fact that the junior suite with sea view, didnt even have an actual sea view. You could see from in between the trees a hint of the sea. We actually regretted not staying in the 70's hotel which at least had a great view. We couldnt wait to leave that place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent room; weird angle views; unfriendly staff - The rooms are decent in size but the views face another hotel; barely at the ocean. The (mostly unhelpful) staff are almost non-existent outside of breakfast time unless you go the beach bar. The breakfasts are very good. The wifi connection to the internet is very bad even after asking the hotel to fix it. The location of the hotel is good -- near the harbor (drive) and some decent restaurants (walk). The beds are uncomfortably thin.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location at quieter end of Kissamoss - We arrived at midnight, were given a warm welcome and the barman stayed open so we could relax and have a drink at the beach bar before bed! Most welcome. The rooms are spacious, with a large double bed and bed settee, table and four chairs. Good sized patio with table and two chairs with side sea view. Good sized bathroom with shower over bath. Great housekeepers kept the room very clean. Room 305 - top floor recommended - stairs and lift! The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses and meats, pastries etc. The dining area has tables inside and out overlooking the beach. Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, also more on the beach, plus a nice beach bar. All in all a great relaxing holiday.
- shirl & Terry (6/5): Clean hotel but just ok.. - This hotel is quite out of the way, there is only one other restaurant close by and a little walk to a couple of others & a bar. So a car a must.. We had half board & food varied enough and tasty but barely warm. There was no entertainment but this could be as end of season but no effort was made by staff to be accommodating. The beach bar where you can have snacks either closed or out of food and the most inappropriate music blaring out while you sunbathe. The room was spacious but the beds very hard and the cleaner not very thorough. The hotel ideal as a base for the west side if Crete & Falassarna beach a must!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): We would visit again! - Beautiful hotel, we enjoyed our stay and consider visiting again. We had an issue with our reservation initially as the room we have booked was not available the first night but with the manager's help this was resolved to our satisfaction and with minimum inconvenience.
- Janet (8/5): 4 star hotel but not quite 4 star service - Beautifully designed hotel, well located in relation to beach. Lovely pool. Best ever. Spacious room with fridge n kettle, but no coffee, tea, etc. Food decent, but key items often not replenished promptly at breakfast time. Hot food cold by the time you managed to get your hands on all essentials, esp as served on cold plates. Most reception staff great, esp the guy on night duty.
- karissa (10/5): Perfect location! - We had a great 2 nights at Molos. Finding the hotel was no problem, great beach location and easy walking distance to town and more restaurants. Very comfortable & friendly staff! Also great place to make a base for day trips. Would recommend Forsure!
