Najib (6/5): - The property was decent. The air conditioning barely worked and being there in the August heat was very tough. The fridge barely made the water cold. We had to get our own water as the hotel did not provide any bottles. There was a kettle to make coffee but no coffee to make. Otherwise, the hotel was decent with an alright breakfast. Not sure I would stay there again though.

Verified traveler (8/5): A good hotel in pleasant location - A good hotel in Jounieh. Pleasant, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Good to have the use of the heated swimming pool on the top floor, though the sauna wasn't working. Nice location, and good for getting to sights north of Beirut without the bother of the traffic getting out of the city. Downside? Disappointing breakfast, and carpets in rooms need changing. Decor a little 'tired'. But on the whole a good choice, and with online booking you can get a good deal. Close to many restaurants in Jounieh.

Par contre l'eau de la piscine est froide (fin octobre). La salle de sport est souvent fermée ou alors sans electricité. Le sauna et Hammam ne fonctionnent pas!

Some small insidents happened like AC unit out of order and changing room or TV channels in first room were not clear or due to bad stommak I ordered oven potato they brought one piece of boiled potato in two pieces for over $5 but the price of the rooms is very attractive and staying there is making pleasure every time!
