On se sent bien ici, le. personnel est tes hospitalier, la suite romantique juste merveilleuse. Un endroit pour faire épanouir son amours profiter d'un cocktail délicieux et d'une table remarquable. L'espace spa avec ses piscines extérieures même en hiver, du bonheur ! Aucun défaut ! C'est un grand chelem de positif !

Výborné spa a venkovní vyhřívaný bazén. Rozhodně doba úklidu - úklid po 14:00 není zrovna u 5* hotelu obvyklý... Dále ne zcela funkční vytápění lyžařských bot v lyžařských skříńkách - boty byly vždy ráno i přes urgence nepříliš vysušené...

Besonders Dario, der Kellner, hat seine Arbeit hervorragend gemacht – stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und mit einer angenehmen Portion Humor. Die Buffetauswahl zur Jause war ausgezeichnet. Am Abend wäre es jedoch schön, zusätzlich ein mehrgängiges Menü zur Auswahl zu haben, idealerweise ohne Buffet.

Installations de Wellness top. Hôtel généralement « très végétalité » … magnifique ! Efforts de développement durable à saluer. Unique petite fausse note, toucher « gras » du débordement du spa / piscine en inox.

- Hayam (10/5): was quiet and serene - its a beautiful hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery its would be great in the ski season otherwise very far from MILan and closest town 30 KM away, not much to do apart from swimming in the hotel warm pools and hiking.
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - This place is heaven. The biggest room we ever stayed in, huge bed. It was like sleeping in a cloud. Michelin star quality food. The most amazing, relaxing spa. Very helpful staff. Mirela, our waitress was so lovely. She made sure our table was decorated with candles for our wedding anniversary. The only thing we missed was having a coffee machine in the room to enjoy a cuppa in bed in the morning.
