• Donald (8/5): Unfortunately next time i would have to have a kettle to book it again - Staff was excellent very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Shower was great Just missing a kettle to make tea or coffee.

Oíamos todo de los huéspedes vecinos: las conversaciones,risas,cuando iban al baño,cuando entraban y salían de sus habitaciones,cuando tiraban cosas...horrible. Tampoco nos gustó el sistema de llave de la habitación,era ruidoso y poco fiable.

• sara (9/5): - Hotel muy correcto. Sin lujos pero con lo necesario. Muy cerca de todo y cerca de una avenida donde puedes dejar el coche en zona azul cómodamente. Zona silenciosa por la noche. Lo que menos me gustó fue el colchón qe se hundía bastante y eso para mi es incómodo. Así y todo dormimos bien.

Manque peut-être un frigo dans la chambre par forte chaleur. - Petit déjeuner correct Chambre très propre Lorsqu il a fallut partir à 4 heures du matin pour prendre l avion, l hôtel était fermé à clé et avons perdu du temps pour trouver la personne qui dormait dans une autre pièce et qui avait les clés de l hôtel. Nous avons eu peur de louper notre avion. Cela nous a stressée.

• Sarah (8/5): Très joli séjour à Séville - L’hôtel est bien centré, facile de visiter la ville à pied ou en transports car proximité avec la place des armes. Le personnel était très aimables. Les chambres sont bien et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon. Bon rapport qualité/prix Les lits étaient confortable Pas très bonne isolation, on entend tout surtout pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger. Il faudrait passer un coup de poussière sous les lits de temps à autre.

Posizione strategica, nel centro storico I letti... Materasso troppo duro la camera un piccolina, nn si poteva andar sul balconcino perche il letto era attaccato ad esso, pero' per pochi giorni va bene.

• Marika (4/5): - The location was pretty convenient, walking distance from the centre. I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price paid. The double room was extremely small and the balcony door/window could only open about 20 cm, which made the room feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working, something that should definitely be checked before guests arrive. It hasn't been fixed even after informing the receptionist. The walls are very thin, so you could clearly hear everything the neighbors were doing, making it difficult to rest properly. Breakfast was also a huge disappointment: practically nonexistent, with only a couple of trays of stale croissants and very little choice overall (photo attached) and ended up spending extra money for breakfast elsewhere. Cleanliness was only basic and nothing felt particularly well maintained. Although I can understand Spanish, at the reception everyone refused to speak English. Overall, the quality was far below what you would expect for the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

• SHERYL (9/5): Great Location - Loved the very quiet cobblestone street the Hotel Madrid is located on. Loved the guys working on the front desk....Hugs to David who is such a nice young guy. The staff were happy to call us a taxi, give us directions and were just really nice folk. The rooms are fairly basic but clean enough for me to accept. We loved two restaurants nearby:- The Merchant Pub just 3 minutes walk away where we could get a regular salad and also Billy Brunch Cafe just a block away that served real breakfasts, not Spanish ones that are mostly bread rolls or pastries. Loved our proximity to 6 Zaragosa Street where there is an Information Office and many sightseeing tours depart from there. Also the red Hop On/Hop Off bus stop number 14 is only about 5 minutes walk away. The Hotel Madrid rooms are VERY SMALL. We are 2 people with 2 large suitcases and 2 Carry On bags and it was difficult to fit it all in our room on the 3rd floor. The breakfasts were not great and we did not expect them to be really fancy, better to go out for breakfast.

Nao havia cofre, mas de resto foi muito bom. Camas confortáveis, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Roupa de cama muito macia e toalhas também. Fizemos reserva com café da manhaincluido , o que foi muito bom...pois o atendimento e a qualidade dos produtos eram ótimos. Fica a 12 minutos caminhando pro centro histórico da cidade .

Around corner from Restaurant Donald which is a great bar/restaurant. For international traveller’s, an in-room safe is essential. There was a phone but it was disconnected and never fixed. Room could also have a small fridge.

El personal se portó muy bien desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, la habitación fue super funcional y se encontraba impecable, remarcamos mucho la comodidad de las camas. Sin dudar volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.
