Garagem mega apertada, não coube pq estava cm rack em cima do meu carro, recepcionista do turno da noite muuuuito mal educado, estupido, não faz o papel de recepcionar os hóspedes, só fica lendo livrinho anoite ou no celular, faz por mau gosto o trabalho dele. Café da manhã algumas coisas passam de um dia pro outro fica extremamente seca, mas há muita variedade, o chão do quarto muuuuito sujo, os pés da minha filha ficavam encardidas!!!

O banheiro é novo com chuveiro forte e quente. Não gostamos do ruído. O quarto que estávamos não possuía boa vedação do barulho externo. Ruído da rua, do quarto ao lado (banheiros) e dos corredores. A equipe da limpeza fez muito barulho em seu ofício logo no amanhecer. Mas tudo é problema de vedação sonora que não é boa.

Funcionários prestativos a qualquer hora do dia sempre que precisamos. O hotel tem ótima localização, fácil acesso a diversas coisas e fui surpreendido positivamente com a qualidade do café da manhã. No quarto em que ficamos, o ar condicionado não deu conta de gelar o quarto de maneira satisfatória, apenas refrescar. Devido a nossa agenda apertada, acabamos não solicitando a troca de quarto. Também achamos que faltou um blackout nas cortinas, o quarto ficou claro logo que amanheceu.

Presenciei cobrança confusa de outro hóspede em relação ao consumo do frigobar. Parece padrão do atendimento ser contra o cliente, confrontando os. Não ficou claro a cobrança do estacionamento ( no booking.com) e tivemos a surpresa de pagar ali na hora do check in. Além d e pagar trinta e cinco reais pelo estacionamento, este é apertado e houve momentos que estava lotado. Banheiro com pontos de mofo, toalhas com cheiro de alvejante. Piscina em desuso.

Foi feita a reclamação mas estavam sem pessoa para fazer a manutenção. Essas foram as coisas que não me fizeram passar os dias mais tranquilos.

wheydislane (7/5): Estada boa, custo benefício válido! - Gostei do tamanho do quarto triplo em que fiquei. Super espaçoso, com microondas, pia, muito bom!!! Faltou um pouco mais de limpeza. Teve dia que mesmo pedindo pra limpar e trocas toalhas, achei que não limparam e não trocaram toalhas.

RONALDO (9/5): Confortável e bem localizado. - O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade no cardápio. Quarto bem iluminado e com escrivaninha, o que viabiliza uma eventual necessidade de trabalho remoto. O capuccino servido na máquina de café é muito ruim. Parece um nescau com água. Destoa dos demais itens oferecidos no café da manhã, que são muito bons.
Ientz (4/5): Esperava mais. - Atendimento e localização. Limpeza, café da manhã excelente porém não tinha onde sentar. Tudo que vc espera qdo fica em um hotel, além da limpeza do banheiro é o café da manhã. Ambos deixaram a desejar.

CORTE (9/5): AGRADAVEL - VIAJAMOS A CURITIBA POR MOTIVO DE SAUDE. O HOTEL NOS PROPORCIONOU COMODIDADE E CONFORTO DIVERSIDADES DE REFEICOES, PRINCIPALMENTE PARA MEU MARIDO QUE ESTA CONVALECENDO. PROVAVELMENTE PROXIMA VIAJEM FICAREMOS NOVAMENTE HOSPEDADOS NESSE HOTEL. COMO FICAMOS POUCO TEMPO, E A ANTENCAO ESTAVA PRINCIPALMENTE PARA MEU MARIDO, NAO TEVE O QUE NAO GOSTAMOS.
