We visit Newquay often and this will now be our go to accommodation choice. Host was beyond helpful and friendly from the minute we booked and made the entire process seamless. Not applicable!!
• Alan (10/5): Could not have been better! Perfect thank you! - We liked everything. Location, style, comfort, facilities and the friendly host. We were attending a wedding at Lusty Glaze beach. With onsite parking we took advantage of the 12 minute walk to the venue with no need for taxis. On arrival we stocked up at the Tesco literally round the corner. The apartment was lovely. A great outside balcony with nice views and inside modern with everything we needed. With the well equipped kitchen on both mornings we cooked breakfast and took full advantage of the dishwasher. There was a great iron and ironing board for wedding suits and trousers with plenty of hangers. A nice bathroom with decent shower and a comfortable bed to sleep in when done. Couldn’t fault it and all at a great price. Oh and thankfully there is a lift, so many times you get to a place and find yourself lugging everything up several flights of stairs, you always forget about that! • Tony (9/5): Fantastic place! - Very modern. Style is like a European apartment. Tiled floors, open plan lounge kitchen. Balcony has good views and is shone on all day if you're lucky enough to have a sunny day. The only negative was no egg cups for boiled eggs! With an only negative like that you can imagine how good it is.
• Louise (10/5): just perfect - We had the most perfect stay in Newquay — honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. She even went out of her way to leave wine and chocolates for my partner’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it even more special. Such a lovely lady and an amazing host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay again. nothing

Host is very approachable if needed, ideal location. Apartment fully equipped and spotlessly clean. There is building work going on next door which I was not aware of when booking, however the noise was minimal and did not affect our stay
• Vicki (9/5): Perfect location, a dog friendly, modern, clean and roomy apartment, definitely worth a stay! - Perfect location and dog friendly. The beach was directly across the road, the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants were within walking distance and local transport links were on hand. All the basic necessities were catered for, the kitchen was easy to use and Jess provided some handy 'how to 'guides and 'where to visit' guides which came in useful. Jess left us a lovely welcome hamper to help us celebrate our honeymoon. The four poster bed was comfortable and bathroom shower was nice, powerful and hot. The outdoor shower area was useful for hosing sandy clothes or dogs! The simple and modern layout of the apartment made it a lovely, welcoming stay. Building works on the complex started at 8am promptly. Although the noise did not impact directly, a group of male builders staring at you whilst your'e having a morning coffee on the balcony was a little intimidating! This made the courtyard view less appealing, although im sure this will improve in time (no fault of the host!). The indoor sofa and outdoor seating would benefit from being a little more roomy for comfort purposes, perhaps with a throw or two for when it gets chilly!
• Picklemac (10/5): - The apartment is well appointed to a very high standard. Everything you need is close by, the shops, brach, chemist etc. Great location for a number of beaches to choose from. Parking is available, which is a good shout while in Newquay.

• Pinatto (8/5): Highly recommend it. The host is very approachable. Unfortunately in the week was a bit noisy as they are building next - We love the apartment, this is the second time we stay there. Pet friendly. We love the location, easy access to shops and beeches.
• Megan (8/5): Beautiful apartment in the perfect location - Excellent location really close to town and a dog friendly beach. The apartment was lovely, really modern and really clean. Balcony was nice to have as well with the warm weather. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay. I thought the bed was quite uncomfortable and struggled to sleep. There were teabags and sugar in the cupboard, but to make the place even better it would have been lovely to see coffee and milk as some basic but appreciated added extras too for the price. Other than that just things that couldn’t be helped e.g. early workmen on the building next door and easy to hear neighbours doors opening/closing at night.

Clean, light, spacious, brilliant location and private gated parking 👍 The only thing I would say is on the Monday we couldn’t sit on the balcony or have the balcony door open due the constant sound from the building work going on next door. Obviously it won’t be forever, but it should be made clear in the description.

The location, although slightly out of the main area was still close enough to walk to shops and cafes with ease. Jessica was terrific and very responsive as a result, but I did find the directions a little confusing as to what the apartment number was (confusing it with the street number). I also would have found some instructions (or discrete signage perhaps) on how to operate the shower useful.

The extremely cosy, comfortable and welcoming apartment is in a fantastic location. A few minutes on foot to the beach and city centre with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment was well-equipped and well-designed. Bed firm and comfy. All amenities such as coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, hairdryer, etc. Even a capsule for the washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a Hoover, Steam iron in the laundry room. Also, private parking by the house was a privilege. Easy access and easy to find. Got the code for the door sent through email and kept informed. Very easy to check in and out. The owner was very polite by email and text and responded reasonably quickly. The quality and design of the decor and furnishings were excellent. Has everything we needed for the 4 night's stay. We loved being able to have a home away from home. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much. Would 10/10 recommend

It was modern, very clean and equipped with everything you need. It was also ideally situated near the main part of town which made it very easy to walk to for restaurants and groceries.

Very convenient to have the allocated parking space right at the entrance and the whole building was very quiet and clean.
