- Taghizade (4/5): Rude staff, dissapointment - The location was good. This was literally nothing that I expected. There was no bed, I slept on the mattress on the floor. No space to put my stuff or clothes except for the 4 hangers in the room.. No kettle. I had to pay for the toothpaste? When I did not know that I had to book the breakfast or that I had to pay (no info beforehand), the lady working there screamed at the restaurant in front of every guest that "YOU DID NOT BOOK THE BREAKFAST". I had to pay like 18000 won for a weird soup and eggs in the breakfast. ..When I wanted to iron my suit, the lady did not give me the iron because they had the "laundry room". I went to the laundry room in the basement, and the ironing table was hidden behind some blocks without any spot to plug the iron.. No need to say the room was so dirty with literal spider wires on the ironing table. When I took the iron with me to go to my room, they did not let me and made me stay in the laundry room. Thanks god the lady carried the iron table around the room to find the plug and swiped the dirt of the table with a napkin.
- JOOHYUN (8/5): 가성비 있고 직원분들이 친절하세요 - 가성비 있는 숙소 입니다. 위치는 좀 애매해요. 엑스포공원은 가까운데 보문호수 메인하고는 많이 떨어져 있어서 차량 이용 하시거나 좀 걸어야 합니다. 직원분들이 참 친절하셨어요. 조식은 가성비 있고 맛있게 먹었어요. 숙소에서 파는 단품 메뉴도 저녁으로 먹었는네 괜찮더라고요. 보문 호수랑 많이 떨어져 있어서 밤에 걸으니 좀 무서웠어요. 테라스 청소가 전혀 안되더라고요. 방은 청소를 해도 테라스는 청소를 안하는 것 같았어요. 저희 테라스에 벌집을 벌들이 만들고 있어서 창문을 제대로 못 열었고.. 퇴실 때 말씀 드렸습니다. 다음에 갈 땐 테라스에도 좀 나가보고 싶어요. 청소좀…

- 므밍 (7/5): 더블+싱글의 가성비. 하지만 낡은. - 직원이 친절하고 침대가 2개인 방 치고는 저렴해서 가성비 만족합니다. 직원분도 친절하시고 위치도 경주월드에서 도보 15분정도로 가까워서 좋았습니다. 침대를 같이 쓰는게 싫지만 별도의 방을 잡기 싫다면 고려할만한 선택지입니다. 방음이 엄청 좋은 편은 아닌 듯 하고, 방 문이 안쪽으로 열려서 신발을 벗을 곳이 거의 없습니다. 숙소 자체는 깔끔하게 관리하신듯하나 욕실 문지방을 밟으면 심하게 삐걱거리거나 욕실 문이 쾅 닫아야만 닫기거나 하는 등 노후화된 것이 느껴지긴합니다. 또한 숙소까지 오르막길이 좀 있으며 뒤쪽이 산이라 뒤쪽은 완전 나무에 가로막힌 느낌입니다.
- Kim (1/5): 이시간을 기다렸다. - 보문단지 입지로 예약했었음. 주증에 힐튼서 자고 베니키아 브랜드달면 기본은 친다고 생각해서 싼맛에 일요일 1박 예약함. 2시에 도착하니 주차장에 차 한대도 없음 카운터직원 왈 체크인3시라고 하길래 차타기 지친 아이들 데리고 땡볕에서 기다리기 시작함. 로비는 썰렁하고 후줄근해서 편히 대기할곳이 없었음. 마당에 나무그네 두개 바로옆 흡연장이라 재떨이 냄새 솔솔풍김. 그네 천장에 말벌집 생기고 있어서 한마리가 왔다리갔다리.... 그래서 그마저도 불안해서 와이프가 카운터에 다시 물어보러감. 온돌방 예약했으나 침대방 변경하려고 물어보니 청소된 방이 없다고 함. 응???? 3시부터 입실인데 2시20분에 침대방 청소된곳이 없다고?? 그럼 40분새에 그 모든방이 뿅하고 청소되는 마법이라도?? 그럼 온돌방이라도 달라고 하니 그 많은 객실중에 1층방 배정해줌. 엄청 좁음. 이게 최대 4인이라고 판매하는방인가? 티비 리모컨안되서 사람 부름. 리모컨은 뭐 별거 아니지만 암튼 기분 안좋음. 출입문은 자동으로 안닫겨서 계속 손으로 눌러주지 않으면 삐릭삐릭대서 신경쓰임. 화장실은 그냥 회색타일에 흰 세면대 있었던듯. 들어가지도 않음. 차에 짐가지러 나왔다가 담배물고 생각해보니 개빡침. 9만원짜리 싸구려방 한시간 일찍와서 방달라니 괘씸해서 군기잡는건가?? 30분간 있었던일 생각하니.의심이 확신으로... 바로 인근 리조트 16만원 2룸에 거실 딸린방 예약하고 체크아웃함. 입실하고 15분정도 있었던거같음. 체크아웃한다니, 환불안됩니다. 네 필요없어요 방 마음에 안드셨어요? 네 맘에 안드네요 넓은방 바꿔드릴수 있는데. 딴데 예약했어요. 다른 숙소가자마자 향기부터 다르고 좋은 응대에.더러운 기분 없어짐. 과감히 나와서 사랑하는 내가족들하고 귀한 내 시간 잘지킴 주관적인 리뷰임. 반박시 니말이 맞음. 이말 꼭하려고 리뷰시간만 기다렸음. 그전에 이용했던 다른 베니키아 브랜드달고 영업하는 업소들은, 비록 시설은 짜쳤어도 마인드는 괜찮았음.

- Hoadjie (8/5): Very comfortable - My room was very clean and comfortable. Nice and roomy. Had breakfast at the hotel and that was nice with a good range of food. Hot and cold The only odd thing was if you wanted to turn the aircon on you had to go to reception to get the controller. Would be happy to stay here again

- Yuxi (8/5): Near Cherry Blossom Run Location - It was a 15min walk to cherry blossom marathon location. Hotel was very nice to agree to receive my race packages for me before my arrival. I did not explore the hotel much but its a decent hotel with outdoor parking if you are going for the cherry blossom run. Hotel does not seem new but it was not a problem. Pricey during cherry blossom marathon.

- JU HWAN (10/5): 경주 가족여행 호텔로 강추해요. - 3박 투숙했어요. 숙소가 깨끗했다는 후기가 많아서 예약했는데 정말 위생상태가 청결했습니다. 베란다 창을 열어 환기하기도 좋았고 햇볕도 잘 들어왔어요. 온돌방에 더블베드 2개인 방이었는데 온돌이라 방 따뜻해서 푹 잘 쉬었습니다. 보문단지에 위치해 조용하고 주변에 식당도 많고 편의점, 맥도날드, 롯데리아 있어요.
