Claire (10/5): Brilliant stay at Sofianna Resort - From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff and porter were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at ease straight away. The hotel lobby and bar area were clean, modern, and very well maintained. We were kindly upgraded to a two-bedroom suite overlooking the main pool, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. As we were travelling with a baby, we really appreciated that the hotel provided a cot and baby bath for us to use during our stay. The all-inclusive food was genuinely the best we’ve experienced. We loved the themed nights, and there was always a great variety of fresh, tasty food available. Everything was consistently well stocked, and it was fantastic to see allergens clearly listed on digital signs above the food stations. We also found the microwave in the restaurant very useful for sterilising baby bottles. The pool area was clean and well looked after, although the water was quite cold — understandable given it was the start of the season and we had a few rainy days during our trip. It was reassuring to see a lifeguard on duty throughout the pool opening hours. The on-site shop was also very handy for any essentials we had forgotten to pack. We especially loved the Mylos poolside snack bar for soft-serve ice creams in the afternoons between lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a great location — peaceful and quiet, yet still close to nearby bars and amenities. It’s only around a 5–7 minute walk to the harbour, where there is a lovely promenade and beautiful clear blue sea. What stood out most during our stay was the kindness and friendliness of the staff.

Djujic (9/5): - Osoblje je neverovatno ljubazno. Hotel je odlično održavan, sve je čisto i uredno, bazen je aktivan i čist iako je mart. Hrana u restoranu je fenomenalna, nekoliko glavnih jela od ribe i mesa za ručak i večeru, a nije sezona. Lokacija odlična, par minuta hoda do mora, šetališta koje je prelepo i istorijskih spomenika koji su pored mora, oko 8 minuta do trznog centra, oko 30 minuta hoda do starog grada ako volite šetnju i razgledanje. Posto je mart temperatura padne na 10 stepeni tokom noći, sobe su hladne. Bilo je tesko ugrejati sobu pomiću klime.

Bar (6/5): Not worth the price. - Big room. 3 pools. The shop was helpful and good prices. Not worth the price I paid for it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. I slept on better beds in the army. I literally left with my back and arms aching. TV was old, couldn’t watch any content like Netflix, YouTube, atc… Food at breakfast was mid. Strict rules about food, you can’t bring anything from outside, you can’t order anything in. You can only eat at their restaurant that you have to have a reservation for. No room service either. The receptionists are not very welcoming or helpful. Very disappointing.

Простыни не поразмеру, постоянно сползают. В центральном бассейне всё тесно, не комфортно. В лобби темно, неуютно, мёртвая зона. В игровую комнату пускают только детей с трех лет, родителям нельзя заходить. Нашим детям 4 и 2 года, одному можно, а другому нельзя, абсурд! Это была худшая из наших поездок на Кипр.

J'enna (10/5): - Not long back after a one week stay at this hotel, and we miss it already! The staff, facilities and food are all wonderful. The staff and housekeeping really go above and beyond to help make your stay home away from home. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. With location, the hotel is situated in an ideal location- 5min walk to the harbour, where you can have a dip in the sea or to check out the other side where you have the castle and other archaeological finds. It's about a 15min from the Kings Mall if you need to go shopping and a short walk to the bus stations. There's also 2x wonderful restaurants nearby (The Windmill and Argo). The hotel also has some parking available if you end up renting a car, also worth asking about this as they some have good contacts with rental companies. Highly recommend staying here.

Juráková (8/5): Úžasná dovolená - Úžasný hotel. Jídlo bylo naprosto neskutečné! Troufám si říci, že jsme z tama každý odjeli tak o 5kg těžší. Personál byl neskutečně přátelský a milý. Co se týče lokality, tak hodnotím taky velmi pozitivně, pouhých 200m od hotelu dlouhá promenáda s bary, restauracemi, plážemi.

Dariusz (10/5): Baseny, jedzenie, dobre wifi, spokojna okolica. - Dobra obsługa, smaczne jedzenie, dobre wifi, spokojna okolica, darmowy parking, blisko do promenady. Nasza córka uwielbiała baseny fajnie więc że były 2 duże. Fajnie jakby zamiast kart były opaski na rękę do otwierania drzwi. Do zup przydałby się makaron a nie tylko chleb. Do plaż trzeba dojechać bo w centrum nie ma fajnych, ale mieliśmy auto więc do Venus Beach było tylko 5min. Ale generalnie super.

Polecamy EN: This is our second time here. This time we took our family. Good WiFi. Good food. Great pools. Highly recommended. Przy zupach warto zawsze postawić makaron lub ryz bo codziennie biegaliśmy do Kids Corner po makaron do zupy. Nie każdy lubi zupę z chlebem. Poza tym jedzenie bardzo dobre. EN: It's always a good idea to put a bowl with pasta or rice next to the soup, as we ran to Kids Corner every day to get pasta for soup. Not everyone likes soup with bread. Other than that, the food was very good.

Fine pools and restaurants and also a small waterpark for kids. and great spa! It was the perfect relax stay for us and just few minutes walk from the centre of Paphos Nothing not to like
Lyubov (9/5): Проживанием довольны: комфортно, вкусно, чисто. Минусы — удалённость пляжа и слабая вечерняя програм - Прекрасный отдых! Чистота в номерах, отличное питание и заботливый персонал сделали наше пребывание по-настоящему комфортным. Спасибо за приятные впечатления! Из минусов — расстояние до моря. В описании указано, что пляж в 300 метрах, но по факту идти до ближайшего подходящего пляжа около 30 минут. Также по вечерам было довольно скучно — не хватало интересной анимации и развлечений. Для детей тоже хотелось бы больше активности.

Mili (9/5): נהדר! ממליצה בחום - המלון מאוד נקי ומתוחזק. המיקום מדויק והצוות מאוד שירותי ואדיב. הבריכות כיפיות. האוכל סביר בהחלט החדרים ענקיים ויש מרפסת. המיטות לא הכי נוחות אבל אפשריות. כל מיטות הבריכה נתפסות ע״י האורחים כבר לפנות בוקר למרות שאין שטחים עד 11 בבוקר

Anat (9/5): - וואו איזה מלון, פשוט תענוג. מקום מרכזי מאוד, קרוב לנמל מרחק הליכה של 5 דק, סופר בסביבה, הליכה של 15 דק לקניון הגדול. גרטה המדהימה נתנה לנו את מלוא תשומת לב. הצוות אדיב מאוד וכל דבר נעשה בחיוך. אנחנו לקחנו כולל הכל, יש נשנושים לאורך כל היום, שתיה וגלידות, השתיה באכות מאוד טובה. יש מגלשות לא גדולות אך הספיקו לבת 12 ובן 8. אוכל בשפע( למי שאוכל בקר ודברים לא כשרים) אל גם אנחנו מצאנו מה לאכול. המלון פשוט מבריק, בריכות נעימות וכיפיות, צוות בידור, חדרים גדולים. האוכל אומנם בשפע אך פחות מתאים לחיך הישראלי, אבל זה ממש לא נורא כי מצאנו מה לאכול ואף אחד נשאר רעב.
Anita (8/5): Отлично для семей с маленькими детьми! - Просторный номер с балконом, зона бассейна (отлично для семей с детьми), великолепный ужин, хорошее местоположение, бесплатная парковка, в комнате были тапочки, бесплатная вода и вино в номере. Однообразный завтрак. Лежаки «занимали» полотенцами уже с 6 утра и до 12 дня никто на них не появлялся (персонал не предпринял никаких мер), сложилось впечатление, что в целом персонал не любит свою работу.

Dariusz (10/5): Nowoczesny hotel z dobrym jedzeniem / Modem hotel with tasty food - PL: Super nowoczesny i czysty hotel, miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobre obiady i kolacje w opcji all inclusive, 3 baseny, w centrum miasta, dobre WiFi, obok darmowy parking. Już zabukowałem kolejny pobyt więc na pewno polecam. EN: A super modern and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, excellent all-inclusive lunches and dinners, three swimming pools, good location in the city center, good Wi-Fi and free parking nearby. I've already booked my next stay, so I definitely recommend it. PL: Na śniadania przydało by się większy wybór wędlin i serów, bo śniadanie głównie jest pod turystów z UK. Sok pomarańczowy trochę kwaśny, ale za to obiady i kolacje bez zarzutu. EN: For breakfast a larger selection of ham and cheeses would be useful, as breakfast is mainly for tourists from the UK. The orange juice was a bit sour, but the lunches and dinners are perfect.

We especially appreciated the hotel’s approach to gluten-free options, which made dining much easier and more enjoyable for guests with dietary restrictions. Special thank you to the Head chef. In my opinion kids pool should be taken better care in terms of cleaning and maintenance the pool atraction such as slides etc.

Colazione buona anche se nella media di stutture di livello inferiore. Alla reception inglese non sempre chiaro e parlato troppo velocemente. Corridoi della struttura vecchi e datati. Abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza tramite pulsante in camera e non si è presentato nessuno. Cocktail di benvenuto mai arrivato e servito in camera (contrariamente a quanto comunicato). Maria_Theo (9/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceeded Our Expectations — A Perfect Family Escape! We’ve stayed at Sofianna Resort & Spa twice now — once last year and again this year.. Both times we were a group of four couples with our children, and it exceeded our expectations on every level. We love it. The pool area is a total hit with the kids, complete with fun water slides and plenty of space for them to splash around safely. In the evenings, there’s fantastic entertainment for the little ones after dinner, which keeps them happy and makes the nights even more enjoyable for us parents. The food is fresh, tasty, and varied, with something for everyone. I’d definitely recommend going for the all-inclusive package — the snack bar alone is worth it! From light bites to ice cream and drinks, it was a favourite spot for both the kids and adults throughout the day. The rooms are clean, and super comfortable, and the staff are simply amazing — so friendly and welcoming, which makes a real difference to the holiday vibe. Highly recommend Sofianna Resort & Spa to any families looking for a fun, relaxed, and hassle-free getaway. We’ll definitely be returning again!

Belinda (9/5): - Just home from here, we booked a swim up room and it was perfect. Just be aware the swim up pool is shared with the hotel so it does get busy however this didn't bother us. The rooms and facilities are kept spotless. Breakfast was fine just your typical hotel buffet style. We didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast so cant comment on that. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.
