• Julio (5/5): Pleasant - Airport location Due to constructions in the area and limited pedestrian access, the airport shuttle only operated during very limited times. Being that close to the airport, especially Terminal 3, I was expecting the shuttle to run 24/7. Truly disappointing especially if you have numerous or heavy baggages.

The shower faucet cold water = hot hotel and vice versa; plus bathroom tiles need a good scrub clean. The mattress dipped in the middle like a banana and the pillows were all flat with lumpy stuffing. I had an early morning checkout, with a total of 7+ hours in the hotel; achieved zero sleep! The only beneficial or helpful person on staff, during my stay, was the security guards out front, who helped with loading and unloading luggage from the GRAB transfers that I had to organise myself... As no one wants to pay well over 1000php for a quick 200php ride diba!

The door and furniture are incredibly old, but the worst part was the AC. It barely functioned, making for a horrible night. Definitely would not stay here again.

• Diana (1/5): Catastrophe du début à la fin ! - Je n’ai absolument rien apprécié dans cet établissement. Mon expérience a été très décevante du début à la fin. Je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds Nous sommes arrivés à 21h et la chambre n’était toujours pas prête. En raison d’une panne de linge, nous avons dû attendre encore 20 minutes avant de pouvoir y accéder. Une fois dans la chambre, la déception a continué : la salle de bain était beaucoup trop petite, la chambre sentait fortement l’humidité et l’absence de double vitrage faisait que l’on entendait tout le bruit du boulevard toute la nuit. Le service de messagerie a également été catastrophique. Je leur ai envoyé plusieurs messages via Booking afin d’obtenir des informations concernant la navette (shuttle), mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Nous avons donc dû nous débrouiller seuls pour rejoindre l’hôtel. Quant au petit-déjeuner, ce fut une véritable catastrophe : à 9h du matin, il n’y avait déjà presque plus rien, alors qu’il est censé être servi jusqu’à 10h. Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

• Chuchie (6/5): Conveniently located and affordable, but let down by severe maintenance problems and a moldy aircon unit. - Great location very close to both the airport and the mall, offering affordable room rates. The room floor and bathroom were also very clean. We only stayed for one night in Room 10093 (10th floor), but the room condition was unacceptable:Bathroom door: The door did not close at all. This meant all the steam from the shower escaped directly into the bedroom area, making the room uncomfortably humid.Wall damage: There was a hole in the wall behind the entrance door. It is clear the wall is weak and has been repeatedly hit by the doorknob over time without being properly reinforced or repaired.Severe mold hazard: The air conditioning unit was covered in mold. This is incredibly dangerous because the AC forces you to constantly breathe in toxic mold spores recirculating in a closed room. Mold exposure can trigger severe respiratory issues, asthma attacks, coughing, and allergic reactions. It is a major health and safety violation to rent out a room in this condition.Poor grab-and-go breakfast: Since we were leaving early for the airport before the main breakfast opened, we were given a grab-and-go meal. It was very disappointing as it only consisted of basic pastries and breads. There were no hot options like eggs or sausages included.

• Felix (7/5): Not so ideal (this time around) but cheap and cheerful for what it is - In very close proximity to the airport (terminal 3), with an available complimentary shuttle pick up and drop off service very close to airport. Second time staying in this hotel during our Asia trip. Cheap and cheerful for what it is with decent buffet style breakfast (included with booking) Low feedback provided more so this time around compared to prior as the bed (mattress, linen and duvet) were all damp as if they had been all completely wet and not allowed to fully dry. The bathroom sink did not drain sufficiently and kept filling up with any minute amount of water. Perhaps it was just this particular room we were placed in but overall was not ideal or comfortable. Silver lining was that it was an overnight stay (for several hours) after a late landing flight to head to a different hotel

• Esther Maguigad (7/5): convenient stay when you have a flight in Terminal 3. - Fast transaction for checking in and out, the staff were friendly and accommodating,the shuttle was convenient and helpful The breakfast was okay, juices felt artificial and overly sweet,requiring water to be added. The savory options felt short,chicken adobo was dry, the sauce help but overly sugarly while sausage excessive salty. The breads are dr, felt stale rather than fresh. I loved the fresh fruits and the coffee.
