Mohd (7/5): The Comfort is there but... - the staff is very good to me, and very nice. The smell at the hotel corridor is not good, maybe it is from the sewage or something im not sure. A bit of smell but not so powerful. At least put a bit of color in the hotel, it looks cheap, a bit of simple ID will do actually. You need to climb, so better not bring a heavy luggage, because no elevator provided (not that big deal, but at least we know).

Would be nice if the hallways could be a bit brighter or lit up. Note that rooms do not consist of bottled water and a telephone line to call reception.

Nur (4/5): Dont go for single bedroom - Friendly receptionist, near to food stall. Staff would make the bed n tidy the whole place when your out the whole day. Water pressure very very low couldnt clean anything had to go to mall just for the toilet. Aircond was set to default 24 n couldn't adjust lower or higher. TV have apps to watch movie but very lagging.

Also the rooms location and layout is confusing. In case of emergency and fire, it will be hard to find the exit or evacuate quickly! Also please install a lift!!

Andrew (7/5): Value of Money & Worth It - Strategic location. Love the tatami design for the bed. Pillow and bed is solid and good for sleeping. With this price, very worth it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. As there is no window for my room. There is a smell for the room due to lack of sunlight. However I do not mind as I am on short stay. Can be improved with diffuser fragrance for the room. Shower is alright with acceptable pressure but the towels can be improved! As the towel does not really absorb water after showering. Overall it is reasonably priced and acceptable.

Waremon (7/5): It's nice for a quick 2 nights stay, but room service and facilities can be better. - Host is very helpful and responsive (I reported a broken shower head and they fixed it promptly), the room was adequately sized for two, the bed definitely has that Japanese style and was comfortable enough, water flow from the shower was nice and warm (temperature can be adjusted). The table provided is enough for a person to sit and work on a laptop if necessary. WiFi was provided if you need it, but as usual in any places, shared WiFi will not be as fast since other customers are also using it, not to mention possible security/privacy issues, but shouldn't be a problem if you use VPN. In my case, signal coverage (Yoodo) was excellent and therefore, I don't use the WiFi. The hotel was quite secure because the entrance is locked at night and can only be accessed with your room's access card. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall (Starling Mall), and there are a couple of convenience stores within walking distance, plus two Starbucks nearby and some restaurants. It's also located just within 10 minutes to 1 Utama, The Curve and Tropicana Gardens Mall. My room has no window (which is known upfront), therefore it feels a little bit claustrophobic. Will not be good for people who has claustrophobia. Room service is just so-so, because there are dusts under my comforter and a dead cockroach in the shower (although to be fair, it was located at the dark corner of the shower and hard to notice). There is no light control near the bedside, and the table's edges are not smooth. Would appreciate it if there's an option for a nightlight, because personally I don't like sleeping in total darkness. The rainfall shower head was placed too close to the wall, and the wall itself has a soap dispenser mounted on it, which I keep hitting while bathing. There's no elevator, only stairs, but I don't mind this. Good to know for people with bad knees. Parking is not easy to obtain, and when you do get one, others may double-park behind you (fortunately in my case, there is either a driver waiting in the car, or they left a contact number under the windscreen which is good enough). If you can't find any parking, you could park in the shopping mall nearby temporarily and wait until 11.00PM-12.00AM before taking the car out and find a parking nearby. I believe there's one parking lot that charge you per entry instead of per hour, but I don't think it's near the hotel.

Woeiken (1/5): Will NEVER return to this hotel. NEVER. - Location. This is close to the office I am heading out to. Being opposite to the Starling mall is also a plus. Mold smell the moment I stepped into the room. Sink in the bathroom shaky. Toilet bowl seat is broken. The knob for the water heater is broken. There is no place to put the shower gel and shampoo (have to put on the floor). The wooden tatami has a lot of nail holes, feel dangerous.
