Aurelie (1/5): Two nights in hell if you can’t sleep! - I spent two nights without being able to get any sleep after a 24-hour journey because the walls are not solid—they are just partitions. I was placed in a room next to a very noisy person who was on the phone until 1 a.m. both nights, with no awareness that even a simple action like blowing their nose could be heard through such thin partitions. Those were two nights from hell! I would have appreciated it if the staff, knowing about the inevitable noise issues with these partitions, could prioritize placing guests away from each other when rooms are available. When one cannot rest at night, all the other aspects—the décor, the services—become completely secondary; the essential is lost: the quality of sleep. I noticed that the other guests seemed to have slept well, and I realized that many of them were already elderly; this should not be a problem, as most must have an already impaired hearing.

Alessia (7/5): Soggiorno in famiglia - Una struttura molto accogliente e pulita, situata a pochi passi dalla chiesa nuova facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione molto fornita. Personale disponibile e gentile. Manca un po’ di manutenzione, ho soggiornato in una stanza con soppalco quindi ho pagato un po’ di più. Tappo delle batterie del telecomando mancante, specchio del bagno scheggiato, tenda mezza staccata, ecc…Sono solo queste piccole accortezze che nell’insieme vengono subito notate.

Quando avranno terminato i lavori di isalamento termico (cappotto molto costoso) consiglio di canbiare la vecchia TV con una Smart, anche la sedia in camera è da sostituire.

ste.ele (10/5): "Soggiorno impeccabile - Ho trascorso 4 notti in questo hotel e sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto. La piscina è stata una vera oasi di relax, perfetta per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La pulizia della camera era impeccabile e mi sono sentito a mio agio fin dal primo momento. Un'altra nota super positiva è stata la prima colazione: un buffet super abbondante e vario che mi ha dato la carica ogni mattina. Anche il ristorante dell'hotel merita un plauso per l'ottima qualità dei piatti proposti. Infine, la posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dal santuario. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente a tutti!" Sarebbe ingiusto dire che c'è qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto, perché il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Se posso permettermi, vorrei dare solo un paio di suggerimenti per rendere l'esperienza ancora più incredibile. Sarebbe bello avere una sala con giochi da tavolo o un biliardo, e magari un'atmosfera musicale diversa a bordo piscina, più adatta all'estate. In ogni caso, consiglio vivamente questo posto!"
Cometti (4/5): C'è ancora da migliorare per un vero 4 stelle !!!!!!!! - - Parcheggio comodo; - Garage sotterraneo incluso nel prezzo; - Servizio colazione con caffè e cappuccio a volontà; - Gli orari della colazione sono eccellenti; - La posizione dell'hotel rispetto al Santuario e a locali dove è possibile cenare; - Ampi spazi comuni; - Possibilità di pranzare e cenare nel rinomato ristorante dell'hotel "Sale e pepe"; - Personale reception e bar molto gentile e cordiale. - Il terrazzino della camera. - Le luci esterne dell'albergo sono bellissime e di gran effetto !!!! - Clientela molto chiassosa e maleducata, non da quattro stelle; La mattina a colazione facevano razzia di pane e affettati per riempirsi le borse, infatti mancava sia il pane che il resto non di certo per colpa dell' hotel, che cercava di rimpiazzare tutto appena possibile; - Pulizia camera, soprattutto del bagno, dove avrei desiderato più cura e attenzione; - Assenza cambio biancheria. - Il letto della camera (erano due reti appoggiate al muro, dietro al quale era stata posizionata una stoffa che proseguiva sul soffitto sopra al letto; - La piscina ci ha deluso rispetto alle fotografie pubblicate su Booking: - Assenza di manutenzione (parlo della nostra camera, dove alcuni muri erano da ritoccare, l' asse del Wc erano da cambiare i gommini che poggiano sulla tazza wc, ecc. .. ci sono molte cose in generale da rivedere per poter dire di essere un hotel 4 stelle; - Alloggiare mentre erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione con impalcature molto evidenti, la gru proprio davanti la nostra finestra e i vari materiali edili in giro; - i cestini fuori dal ristorante dell' hotel sempre pieni, mai visto svuotarli nei due giorni che ho alloggiato. - Mancanza di un filo o stendino sul terrazzino della camera; - la mancanza di pulizia anche per le strade del paese; - la sporcizia e i rifiuti di ogni genere anche nei prati attorno all' hotel, una vera pugnalata al cuore per me che amo la natura !!!! 😭
anita (6/5): Hyggelig personal, ok basseng, trenger bedre vask av bad / dusj , middels mat i restauranten. - God beliggenhet , ok svømmebasseng. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personal i resepsjon, men veldig få av personalet som snakket engelsk og det kan være krevede. Dusjen var ikke ren , dusj hodet på veggen hadde et ekkelt rosa belegg. Vi sjekket det ut og det var klissete, og kunne lett vært fjernet med vaskeklut / rengjøringsmiddel. Uhygienisk ! Det var også belegg og tydelig møkkete rundt kanten / ved gulvet på dusjkabinettet . Maten i restauranten var langt under våre forventninger, så vi spiste i byen dag nr to.

francesco (7/5): Piacevole e di relax - La posizione è ottima, colazione anche, per il ristorante avrei qualche perplessità. Il personale del bar è molto gentile. migliorerei la pulizia, ad esempio in piscina i secchi sono sempre pieni. L'attrezzatura, lettini e sdraio etc. sono molto scadenti come qualità. La piscina nonostante sia moto bella a mio avviso non è ben attrezzata e non è nemmeno tenuta bene. Nel periodo estivo la piscina è determinante per giudicare un hotel.
Verified traveler (4/5): Musica a tutto volume! - La struttura non è male, anche se non raggiuge gli standard di un hotel di pari categoria gestito da una grande catena. Il personale si prodiga nel risolvere i contrattempi che possono capitare quando l'organizzazione non si posa su basi consolidate. Ma è inaccettabile che nella sala ricevimenti dell'hotel si svolgano feste, con musica a tutto volume fino a notte fonda, disturbando il sonno degli ospiti.
Alfredo (9/5): Da ripetere - Disponibilità del personale Ho richiesto un cuscino più alto per me purtroppo non ne avevano e una struttura di quella importanza non può perdersi ad una richiesta banale
Ettore (10/5): Posizione perfetta - Per chi è credente è in pratica davanti al santuario di padre pio. Per me invece ha fatto la differenza l'ampio parcheggio su due livelli sotterranei e anche esterno. Colazione abbondante, letto comodo. Stanno ultimando una ristrutturazione ma comunque non ha dato alcun fastidio. Chiedono 10 euro di supplemento per il cane ma comunque ci sta..... Forse un po' fredda la piscina è con poche sdraio ma con il caldo e considerando il giubileo 2025 va bene. Perfetto anche per andare al mare a Mattinata. In 40 minuti sei li. Piscina forse un po' freddina e poche sdraio. Ristrutturazione in corso ma quando sarà ultimata l'hotel sarà bellissimo.

Patricia (8/5): - I liked the easy accessibility to St Padre Pio by simply crossing the street. The room was also very nice with a lovely pool to cool off. Excellent breakfast buffet. The parking however in the garage was insufficient & the elevators were a bit slow. Overall a great experience!

Kristina (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Super Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht, aber waren trotzdem insgesamt sehr zufrieden und wir würden das Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp wieder buchen.
