- Sandra (5/5): Fortunately, we do not spend too much time in the room - Location Room 2, unable to open windows, all handles broken, it looks as if deliberately broken in bedroom and bathroom, had to rely on air conditioning and fan for fresh air, continuous noise from roof top installations during the night.

Staff, including bouncers, were friendly and helpful. Food options were great and we never struggled to find a table - even with the Huskisson triathlon crowd. Window in bathroom was broken and wouldn’t shut properly. Important as the noise from the kitchen extractors and pub would filter through. Would be great if the hotel had ear plugs available - the noise wasn’t bad but if you were a sensitive sleeper or had an event on the next day, these would be a godsend.

- f920e7dc2c81716b84a2b5608d3fd821 (8/5): Good stay - Friendly receptionist. We got a free welcome drink that we could use in the bar downstairs. Large balcony that is shared with other rooms. Fantastic location with guest parking in the back. We wanted to see the night view of the beach but we lucked out on the weather I dont think there is a lift but we stayed only for one night so we didnt lug the big luggage up.

A bit of work to lessen the noise from the exhaust/ vents & aircon. - location a bit disappointed with our room. looking out of the window, you only see exhaust/ vents on the roof. Aircon is noisy. The room description says tiles but we got an old carpet instead. A cockroach fell from the ceiling fan😔

- BrizzyDi (9/5): - The room was a generous size with high ceilings and good room and bed lights. The balcony has great views of the sea and parkland. The bistro and bar were very handy just downstairs and it is close to other restaurants and take-aways in the main street. Amazingly there was no noise from the pub itself, just a bit from some patrons in the street, but not enough to be a problem. Although it was good to have separate guest parking, it was a bit further than normal to get our luggage inside and up the staircase. But it wasn't a big problem.

Staff were helpful and organised. Bedroom was good, with good ensuite and wardrobes. This is a restaurant/bar with a few beds. Catering facilities were great, wide choice, good service. All bedrooms are located on first floor above restaurant and bar. Noise from these is quite load but not unreasonable. Noise stopped at a reasonable time but cleaning started early in the morning. So depends on your sleep requirements but did not affect our one night stop on a road trip

- Catherine (10/5): Great weekend stay at the Husky pub. All staff were amazing. We were made to feel very welcome - Room was small but well appointed for a pub. Bathroom was tiny but was find for us. Might be a challenge for larger sized people!

It sounded like the staff turned up the music on the house PA after the Hotel closed. The screen door to the balcony wouldn't lock so we couldn't leave the main door to the balcony open a little to get some fresh air. Could not open a window for fresh air. Wifi was insecure. No password required.

Rather than a hotel with a bar downstairs. So it was rather loud at night (only until 1am latest) and the walls are quite thin. Additionally I didn’t feel entirely safe walking into and out of the hotel in the evenings

You get 2 free drinks vouchers on check in. It is a good price in comparison to other hotels in the area, even though it is still over $200 per night, but you are paying for the location The room is a little on the smaller side

- Tyler-May (2/5): Disappointing and unacceptable - Great location, room was clean I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza downstairs on NYE at the hotel. When the pizza came out, it was basically raw dough.. I didn’t realise until taking it back and my partner couldn’t believe it when she looked at the pizza, she said it was visibly not cooked. I showed the staff at the pizza oven and they didn’t seem concerned - they asked if I would like it cooked again and I said yes.. as it’s raw dough.. they cooked the same pizza again then showed me and I asked to cook it again as it still didn’t look cooked. Eventually they gave me the pizza back and a couple of staff members mentioned they were still trialling the pizza dough and that the were difficult to cook. All the staff at the pizza oven were kind, apologetic and handled it the best they could. However, I then woke up in the morning to extremely bad food poisoning. I genuinely have never been so sick in my life, I quickly became dehydrated to the point of being unable to stand up properly. My partner went down to try and explain to the staff member and she did not care, I assume she thought I was hungover. They said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to get out of the room by check out. The cleaner then let herself into my room while I was in bed, hardly able to speak or sit up. She realised I was in the bed and quickly realised how sick I was however I felt embarrassed that a stranger had just entered my room and seen me in that state. My partner struggled to find a solution on due to receiving no help or guidance.. she called Health Direct and the advice was to go straight to emergency. My partner had to very quickly get me up and out of the room with again, no assistance from hotel staff. I was then taken to the emergency department. This all happened because I had food poisoning due to a pizza that was not cooked properly at your hotel and then in the morning, there was no responsibility/ accountability taken.

Recommended! - We had a gorgeous sea-facing room with balcony where we ate in the evening and watched the town rev up for a big night. The position of our room (room 6) meant that we were not bothered by noise at all. The room was large and well-appinted, and the bed was super comfortable. We particularly lved being able to park in the private hotel car park, the welcome voucher of a free drink each (which we took up to our balcony) and the warmth and friendliness of all of the staff that we met.

Parking was a bonus, and the pub delivered a great meal. We stayed in peak season so it was quite pricey for a simple room. Our friends had a balcony room, but it wasn't very inviting to sit on, lots of bird poop and outdoor furniture not super inviting.

Room was at the street side of the hotel and noise level is was minimal for a Friday and Saturday night. We had a great stay, maybe that their was no lift to the rooms.

Chambre très petite, terrasse appréciable mais non couverte. L’escalier est difficile à monter avec les bagages. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas satisfaisant.
