Telewizor z wyczerpanymi bateriami w pilocie. Klimatyzacja ustawiona na jedną temperaturę z brakiem możliwości zmiany. Dodatkowo, śniadanie w restauracji obok, gdzie pierwszego dnia nas odesłali z kwitkiem mówiąc że mamy zapłacić 7 euro od osoby jak chcemy zjeść. Hotel posiada siłownię i strefę relaks, która nie jest dostępna. Obsługa natarczywie próbuje wejść do pokoju w dniu wymeldowania się, co 10 min przykładając kartę do drzwi nie dając się spokojnie spakować. Co więcej wychodząc z pokoju i wyjmując kartę odłączasz prąd w całym pokoju, również w lodówce ;)

• Jana (6/5): - Location is great for visiting the old town and nice restaurants in the vicinity. All in all good value for the money. The breakfast was a little underwhelming. A fresh fruit or vegetable would have been nice, or some cereal that isn't sugary.

The staff from the accommodation suggested some private parking they work with. the guy from the private parking didn't speak english and was very dodgy looking. asked for 18 euro to park the car from 7pm to 1pm the following day and also wanted to keep our keys so we just took the risk and looked for free parking instead. free parking is also very hard to find, city is very busy and they drive like in india Windows were very thin and lights everywhere. If you are a light sleeper or can't sleep with lights on it will be very hard to stay here

• Ana (1/5): - Nada má. À chegada, fomos informados de uma taxa adicional de 25€ por check-in após as 22h, algo que não estava mencionado na reserva feita através do Booking. Além disso, a pessoa que nos recebeu insistia em receber esse valor em dinheiro, recusando pagamento por cartão e sem disponibilizar fatura, o que nos deixou bastante desconfortáveis. Solicitámos ajuda para estacionar o carro na garagem, mas não houve qualquer disponibilidade ou apoio. O quarto também ficou aquém das expectativas: a vista era para uma parede e a casa de banho estava adaptada para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, com uma sanita muito alta, o que tornava a utilização desconfortável. O pequeno-almoço era servido num restaurante do outro lado da rua. Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários, a oferta era muito limitada, faltavam itens básicos como guardanapos e havia pouca variedade de comida. No check-out, não havia ninguém disponível para tratar da saída, pedir fatura ou entregar as chaves. Tivemos de deixar as chaves no quarto e avisar por WhatsApp. No geral, foi uma experiência muito negativa, com custos adicionais que não consideramos corretos nem transparentes. Não recomendamos este alojamento.

Σε σημείο που ξυπνουσαμε γύρω στη 1 από τους δίπλα! Επίσης ενω το ξενοδοχείο είχε πάρκινγκ δεν μπορούσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε και έπρεπε να πληρώνουμε 18€ τη μερα σε ένα πάρκινγκ που ήταν σχετικά κοντά! Τέλος δεν ειχε μεγάλη ποικιλία το πρωινό!

• Milena (1/5): Schlechter Service für Rollstuhlfahrer - Gute Lage. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Wir haben das behindertengerechte Zimmer gebucht, da meine Schwester im Rollstuhl ist. Allerdings wird das Zimmer anscheinend somit nicht garantiert! Bei Ankunft und erst NACH dem Einchecken wurde uns gesagt, dass es vergeben sein und wir ein "angebliches Upgrade" bekommen (an der Zimmergröße und Ausstattung hat sich nichts geändert). Dies bedeutete allerdings, dass meine Schwester immer Hilfe beim Toilettengang benötigte und Duschen auch nicht möglich war. Eine Nachfrage vorab, ob eine Änderung des Zimmers für uns OK wäre, gab es nicht. Zusätzlich wurden uns 4€/Person Tourist-Tax für die Nacht veranschlagt. Im Zimmer und auch online habe ich im Nachgang gesehen, dass es normalerweise nur 2€/Person sind und Behinderte und Ihre Begleitperson normalerweise nichts zahlen müssen. Zudem haben wir die Nacht auch sehr schlecht geschlafen, da die Bettwäsche sehr stark nach Conditioner roch. Alles in allem eine schlechte Erfahrung.

Per la seconda volta al B&B Serpotta di Palermo, prenotato attraverso Booking, mi è stata assegnata all’arrivo una stanza per disabili, senza che io l’abbia richiesta espressamente. Infatti nella schermata iniziale della prenotazione Booking non era minimamente menzionata questa caratteristica, riportata in piccolo solo nelle caratteristiche peculiari della stanza. Ho dovuto pagare in loco una differenza di prezzo per avere una stanza non per disabili. Da persona anziana, una stanza attrezzata per disabili risulta particolarmente scomoda per vari aspetti (mancanza del bidet, WC e Doccia particolari, ecc.). Fedele utilizzatore di Booking, terrò conto di questa spiacevole disavventura in futuro.

Al momento del check in ci ha accolti una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile! Lenzuola e asciugamani super profumati, fantastico! La colazione molto basic che potrebbe essere migliorata sia in offerta proposta aggiungendo qualcosa di diverso e soprattutto in qualità! asciugacapelli di quelli a muro che funzionava solo per 10 secondi e poi si doveva aspettare diversi minuti

• KONIMA (8/5): Gute Unterkunft in Palermo - Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück im Restaurant LEON, gleich um die Ecke, wo es auch 20% Rabatt fürs gute Essen gab. Jeden Tag frische Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank. Der versprochene reservierte Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden, wir mussten selber einen suchen und hatten schnell Glück.

• Juan (9/5): Muy acogedor y zona muy tranquila - cerca del centro y la zona tranquila y segura. la habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda. El baño fantástico. El personal del restraurante súper atento. Desayuno muy bien la nevera no enfriaba bien y se nos pusieron malas varias cosas de comida del niño, pero es un mal menor que se puede arreglar.

Noi abbiamo trovato questa soluzione un po' scomoda, soprattutto il giorno del check-out, che è stato categoricamente alle 10 (nel senso che vengono a bussare alla porta per dirti di sgomberare.). Essendo la struttura in una vietta interna, la camera è risultata buia a qualsiasi ora del giorno, specie perché al primo piano.
