- Guest (8/5): Çocuklu Aileler için Ferah Odalar ve Merkezde bir konaklama fırsatı. - Otelin Konumu Merkeze Çok yakın. Junior King Süit odalar oldukça geniş 4 kişilik bir aile olarak rahatça kalabildik. Manzara güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterli seviyedeydi. Otelin içindeki Halıfleksler eskimiş durumda dolayısıyla çok fazla toz tutuyor. Klimalar çok iyi çalışır seviyede değillerdi elden geçirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Odalarda terlik yoktu. Yerler hali kapliydi ve uzerinde lekeler vardi o yizden her ayaga kalktigimizda ayakkabilari giy cikart yapmak gerekti. Konum olarak da merkeze biraz yurumek gerekiyor. Gun icerisinde otele dinlenmek icin gelmek pek mumkun degil.

Toilet có mùi khai nước đái rất khó chịu mỗi khi bước vào mặc dù tôi dùng rất sạch sẽ, có một con dán trong toilet . Gối cứng và cũ . Cảm giác ra giường gối bị cũ quá và không thơm .

- HRIPSIME (8/5): - Местоположение хорошее, к центру недалеко. Вежливый персонал. Комната была просторной. Кондиционер не включался, в комнате было жарко. После того как несколько раз я позвонила в ресепшен, и после нескольких попыток подключения, через час он включился. Не было в комнате тапочек. Были предоставлены доя детей дополнительные кровати, матрасы. Они были изношенные и порваны.

- Cristian (9/5): very good option in Sofia - they offer parking service, and despite it is not in the same building, they take your car to the parking and pick it up for you when you need it. Pillows and mattress amazing, good location and nice furniture breakfast variety is a bit short, the elevator do not let you to your floor but the middle stage, so you've to go up/down with the luggage
