All things were right at place amd well kept and cleaned. All the towels were clean. Excellent service and good standards. There was a moment when Janet helped me with my dress and that was very kind of her. She also used to greet me every morning with a smile and the first person I saw when i got out of my room in the morning- so that was a good start to my day.

• Omair (10/5): - We stayed here for a quick stopover during a honeymoon trip. The room facilities and comforts were excellent. Clean, quiet room, ample storage, plush bedding. By far the hotel of choice if you need to be close to the airport with plenty of choices around for great food and drink. And special thanks to Vin who went above and beyond in making even a rather short stay extra special!

• fiza6867 (10/5): Excellent service. Comfortable stay - Excellent service, we were attended to be Easwari and check-in was a breeze, quick and efficiently handled. The hotel rooms are clean, modern and new. It is located just next to the Changi City Mall, lots of shops and food choices. Only 10mins drive and 1 mrt stop away to Changi Airport/Jewel. A good comfortable stay.

Après 15 minutes d'attente à l'extérieur, aucun membre du personnel n'est venu nous assister. Les occupants ont finalement regagné leurs chambres. Le comportement, l'attitude et la réactivité du personnel de l'hôtel n'ont pas été conformes aux standards professionnels attendus. On a eu zéro explication

It is only one station from Singapore airport and is next to their outlet center which has lots of casual restaurants. It is great for a short stay and early morning flight. Can't think of anything.

Restaurant: S$ 40 sir. Forty bucks for a buffet? 😲 So I went elsewhere for $6.5 Inc coffee That night I asked reception the same question: S$2* plus tax sir, total $33 WHY?

• Chris & Kathy L (7/5): - Close to airport. Lots of eating options nearby. At metro stop closest to hotel, Google Maps routed us down the street, crossing and then returning up the street. At the metro exit you can see the hotel: just cross at the crosswalk near the exit. Hotel was decent and we don't hang out in the rooms so the small room was fine. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is nearly opaque...nearly. That means that when one of you awakens at night to use the bathroom and turns on the bathroom light, your fellow roommate is bathed in (probably) unwanted light while still in bed. Get a good mask and you'll sleep through the light.

• calvinlT6617IK (10/5): Amazing front desk - Easwari was amazing — we came in late in the early morning (2am) and she accommodated my group of 6 with a free upgrade and price match. The rooms themselves were very comfy and the perfect transit hotel for us!

The hotel’s 5-star location, clean rooms, and friendly housekeeping team made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. My family had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

• Heather (10/5): Fantastic large comfy rooms with amazing staff and a great location. - Everything was perfect. Huge comfy room.True blackout curtains. Lovely large bed. But the best part was the staff. The concierge allowed us to check in early without any problems. Also we had a late flight out so once we checked out they stored our luggage and when we returned to collect it in the evening they allowed us to shower in the leisure facilities before our flight. Also very close to MrRT and right next door to a shopping mall with hundreds of dining choices. If I am back in Singapore I would 100% book again. Room are so much bigger than the city center and only a short mrt ride to down town. Wish I had spent my whole time in Singapore here rather than just the night before my flight.
• Angeline (9/5): Initially booked for 5 days and extended for another 5 days ,pool and gym was quiet during week day . So we have enjoyed - Hotel Receptionist were helpful, room was cleaned and tidy every day , cleaner was nice and NTUC supermarket very near and Changi City Point just next door , plenty of shops and food around . Slightly further to city centre, but very close to Changi Airport , MRT Expo station just nearby, one stop to the airport , very convenient .

• EugeneVoronov (10/5): Excellent stay near airport. - Me and my wife are happy to recommend this hotel to all sort of travellers. In our case it was just one night between two flights in Changi airport. Despite arriving very early, we were offered a free early check in from a super friendly staff member Vin. We foud the room spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. The location was excellent for us: the MRT station was just 300 m away, and it was just one stop to the airport. We also enjoyed the nice outdoor pool, etc.

• Sina (7/5): - The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. After arriving off a late night flight, we had to wait in a long queue for our rooms. No doorman to help with bags. Finally someone came to bring the bag carrying trolley for us. But the most disappointing thing was the staff member that checked everyone in, was just standing there tapping on his computer when he could have announced to people why there was a long wait. Finally, we were processed and given room keys whcih may have been what we were waiting for to arrive.

• Nola (8/5): An excellent place for an overnight Changi stopover between long flights. - I only stayed at this engagingly stylish hotel for about 20 hours over 2 days, mostly to sleep and refresh myself between 2 long haul flights. The hotel is close to Changi airport (but quiet), which made a very early departure much easier to endure. The roomy deluxe accommodation was comfortable and the aircon delightfully responsive. It's adjacent to a mall with many and varied food choices. Nothing. I would have liked more time to try the pool and fitness centre, but prioritised sleep.

Though it was late, had a warm welcome by Easwari at the reception & was given a complimentary upgrade. Thankful for the sweet gesture. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. Whatever we needed was in place. Service was excellent. Also had buffet breakfast at Cosmo. While the range was wide, the food quality could be better. Somewhat bland. Food aside, it was a comfortable stay!

Se faire réveiller par l’alarme incendie 2 fois (pour rien, l’hôtel est connecté à la galerie marchande voisine et donc le souci se situait là bas…) Et l’isolation entre les chambres est mauvais on entendait trop le voisin.

Ce guignol était en train d'essayer d'arracher une roulette sur ma valise.
