• Kjell (2/5): Skuffende opphold - Det var rent på rommet,men ikke i oppgangen og sentralt. Ingen resepsjon,ingen frokost,gamle møbler. Kan vel heller kalles pensjonat enn hotell.

• Kristyna (4/5): Not worth 1220 nok at all.... - I did not get any message about that check in is in different hotel in the city, so when I arrived to the entrance in storm with all of my heavy luggage I saw a note that I have to check in somewhere else so I had to drag my stuff to the other hotel and check in. The person in reception did not sound like he has ever been in the other hotel. I went back in the storm and found out that I can not unlock the main door so I called the reception in the other hotel again, the receptionist did not know how to get in he said i have to use the key card but there was only normal lock. I asked if there is some other entrance. I explained where is the normal entrance and what is around and he did not know from description and said i probably have to walk around. There was not any note on the entrance door about some other door or direction to another entrance. I walked around again and after a while i found other door and got inside. Completely wet from rain i got inside and found elevator but it did not want to go up even when i was using my key card. So I had to carry all of my luggage up to 3. floor. there was no one at reception who could help me with the elevatorofc and it was only 17.00. When igot to my tiny room and wanted to shower and get warm there was no warm water in the shower and the water stream was super tiny. I wanted to make a tea to warm myself then. There was tea selection but not water boiler in the room, only a coffee machine.
• Nicole (9/5): - Nettes Hotel mit allem was man benötigt. Auch das an 2 Tagen das Frühstück , nach telefonischer Benachrichtigung, im Partnerhotel stattgefunden hat war vollkommen in Ordnung. Leider gab es ein paar Gäste die nach einem Abend in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gedacht hatten ihre "Hinterlassenschaften" einfach liegen zu lassen. Da an den 2 Folgetagen jedoch auch kein Personal direkt vor Ort war lagen die auch 2 Tage später noch... Allerdings sind hier, meiner Meinung nach, die verursachenden Gäste schuld und nicht das Hotel...

• Andreas (1/5): - Uns hat nichts gefallen. Bei der Anreise am Nachmittag war niemand anwesend und der Frühstücksraum war sehr schmutzig. Auf dem Boden lag Müll und auf den Tischen standen jede Menge halbvolle Kaffeetassen und halb leergegessene Müslischalen. Hinter dem Tresen ("Rezeption") konnte man nur Müll entdecken. Check in war in einem anderen Hotel. Dort haben wir die Situation geschildert und bekamen Gott sei Dank ein anderes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche direkt am Meer. Halleluja

• Nathalie (7/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. - Die Lage im Zentrum von Andenes Möbel abgewohnt und Frühstück zwar ausreichend, aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Check-In etc. im Thon Partner Hotel Andrikken.

• Bala (1/5): Poor communication, poor facilities, this is a terrible hotel - I stayed one night in your Hotel Marena in Andenes last night. I contacted them via email - there was no response. I contacted them on Booking.com, yet no response. Their facilities were appalling. The reception was in a different hotel 5 blocks away. The WiFi password given was wrong. When I found the correct password it was not working. I tried phone call three times and two hours later I spoke to someone who said to check the WiFi but it never worked. This hotel is worse than a budget hotel but costs too much. This is a scam, I do not recommend this place.
• Lise Lotte (6/5): Not value for money - Meget basic hotel grænsende til det triste. Små værelser. Ingen cleaning under opholdet. Positivt: god beliggenhed og rene værelser. Morgenmaden var ok - meget simpel, men dog med dejlig nybagt brød.

• Aditya (1/5): Very rude owner. No blackout curtains - There were no black out curtains and very difficult to sleep in midnight sun in these curtains. The owner was very rude. We requested for a special requirement for breakfast because of special dietary requirements in a very nice way. We were absolutely fine with them not being able to fulfil it. Instead the owner came to my room and told me "if u have special dietary requirements carry your own food". "It's not about what you can eat, it's about what I can provide". Water in tap was yellow.
• Iancu (10/5): Dream hotel for one night spent. - The hotel is good places in the middle ,the parking is close by , the breakfast was nice and good and had very good food and diverse. To eat something good in the morning I highly recommend,they had a good selection of cheese and food. The room was clean and nice bathroom ,the 3rd floor room was good cosy and nice. The ac was perfect and heating also. The furniture was nice and with good style. You could see the northern lights also from the window of the room,since the view was on the back and was less lights . The price paid for room was fair for the offer that they got. The receptionist was very kind and nice and recommended also a good restaurant to eat since we arrived a bit late. All the instructions was nice and good and clear and very easy to use. For sure I will chose one more time when I visit Andenes. The bed was making a noise when I laid down on it and sometimes on the night if you don’t close the windows is a chance to hear the cars passing.

• Emese (8/5): Very good - The lady at the reception was super friendly and helpful. We discussed local places and activities. She even told me about the whale safari, and if the people leading it though the weather will be okay. The room was okay, got a double room instead of a single one, so more space on the bed for me 💁‍♀️ I loved the floor heating in the bathroom. Everything is in walking distance (restaurants, shops) and I saw the beautiful northern lights just a few minutes walk away, next to the lighthouse. A little short on space to put luggage and clothes, but I managed :)
• Lucioni (8/5): Good for short stays - It was convenient. Clean and sized adequate room for a one nightstay. And coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was OK. Staff were very kind and helpful. It is close to all amenities. Bed comfortable We turned the heating off in room as it was a small room it was very hot for us. No milk for the tea and coffee and the fridge we turned off as it made an awful noise. Pillows were lumpy.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - lots of variety with fresh warm bread and croissants. Brown cheese and other cheeses offered. Maybe a Norway thing but no face flannel in the bathroom and no fridge in the room.

• Fabian (8/5): A good option when travelling Andøya - - Perfect location/starting point for excursions, hiking, travelling Vesterålen/Andøya - Bus stop just around the corner - Friendly, helpful staff - Small, but very clean single room - Breakfast available all good when considering price, hotel class and location. Breakfast selection could be a bit richer, but then again: it’s a small hotel in a remote corner of Norway. TV in my room wasn’t working - but this did not bother me, as I was not eager to watch. I did not tell the staff so it’s definitely not their fault!

Hotellin respa oli ainakin sunnuntaina klo 8.30-15 välillä suljettu, eli kun saavuimme klo 13,ei ollut mahdollisuutta kysellä olisiko huoneemme valmis. Asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä. Huone jokseenkin pieni kahden matkalaukun kanssa matkaaville aikuisille. Aamiainen perustasoa, ei ehkä niin kattava kuin luvataan, mutta leivät olivat aivan ihania ja tuoreita viereisestä leipomosta!

• Linda (8/5): Best place to stay in Andenes - This place exceeded our expectations - what a suprisingly stylish and comfortable spot to stay in the heart of Andenes! Service in the reception was very frindly and welcoming. Great location, free parking, nice restaurants nearby and short walking distance to the beach and lighthouse. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless and in great condition (newly renovated I assume). Bathroom was very functional and beds comfortable. Biggest drawback was that the room was terribly hot due to unexpected heatwave in Lofoten. Air conditioning was not efficient enough, so fans would be needed in the rooms. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Due to coronavirus, simple but tasty breakfast was served in room.

We arrived very late night and we didn't know that the hotel was already closed. We called the phone number on the door and got door code to get in. Room key was waiting us on reception. Only minus was that because of corona the breakfast was served to rooms, breakfast was very small.
