Para el ingreso tenía que molestar al personal tocando el timbre para abrirme la puerta de afuera, la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado aunque si ventilador.

Le personnel a été aux petits soins, bel accueil et service attentionné. Espace commun dans un joli jardin intérieur. Chambre confortable. Resto à 2 pas de l’établissement. Déjeuner pour apporter car je partais tôt! Tout était parfait!

Beds are super small, so tall people will be challenged and the two-person bed is very cosy and makes a lot of noise if you move. You need to ask every time you want to go out for the gate to be opened, which feels a bit awkward.

The hostess is very friendly and useful. Breakfast is delicious and fast. I recommend to book a suite very pleasant room with stove microwave, refrigerator & king size bed.

Restaurants walking distance, a shopping mall and an ice cream Shop. The most important is that the employees of the hotel make you feel at home. It is a very secure place for a solo traveler. • Michael (6/5): Good for one night after a day’s travel. - We stayed here the evening of 11 February, it was a great place to get a shower and sleep for the night. The cleanliness and comfort of our room was exceptional, but we could’ve used more towels. For some reason, the front desk was adamant about there only being two towels per room and was adamant about this. Breakfast was acceptable, but with very meager portions….. likewise with coffee. The only other recommendation I would make is that they train their staff to be more proficient in English.

The included breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff even made us a packed lunch when we left too early to eat the breakfast. The staff from the check-in until check-out were exceptional. They even prepared a carry-out breakfast for us as we were leaving at 5am! The room was so clean and large, definitely exceeded our expectations considering it was a very last-minute booking.

He opened the window and turned on the ceiling fan. I asked for an additional fan, he happily brought me one. Breakfast was good. When i booked i didn't realize there was no AC.

The ceiling fan didn't cool the room until night but it was eventually cool enough to sleep. A floor fan would have been wonderful but none available.

• Van (9/5): Location and service #1 - We liked it so much, we booked this second stay before our visit to Tikal to be near the airport for our return home. We got the same room #4, and enjoyed the same comfort, hospitality and breakfast as the first time.
• Van (9/5): Superb - Excellent breakfast in the covered patio. If you like decor, the owners have a great collection of clocks, masks, irons, etc on the walls in various parts of the building. The back garden is small but filled with flowers and other plants. Our room #4 was large with plenty of room to place our luggage and still move around. Liked it so much we stayed before going to Flores and a second stay after Flores, the last night before our flight home.
