Milk, tea, coffee and cookies were provided. The bathroom was roomy with heating and a very good shower. The shuttle service only runs specific hours. Outside of the hours you must book a taxi which is approximately NZ35.00 depending on the time.

The communication throughout was excellent, making everything smooth and stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The location is also very convenient, especially for airport access. A special mention to Sanket, the hotel manager—he was outstanding. His service, communication, and willingness to help truly made our stay memorable. He went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including arranging an early check-in during one stay and a late check-out during another, which we greatly appreciated. We stayed here twice and both experiences were consistently excellent. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Plenty of places close to get food. We like having barbecues rather than cooking in the room. Good barbecue but no lighting which Madrid difficult. At least they supply you a touch in the room which I could USA.
• Amy41378 (10/5): Another good stay at Airport Palms - This is the second time we have stayed at Airport Palms. We will stay again if in the area. The room is very clean with full kitchen amenities. The location is close for airport access, yet it is a quiet safe neighborhood for taking a walk and for sleeping. The staff are nice and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel at 3 am for an early morning flight. They arranged transportation for us so that we did not have to worry about waiting for a ride service to show up at that time in the morning. And sure enough, our driver was right on time at 3 am. This is the kind of service that you want and appreciate that small local hotels can provide.

Die Zimmergröße hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir hatten außerdem das Spa-Zimmer gebucht. Der Whirlpool war toll! Es gibt sogar eine kleine Terasse vor den Zimmern, auf die man sich setzen kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und wir wurden außerhalb der Shuttel-Zeiten zum Flughafen gefahren. Für ein Motel hätten wir deutlich weniger Komfort und Ausstattung erwartet.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Hotel is very near the airport and offers a free shuttle. If you want to visit the City center - it's 15 minutes with Uber. Dining option is across the street.

• PERRY (10/5): Great small efficient property close to restaurants and the airport / car rental return. - After a busy day of driving from Kaikoura, my partner and I wanted to quickly arrive and relax before heading out for dinner. We originally chose this property due to the overwhelming positive comments and are extremely glad we did. Upon check-in, we were kindly greeted by the young man (of Indian descent?) who provided clear instructions regarding the room, parking, check-out, etc. As we were craving "Asian" food after a full month of driving across the South Island with limited choices, the gentleman eagerly suggested 2 great options which were close to the property. We would definitely recommend this property which is only a 5-minute drive to the airport / car rental return. Well done! Everything was perfect.

• Shar (10/5): Moderately Price for Maximum Quality Stay - Repeat stay for me in this spacious King Studio with good quality sheets/pillow/bed. Lovely and clean, staffed by friendly and helpful people. I was flying very early and the Manager said if I had any issue with taxi or uber, to call him and he would drive there me himself. Comfortable, safe, close to airport and the lovely clean spa bath is a bonus. Everything thought of, right down to the Jed's Coffee Bags. This is where I choose to stay on my last night in Otautahi (Christchurch), as I said, I've been here before and I'll stay here again. Recommend.

• Jim (10/5): First class accommodation close to the airport as well as being on a bus route for the city. - Close to the airport and very easily driven too. Room immaculate. No cleanliness issue at all. Stayed two times during our vacation. Bot the rooms we had were excelent
• Jean (9/5): Extremely friendly and helpful manager - Our large one bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette, and in a good location, convenient to the airport. As our flight left at 6:00am we weren't able to use the shuttle service so ordered an uber. However, we returned the hire car the previous afternoon and got picked up by the shuttle then to return to the motel. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and provided a lot of information on shops and restaurants in the area. We were only there one night but it was a very pleasant stay and good value for money.
• HAWilkes (10/5): Excellent, will definitely be back . Sankeet was wonderful . - I had my own breakfast plus some milk Nothing , just a bit of confusion about my booking . I kept getting messages to say the booking was cancelled yet I had actually already stayed there and paid for it ?
• m (10/5): handig gelegen hotel voor luchthaven Christchurch - Het bed was groot en lag goed. De kamer was rustig. Het ontbijt wat je ter plekke kon kopen was ruim voldoende. Er is een airport shuttle voor 10 NZD per kamer. We konden voor 15 NZD afgezet worden bij de car rental wat erg plezierig was. We kwamen laat aan maar de sleutel zat in een kluisje buiten de receptie.

• Helen (10/5): Very practical and comfortable motel for someone travelling alone with an injury. - I had a spinal injury and on my way home unaccompanied, so am very grateful for the staff support and comfortable bed and disabled bathroom facilities. I fortunately had brought food and snacks with me, as the motel is not located close to a convenience store.
