O hotel é muito bonito e recém reformado. O café da manhã poderia manter a colocação de vegetais, todos os dias, pois tomate só havia no primeiro dia da nossa estadia. O quarto tinha passagem de esgoto por sobre a cama e que gerava um barulho.

• Paul (5/5): For where it was the service was basic at best. - Location was perfect, town and views The smell of sewage on most floors and not very obliging staff when asked for basic things. The meal at the restaurant was the worse one for our entire 3 week stay in France and Italy.

Carta da parati staccata , bagno senza prese , canaline per impianto elettrico con fili fuori e visibili, letti singoli uniti tra l’altro senza una struttura sotto ma solo due reti unite, colazione pessima abbiamo preso pane burro e marmellata quest ultima acida ,ciotoline sporche messe in uso ,poca scelta e nulla di veramente espresso

Ça n'a pas été un gros problème pour nous, mais il faut marcher depuis le parking public, et ça monte assez fort. Pas forcément idéal pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher ou des personnes âgées.

Aparcamiento en la misma puerta del hotel a muy bajo precio. Excelente situación del hotel para visitar la ciudad. Habitación muy limpia,cómoda y silenciosa. Desayuno muy completo.

• Tiba (9/5): Best place to stay in Cortona. - Locations could not be better and the views from the hotel are amazing. Make sure that the room you are booking has a view. Breakfast serve in the hotel is great and a good way to start your day in Cortona. Also, very convenient to reserve a parking spot for your stay. As we had found out in many places in Italy they don’t allow you to turn the air conditioning at night 😩

It happened that we arrived there by car in the afternoon of a holiday day, parking was quite problematic and the staff was (could be) of little help. In addition, the WiFi connectivity in the room was very unstable.

Personalmente ho trovato povera la colazione continentale che dopo le ore 9 cioè ad 1 ora dal suo termine era puntualmente sguarnita.

• Filip Trbojević (9/5): An enjoyable stay with an amazing view - Excellent location, a beautiful view from the balcony, and modern, comfortable rooms. There were no shelves in the wardrobe, the room key was quite large and heavy – an electronic key card would be more convenient – and the Wi-Fi was quite poor.

Le matelas n'était pas confortable et juste cette nuit là il a fait froid et pas de couverture dans la chambre

• Masserelli (8/5): Qualità prezzo non corrispondente. Per il prezzo pagato la camera e la vista dovevano essere curate - La struttura è molto bella e la vista sul lago dalla sala della colazione spettacolare. Colazione buona e curata. La camera interamente arredata bene. Vista dalla finestra orribile: retro hotel non curato per questo la finestra veniva lasciata dalla struttura con la serranda giù.

• Vadim (1/5): Ho fatto una pessima figura con la mia compagna… - La camera che ci hanno dato non era di un hotel 4 stelle. - vecchia - copri water rovinato - ventola del bagno piena di polvere - pareti macchiate/rigate - soffitto con una grossa chiazza di un’infiltrazione - zero insonorizzazione, i vetri delle finestre sono sottilissimi e gli infissi vecchi, si sentivano rumori dall’esterno e soprattutto dalle camere circostanti (cani, sedie, voci ecc.)
