• colin (7/5): Good but spoiled by the pool access - Room was clean, Tidy, near to shops and eateries easy parking. The property is built on a hillside in layers and we were close to the top accessed from the street behind. The pool was at the bottom accessed from street at front. To get to the pool it was into car, drive round to front, or several flights of steps.

Propre mais peu mieux faire. Les appartements sont construits à flanc de colline. Parking haut sur rue du haut et parking bas sur rue du bas. Code d’accès des parkings non communiqués. Nous avons dû nous garer en extérieur. Pas d’ascenseur. L’appartement N.7 se trouve au milieu, nombreux escaliers à monter avec les bagages. Personnel vu au check-out seulement, qui parlait à peine l’anglais, pas sûr que la personne ait compris nos doléances concernant le parking.

Enten er oppvaskmaskin dårlig, eller så var vaskemidlet dårlig. Etter å ha kjørt den varmeste vasken, virket det ikke som det ble rent.

The accommodation was horrible, very dated, musty, full of spiders, chairs on balconies upside down like no one cared, full of leaves, cleanliness half done. I couldn’t stay, went there - tried to remove some spiders and the thought I can’t stay comfortably sleep and left. Dropped the key back. Discussed it with Management to ask for money back however he didn’t oblige - said ‘what do you expect for the price’. That’s ok - just a warning to anyone else going there not to have any expectations.

• Kate (10/5): One of the best places we’ve found in awhile - will definitely be coming back! - This place is a hidden little gem. Rooms are incredibly spacious, well maintained and great for families and extended stays. Next door to the Sunshine Beach Surf Club and local shops, you cannot want for more. Staff are fantastic and make you feel incredibly relaxed. Family touches are thought of including pool and beach toys provided for use free of charge. Pool didn’t appear to be heated but it had also just rained heavily and was summer so it either may not be heated during summer or was struggling with all the fresh water.

Location is the main reason - opp surf beach. In the penthouse this time - best sea and headland views. Near surf club and local cafes. January weather can be variable and was rainy this time. But the appt has a good lower balcony and a lovely terrace up top for sunny days. Leather sofas in main room OK. Kitchen has essentials and shower decent. The paint job, flooring and carpets are beginning to look like they might need attention soon, especially for the higher penthouse rate. Stingy on towels...one hand towel for 3 days. Def stingy on loo roll. Have to take or buy. Only a double bed, not queen.

• Lana (7/5): - Location is fantastic so close to the beach, surf club and restaurants. 2 bedroom apartments were a great size! the room we had was more modern then our friends so that was an added bonus! Beach views were lovely. pool was also good for the kids they really enjoyed it. Receptionist was not welcoming at all. We had no communication from management to tell us that our room would not be ready at 2pm and would be ready at 3pm until we rocked up at 2! they did offer a late check out but that really didn’t help us as we needed to check out at 10am anyway. Not sure if it was the time of year but there were so many flying ant bugs always in the rooms and around the apartment that would be super annoying at night! Maybe because of no fly screens? Not sure but also lots of large ants in the apartment as well so not sure if a pest spray is due

As well as beach towels . The apartment was not the cleanest around the hard floors .At night there were hundreds of ants that came in and were on work surfaces.

The glasses were dirty, the key jamming in the lock and was difficult to open, fans in the bedroom were so dirty we couldn’t use them. Really needs upgrading for the price. And I called and texted the staff for assistance accessing the property when I arrived and no one ever got back to me. I also never received the invoice email I requested. Very poor effort from staff.

The stairs centrally in the building. The pool was difficult to get to and had a lock on it that had a keypad. The lock number was nowhere to be found on the information sheet I was given.Fortunately with respect tl the beach access I found a way around the bach of the surf club wkth a road I could walk up and down rather than transversing all those steps. The receptilnist didn't tell me about that which would have been helpful.

• Wilf (7/5): All in all very disappointed for you the money spent because of the awful view where would have loved to have spent more - Very spacious, good air con, all facilities, good pool, good location THE WORST view of all the units. When I booked this property, mainly because the photo in the advert was an amazing view from a large balcony of an endless beach and sea. What we got was a wall of a forest of trees, if you leaned over the balcony to the right you could see a postage stamp small view of some sea and the back wall of the pool. The view from a property is so important and is why one chooses to purchase. It attracts one property from another is almost the main reason of choice. It said ‘toiletries’ were supplied, what we got was One Days supply 3 small tubes of Gel and one roll of toilet paper, reception told us they supply only a ‘starter kit’ total disgrace for $300/night. Very small number of hours reception should be open and practically nothing on weekends. There was a sign saying if no one in reception please us the Wall Phone, there was No Wall Phone, we were told it had been removed, but the sign was still up. Cooker so old the signs on the knobs we’re rubbed of so hard to control the heat One plus was they supplied a lovely bottle of wine free for my birthday 🙏

A lovely small community vibe without being over touristy. Noosa with its very swimmsble beach, cafes and shops, and tourist activities only 10 mins by road. The absence of staff for greater part of our stay..When we did find the office open, the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Unit was set up with a great supply of crockery and extra platters/bowls etc. Wonderful large balcony. We were only a couple, but unit would have been a great size for a larger group as well. Good condition washer and dryer. Disliked · From our unit at the back of the property it was quite a walk, down a number of stairways to access the swimming pool. And of course had to walk back up same stairs after swim. The ensuite bathroom in our unit was okay but the shower enclosure felt a bit musty and the water didn't drain well.

It’s a great base for a relaxed coastal stay. The only downside was that the cleanliness could have been better, which likely contributed to an ant problem that took a bit of time and effort to deal with. Once resolved, we had a great stay, but a deeper clean between guests would really improve the overall experience.

• Mohammed (8/5): Great location staff need to be more helpful - The location was excellent with gorgeous views The air conditioner was not working and the two single beds were just pushed together to make a queen bed. Linen was all wrong. Still awaiting a response to my queries. The office closed before the advertised time
• Shakespeare (10/5): Best location - Location was 10/10 The curtains and blinds did not slide fully across. So morning sun always came in. Also the oven lost all of its labels, so it was trail and error to make it work
• Sarah (8/5): Good vibes! - Lovely place, we stayed in room 12 which was styled beautifully with everything we need. Aircon and fans. Very close to shops, surf club and the beach. The door to the balcony did not lock
• Kate (8/5): Wonderful! - Location great and much quieter than downtown Noosa. Right across the street from the beach and close to a few restaurants and a convenience store.

• Julie (8/5): We would definately stay here again. - Location location location! No elevator, didn’t affect us. But anyone with issues it would. Outside light near room didn’t work.
• Judith (8/5): Very peaceful and relaxing - Light and airy apartment, ocean glimpses, very well appointed All good
• Francis (10/5): The sky is the limit. We finally arrive there. - The view and the facilities are fantastic. The sea is close and there is a small shopping centre across the street. Many steps to go down to the street and then to the beach. The surf is too strong for someone our age.
