• Hem (10/5): Great value for money, in all respects - Breakfast options were good. It would be better if options are widened. If done so, it will be like icing on the cake. The choices of different communities and nationalities if the guests in the Hotel to be considered, for selection of breakfast varieties. It's nothing, which was disliked. In fact staying in this hotel was giving a feeling as if youvare dwelling in a botanical garden, during Spring time.

• Ponnu (10/5): We had a wonderful time at the Mirage. The staff was helpful and the rooms were excellent. - The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.

Mr Zulfi and all the staff were just the best.. courteous polite ready with a smile to help. It’s a beautiful property with greenery all around. Located in the posh colony of Raj Bagh. Nothing not to like.

It's personal home converted into a small hotel; so it's very nice and cozy and has a personal touch. The rooms are quite big and beautifully decorated. The food is very good. The room rent is reasonable for the quality what you get. Overall very good experience. It's a three storied property. If you've senior citizens with walking issues, then higher floors can be problematic.

• Iluu (10/5): Best stay in kashmir, we stayed in gulmarg and pahalgam aswell. - Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team. Food spread was with less variety but tasty food.

• Sinnasany (8/5): Quaint Hotel - It is a lovely quaint hotel. Room had a small living space with the necessary amenities separated from the sleeping area. Excellent staff. Clean room and bedding were super comfortable. Hot water was always easily available throughout our stay. Buffet breakfast choices were good. Due to the cold season and surge of electricity usage, we experienced frequent power cuts. But the bathroom was always heated, and the emergency lights were available. When there was a big group of guests, it could be very noisy at night. Breakfast starts just before 9 am, a little late for early risers.

• Mohammed (3/5): Carry cash with you in case you are going to Jammu & Kashmir. - Location. Transaction problem on Jammu & Kashmir ICICI Bank side. My credit card declined every time I tried to pay them. Finally, I had to pay the hotel by bank. Wire transfer remittance to their local account at ICICI Bank J&K India. My advice is that you should take payment in advance, especially in Kasmir, because the communication link is very poor there. Thanks & Regards Mohammed Shoeb

• Rubaiyath (9/5): Amazing Kashmir Holidays - The hotel is peaceful and nested in a garden. It gives a personal feeling. The rooms are large. The staffs are friendly. With some light music on the lobby and a few paintings on the wall of the rooms, the stay could get even better!

• Venugopal (9/5): My wife and I stayed in this property for one night only. Surely recommend this place. - This hotel is located in a posh area surrounded by a beautiful lawn and big bungalows. The room has a separate sit out/ TV area and sleeping area. Room is very spacious. Bathroom is really big. Property is new. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is important to note that the hotel doesn't have a Lift. Owner Mr.Zufli was very helpful. He himself drove us to the Sankaracharya Hills for early morning darshan. And also dropped us at the airport. None

• Verified traveler (4/5): Overpriced hotel with poor amenities - I saw a very good review about the hotel and decided to stay during my visit to Srinagar. The rooms are definitely very much overpriced. The food is very expensive. The complementary breakfast provided is pathetic . All the time during daytime , there is noise of drilling work and masonry work happening close to your room and the hotel management is not apologetic or did not even have the courtesy to inform about the maintenance work happening . There was no one in the reception area the day I had to check out at 6 AM. No receptionist , no manager was in sight. I had informed the manager that I would be leaving the next day early morning. I thought I would miss my flight . With great difficulty and waiting for 35 minutes , had to make multiple phone calls and search all over the hotel area, could find someone who could check me out. Not at all recommended. Stay away.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Feel at home..... - I stayed at this hotel with my wife from 17th April till 20th April in a deluxe room with breakfast . The deluxe room actually comes with 2 rooms with ambient lighting which are very spacious, neat n clean and above all warm. Hospitality here is Five star. Our caretaker Mr.Bilal is a perfect gentleman who ensured we had everything we needed and apparently,did not expect tips. Food is excellent especially the Kashmiri delicacies.There were instances when we got caught in the rain outside and the manager, Zulfi came out with an umbrella to escort us to our rooms. Not to mention the warm welcome they gave us as soon as we entered the hotel.The hotel also arranged our sight-seeing trips. Dal Lake gate no 1 is around 5 kms from this place. The area is very calm and peaceful away from the tourist hustle -bustle of Boulevard road. This hotel is highly recommended for people who prefer peaceful surroundings.
• colin (8/5): Great hotel - Not really a hotel as such as it is a huge house with many rooms. The rooms are well designed and warm. We were there in the middle of a huge snow storm. Gopal, the service man was excellent.
• Harish (8/5): Good hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood. - We stayed at the Mirage as a stop over in Srinagar before flying back home. The hotel is adequately equipped and in a very quiet locality. The Vegetarian Buffet breakfast was very good. However, do not expect any exotic views. It is a very functional hotel with a nice garden and cosy rooms.
