- Suzette (10/5): A relaxed, welcoming oasis with outstanding staff and comfort in the heart of Granada. - We absolutely loved this place. All the staff were brilliant, but Jessica in particular stood out – funny, engaging, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed, big or small. The hotel feels like a little oasis in the middle of a hot city. The pool was always clean with plenty of spots to relax, and the shared breakfast tables made it easy to meet other travellers. The shower was one of the best we’ve had in Central America, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Very little to fault. If anything, just be aware it can feel warm in Granada generally, but the hotel does a great job creating cool, comfortable spaces.

- Sandra (8/5): Good for an overnight stay... - Good location with a very friendly welcome and able to store bags as arrived early. The grounds are so pretty with a nice pool. Our room was basic but had all we needed and we slept well. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were great. No windows 😂

Персонал вежливый, хоть и меллительный Завтрак скудный, после него хочется есть.

- Jill (9/5): Overall, our group had a lovely stay. - Excellent location; we had a vehicle and could park right in front. Very clean and peaceful. Staff was super friendly and very helpful…I forgot my glasses on the breakfast table, and a staff member flagged us down the street! We had lovely breakfast…omelettes cooked to your preference. We had a dozen or so mosquitoes in our room that I fought with at night, but still managed to have 5-10 bites in the morning. :(

The central feature of the hotel is the swimming pool, which was a little cooler, but all the more refreshing for it. This hotel is a pleasant oasis in the hot city. The room was very noisy. There is a club or disco next to the hotel that stays open until the early hours of the morning. After the first night, they changed our room and then it was OK.

De antemano sabía que no hay parqueo interno, pero tampoco hay una persona que pueda cuidar el vehículo fuera del hotel. Simplemente te dicen que dejes el vehículo donde los bomberos si ti estas insegura de dejar el vehículo solo y en el lugar te piden las llaves del vehículo para cuidarlo. El servicio brindado por las personas en el hotel deja mucho que desear.

Staff think the situation is funny . Also the bathroom is connected with another rooms bathroom with a massive circle window so you can hear everything from your neighbours bathroom which is very strange

La recepcionista de la noche es superamable, nos hizo el desayuno para llevar cuando salimos a las 5 am, en general el hotel tiene personal muy amable. La ubicación es excelente a solo una cuadra de la Catedral y parque Central Lo peor fue que no hubo agua caliente ni internet en la habitación, entiendo que son dos cuestiones circunstancisles que se solucionaràn de inmediato.

- Cory (8/5): Location is central and safe - The location was perfect. 2 blocks off the central square. The staff was extremely accommodating- helping me arrange a safe taxi to/from the airport. The pool was refreshing to cool down on hot days. I felt very safe at this hotel and in the surrounding areas as a solo traveler. The bathroom was “open air” (private) meaning no AC and susceptible to mosquitoes while in the bathroom. A door does separate the bedroom from the bathroom.
- Simon (8/5): Fine but not a 4 star hotel - Beautiful traditional building, with pleasant courtyard and pool, very well located a block from the main square in Granada. For our first few nights we paid the same as a private room in a hostel would have cost and at that price it was good value. The room was large but we didn’t find it very comfortable - pillows were very hard, the AC unit was right above the bed and quite noisy. Breakfast was fine but basic.

Room was beautiful, with a nice shower and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel provided. Water was as well provided-2 small bottles. Pool was nice to have-especially with the heat. Relaxing atmosphere, nice colonial building. Staff was kind-the communication prior to us getting there great-they organized the pick up from the airport. Very convenient. Also organized the transfer back. Breakfast was basic. You can choose from 3 options. Typical, an omelette and a bowl with fruits. This can be improved. Some staff seem a bit disorganized, for example they asked us if we want our room to be cleaned, we said yes and this never happened. Not a big deal but it would be good to take out the garbage at least.

Auch das Badezimmer ist größer als gewöhnlich mit einer komfortablen Dusche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Prima Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind (wie in vielen Hotelzimmer) die fehlenden Haken im Bad.

- Rainer (10/5): - Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmergröße, das ungewöhnliche und schön gestaltete Badezimmer. Am Wochenende war aus der Umgebung sehr laute Musik bis spät in der Nacht zu hören.

- Gabrielle (10/5): Loved our stay! - Beautiful colonial building with beautiful pool area. Very large and comfortable rooms with stylish bathroom! Shower had hot water which is not always available in Nicaragua. Staff were so nice and helpful too. Breakfast was lovely. Very quiet but minutes' walk from the sites. Some very nice restaurants around in the immediate area.
