• Jane (7/5): A convenient base for a treatment visit to the University Hospital in Southampton. - 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, one was ensuite. The kitchen well equipped for a short stay with a microwave, oven, hob, adequate utensils and pans. Site was easy to find, and was convenient for the University Hospital. The hot water pressure in the shower in the 2nd bathroom was poor.
• Bianca (4/5): Go if you don’t mind smells and washing with a kettle - The fact that it has parking available and that it’s an entire flat rather than a room with bathroom. Give a bit of a home vibe rather than a hotel The smell of curry and Indian spices will hit you from the entrance door. My partner and I went straight to sainsbury’s and got candles and room spray to try to overcome the smell and kept the door open for ages and yet our clothes, skin, hair stank of curry by the time we left. Also, no hot water on the last day for more than half a day, i had to call and report, been told it will be solved in half an hour then in 2 hrs i called again to follow up instead of receiving a call to be told they couldn’t fix it. Another engineer was solved and he promised a refund for the final day as a compensation for the inconvenience, refund that never came they acted like this was never promised. I washed with warm water from the kettle.

• Jo (8/5): Good place to stay, would visit again. - Great location, nice to have balcony to enjoy. There was a dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron and hairdryer. Did not hear any noise from other apartments. WiFi was good. Needs more pillows, they were very soft and flat. Bathrooms were not very clean- toilets need limescale remover, and additional loo roll.

• Kiera (9/5): Very spacious! Friendly staff and very comfortable - The location was perfect for us! Only a 10 minute drive from the city centre. The staff were amazingly helpful and cared about our stay! Will 100% comeback again Nothing to not like other than there not being a dust pan and brush in our apartment (but that’s me just being picky lol)

Check in details were concise and sent well ahead of check in time. Good sized 1 bed apartment with a comfortable bed. I've stayed here twice now and would definitely return Shower is abit small otherwise no actual complains.

Good location- can walk to the Common in ~25 mins and cost of taxi from City centre <£10. Enjoy sitting on the balcony, a nice feature which you don't get elsewhere. Beds and pillows could do with being replaced and reception on tv was not great - signal was very intermittent. This was my 3rd time visiting this property so knew what to expect. Preferred layout of flat 3.

• Claire (8/5): Perfect stay for a family. Great location. - The apartment was spacious and bright. Fully equipped kitchen and it was nice having a separate dining area and sitting area. The little balcony is a nice touch. It was useful having two bathrooms. It was perfect for a family of 4. James was helpful and quick to reply to messages. It was very warm (especially for us who had driven down from Scotland!) and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the air vent in the bathroom.

It is in an ideal location and no stress getting the keys and getting on with the weekend. Will be using these more often.

• Monica (7/5): Perfect location for stay near uni - Spacious apartment. Suited our needs (close to uni, parking available). Full and functional kitchen. Instructions for collecting keys were clear. The apartment was as expected (based on information, reviews and pictures on Booking). Although location was at a busy street we did not experience any issues with noise. The layout of the livingroom was a bit odd (watching television from sofa not really possible), but this did not bother us as we did not watch TV. The blinds in the bedrooms are in bad shape and very light which would have bothered me if we had stayed in summer. The beds and furniture have seen better days.

• Mole (6/5): Spacious pleasant apartment marred by a maintenance issue which when fixed would be great. - The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. We liked the responsive under floor heating (we visited in January), the bath, smart TV and the full kitchen with hob, oven and microwave and a range of utensils. It was conveniently located for the places we wanted to visit in and around Southampton. The extractor fans in the bathrooms appeared not to work, but this was resolved when the the owner pointed out where they had been inadvertently switched off. More generally, the apartment appeared to have been fitted out originally to a good standard and has been maintained in response to general wear and tear.; however the standard of some repairs is variable, eg the shower looks like it had a sliding door at one time but now has a shower curtain. instead. More significantly, we have to report an issue with the drainage affecting both bathrooms, which caused an unpleasant smell for a while in the ensuite bathroom and for bathwater to surcharge into the shower tray. The owner responded quickly to our concerns and assured us that they would be dealt with promptly.

Apartment is spacious. - Easy access, great location, off road parking, very clean, comfortable beds, soft towels, hand soap and dishwashing tablets provided. Cigarette smoke in the hallway. Horrible blinds that don’t properly close. Missing a dining chair (we were a family of 4 but there were only 3 dining chairs). A nice lamp in the lounge would be cozier than bright ceiling lights.

La terraza muy sucia (obras). 3 sillas en el comedor para 4 personas.

They responded to me immediately and gave me clear instructions when I asked about checking in as I would be arriving late in the evening and checking out early in the morning. The apartment is in a quiet area. It was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There’s some wear and tear that could be addressed. Both bedrooms had missing vertical blinds so let light in. I would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting - We noticed a nasty musky smell as we arrived and opened up the sofa bed to a absolutely disgusting mattress and we was told the sofa wasn’t supposed to be used as a sofa bed but sitting on it with that underneath is appalling and unhygienic. The other mattresses on the beds were not as bad but very well worn out and slightly stained. We did not stay and travelled back the same day. The own refused a refund and seemed rather rude.

• Dao (7/5): Overall pleasant stay but property will probably need a bit of updating - The location was great for where we needed it to be. We have family nearby but their place was too small to accommodate us so having us all here was great. The property was clean and they were able to accommodate an extra bed for our toddler. The flats were very clean. It does feel a bit dated, the water pressure in both showers in flat 9 was quite poor and the hob over time has lost its numbers so we had to roughly guess what the temperature was. They lacked bowls which was hard for us as a family to feed our little ones. It is a long a main road so can be very noisy.

Main bedroom was a good size and had an en suite. Surrounding area felt safe. Very tiny niggles that would just improve what is already there - oven gloves, towel hooks on back of door.

• Allyson (3/5): Disappointing - Location and size Building work ongoing, loud noise from8.30 onwards. Bedroom blind damaged which allowed builders view into room. Requested repair which was done in a couple of hours by helpful staff. Beds and sofa uncomfortable/lumpy. Freezer iced up in places. Unable to use balcony because of building work. Wooden bed corners protrude from bed and easily catch your shin. Wardrobe wouldn’t close. No shaver point. No bathroom extraction. No parking on last night as restricted by builders materials.
• Lawrence (8/5): Nice apartment convenient to the Hospital - NIce apartment with good facilities. It is located on a main road so there was a lot of traffic noise which was a slight problem. We had some difficulty in finding the property as our GPS took us to a neighbouring building but a phone call to the host sorted that issue out easily. Parking was good. Traffic noise was the main issue and while we were staying there were renovations to the roof which also mean additional noise.
• Thomas (3/5): Such a let down1 - The location. First of all, both car parks had skips in them as they were getting a new roof fitted. The balcony and the table and chairs were full of debris from the building work, so we couldn't sit out. There was no mention of this work when booking ( we would have gone elsewhere ). The apartment itself was clean and tidy. We had to go and buy everything you would need for a weeks holiday from salt, sugar, t bags, coffee, tin foil. There were no basics at all, which is very disappointing after travelling for 12 hours it would have been nice to get a hot drink. The kitchen equipment is old and dated. The fridge door inside is all broken, so you couldn't put any drinks there. The freezer was blocked up with ice, so you couldn't put anything in it, and the cooker is so old you couldn't work out what ring you were turning on.The WiFi keeps going on and off and the lights were doing the same thing. This is the worst apartment we have stayed in and would definitely not return.

The damage to the roof showed that the staff knew of the leak and the fooor boards were warped which showed this wasn’t a new issue
• Naresh Manchi (7/5): - Good location and spacious place to stay Toiletries are very limited. The front bathroom shower is not user friendly. The water from the shower goes very hot or very cold without even changing the tap positions. There were spider webs and small spiders in the hall and balcony area(even on chairs)
