- William (10/5): - The room was very clean and a great price, the beach you can walk to is not so bad it’s very small in between private beaches the water was warm and definitely swimable for sure but I would recommend going to to mayflower beach about 22 minutes across the cape it’s in the bay and the water was so clear and the water was very calm! Pat I believe the owner is very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend staying here to a friend or family and I’ll definitely be back!

The only issues we had was since it's an older motel was noise, the AC units (are new and work well) are a bit noisy as they are wall units. Also, we were on the first floor and could could hear the people above us walking (sounds like stomping) could be because the flooring is new LVT not carpet that could absorb the noise. We'll be back again, the location is perfect, I'll just bring some ear plugs:)

The staff was really friendly and helpful with Pat, the owner, always willing to help even after the office is closed. The beach next to the hotel is not great - very small public area (surrounded by private beaches, not accessible) and the water has too many seaweeds. However, there are golf carts that you can take (free - for tips only) to other beaches that are nicer. The TV can use an upgrade and bathroom can use an exhaust.

The small staff makes you feel very much at home and does everything possible to accommodate guests. The room was very comfortable and the location in Dennisport is ideal. It is close to restaurants and several public beaches. Only minor criticism was weak WiFi service.

The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. There were little things but I paid enough money for this not happen. Especially with only 2 rooms being rented out at the time. Construction being done on property due to water damage. Again staff friendly but obviously preoccupied.

Fridge, coffee maker, coffee, microwave, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, outdoor pool, 24 hour ice machine. Across the street from a small public Beach. The staff is great. Towels were always replaced and room was completely cleaned each day. Couldn't have been more elated by this experience. Will surely be staying there again.

Awesome swimming pool to relax by, very clean and refreshing. Have stayed here several times and have not been disappointed. My only suggestion would be a soda machine/vending machine on site for convenience.

Short drive to Cape Cod Bike Trail and Dennis Pines Golf Course. This hotel has a pool (not open when I was there...too chilly still). It appears to be an older place with smaller rooms...but friendly staff and reliable wireless. Perfect for a couple or solo trip and very reasonably priced for a holiday weekend.

Easy walk to water. easy parking. Small refrigerator but wasn't a problem. Everything was fine for me. It's a place to sleep after adventuring all day. Manager knowledgeable about the area. Need to drive to most everything but that seems to be normal for the entire area. Quiet neighborhood.
