The pool was always kept clean. The design of the bathroom was not good. During showers, the floor kept getting wet. The AC was above the headboard. That's not the place. It should be facing the bed, or side maybe, but not above the head.

Jittrarat (7/5): Family-friendly villa with pool n Sam Roi Yod - We stayed in two-bedroom villa (E4) which is very spacious. The living room, common area is spacious for 4 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. They provide microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle and toaster. The room is clean. The pool is right in front of the room. The hotel also provide shutter service to nearby area. The bedrooms and toilets are a bit dark. There is no separated wet and dry area in the toilet so when you shower the water is everywhere. Breakfast is so so. They don't fill up the food after 9am. We only had what left.

The beach is 600 metres away . On beach road a number of restaurants and bars and some other resorts .Covered tables on the beach for eating and drinking The other end of the Soi is a 7 Elven The resort has a nice restaurant only had 1 dinner there good value The breakfast was perfect Order from set menu not buffet Laundry through hotel was cheap Better to have own transport to get around Lots to see and do Found a restaurant 12 minute drive away called Pin Keow nestled on a small river . had dinner there 3 times excellent value and cheap Definitely will stay here again later this year The staff were all happy and helpful Plenty of other beaches to explore all with beach restaurants About 45 minute drive to Hua Hin so you can go there for all the markets etc easily Little bit hard to locate first time . Suggest have a bigger sign and for the sign to be seen from Soi 19 both ways

Urs (8/5): A nice and quiet resort - The breakfast is served buffet-style, offering European breakfast options as well as Thai food, and the Thai food is cooked very, very deliciously. We had reserved a room in May 2025 for February 2026 and were promised a room with the specified room number. However, upon our arrival we received a different, inferior room with a dirty and dilapidated sofa. Several items were also broken (air conditioning, shower, etc.), which were only repaired gradually after we pointed them out. Unfortunately, the only explanation we received for not receiving the promised room was a series of excuses! - The cleaning team consisted of three people daily, each working simultaneously in the room. Unfortunately, the cleaning was minimal and the various items were only partially restocked. We constantly had to ask for more, for example, toilet paper or coffee, etc. - Notice: Most of the rooms in this hotel are privately owned, and the owners then rent these rooms to the hotel management, which in turn rents these rooms to hotel guests. As a result, each room has its own standard, meaning no two are alike. Therefore, it can happen that some rooms are very nicely furnished, while others have somewhat run-down facilities and furniture.

Jonathan (8/5): Just what we needed after 3 nights in Bangkok. Highly recommend this hotel and area. - The tranquility of the property was just beautiful. The staff are amazing. Nothing was a problem for them. Arranged trips for us at short notice. Courtesy bicycles when we wanted them. Courtesy golf buggy to/from the beach if needed. All in all just a gorgeous place to spend a few nights. The weekend food stalls for sunrise is worth getting up for. The price of the hotel bar/restaurant was a lot higher than local restaurants.

The cycles that are provided for guests are old and well past their best. Maybe time to invest in some mountain bikes that are much more durable?.

Martin (7/5): Overall a nice stay in a rustic setting. - Spacious and clean with the units well equipped. The smell from the bathroom drain plugs can be a bit overwhelming at times. The bedroom ceiling fan had been connected to a dimmer switch rather than a proper multi speed switch which is not only unsafe but made the fan unusable on anything other than the full sped setting. We just kept it off.
Penelope Jane (8/5): Very pleasurable and I hope to return. - The quiet and cleanliness, plus size of the accommodation (I was travelling with my brother and we had a pool suite with roof terrace) were great. Breakfast was more than decent. We only used bikes once as part of the road is very dark and has potholes (and most of the bikes were far too big for me) but we had a car for the daytime and it's a short walk to decent restaurants and bars. The second bathroom was like a cupboard - and there was nowhere to hang a towel in there at all. Plus hot water was very, very difficult to come by - I managed on the first night but the next four days 'tepid' was the best we managed. I didn't ask reception about it as nothing else was a problem.

Mattia (8/5): Where to sleep to enjoy real Thailand in Sam Roi Yot - The resort is nice, the rooms are big and nice. The service for the bar and restaurant is well arranged, and the staff is prepared and efficient. You have many swimming pools around the villas. If you have a car you directly park in front of your room. The design of the room could be better, few electric plugs and located far from tables. Hot from shower could be a bit warmer, but these are really small notes, the hotel is very nice.

Kirsten (8/5): Nice place to stay for visit Khao San Roi Yot Nationalpark - The hotel was fine. The staff were incredibly helpful and helped us arrange a trip and taxi further south. We borrowed bikes and cycled into town to the beach. We are a family of 4. We had apparently booked bungalows with a roof terrace. It was useless and not maintained. When we booked an extra day via Booking.com I had booked a bungalow without a roof terrace and was charged 200 baht. Otherwise we would have had to move rooms. The terrace was worthless and completely neglected. The surroundings were very worn and boring. The beach was not suitable for swimming, the sand was like mud and very uncomfortable to walk in. The kids rented a canoe and sailed around.
Anne-Line (9/5): Supert sted for avslapping og topp utgangspunkt for utflukter! - Stor og fin leilighet med kjøkkenkrok, stor stue, to soverom og to bad. Basseng rett utenfor døren som man deler med 5 andre enheter. Rent og fint både inne og ute. Det er en restaurant på området, the Coconut, hvor det serveres en ok frokost, både vestlig og thaimat. De har også middagsservering enten på restauranten eller som room-service. Betjeningen var veldig serviceminded og oppmerksomme. De booket og arrangerte turer til Phraya Nakhon cave og Kui Buri nasjonalpark for å se elefanter. Flinke og hyggelige sjåfører som kjørte og hentet på severdighetene. I tillegg er det gratis å låne sykler og de har også mopeder til leie. Resortet ligger på landsbygda, så rett utenfor porten er det kuer, høner og kokospalmer på vei mot nærmeste 7/11 :). Det er også en veldig fin strand i nærheten, med flere restauranter. Det er et veldig enkelt gym på resorten, men det ligger også en stor gym noen hundre meter unna hvor man kan betale pr. gang (NW fitness, SRY). Ikke negativt egentlig, men resortet ligger avsidesliggende, ca. 50 minutter med bil fra Hua Hin.

OIHANA (9/5): - Muy limpio. En Julio está.muy muy tranquilo Se trata de 8-9 conjuntos de 6 apartamentos por piscina, 3 a cada lado de la misma. Nos alojamos un grupo de 8 personas. Ocupando dos de ellos. El resto estaban vacíos y la piscina fue para nosotros. Incluye desayuno y está muy bien. Nos permitieron hacer un late check out sin costo adicional. En recepción son muy amables y serviciales Al hacer el check out,, las señoras de la limpieza comprueban que no falta nada y remueven todo (cojines de sofá, camas....) y revisan toallas, vasos. Tazas.......fue violento...faltaba un cuchillo de postre .....afortunadamente no tuvo coste adicional pero nos retuvo 15 minutos más.

Urs (9/5): Quiet and spacious place - Very quiet and convenient hotel, especially if you travel by car or motorcycle, because the parking slot is right in front your room. Not far from the beach. Beautiful garden with a lot flowers and trees. Very nice swimming pool. The room was very spacious including a fully equipped kitchen and the highlight was a nespresso coffee machine. Because we traveled on low season, the delicious breakfast could be chosen a la carte. We definitely will come back to this place. -

Kristian (10/5): Dejligt hotel - Stedet er rigtig hyggeligt og værelserne er i god stand og veludstyret. Fx har de mange tv kanaler og god kaffefacilitet. Stort køle- og fryseskab samt andre køkkenfaciliteter er rigtig fine. Servicen er rigtig god, og personalet er flinke og hjælpsomme.

There are bikes for everyone to ride to the beach which is like 10 minutes away.The breakfast was great too. And the staffs are the most friendly people ever! Highly recommended!!

Alexei (9/5): A very beautiful secluded place. It seems like there are a lot of houses and guests (some of them live there permanently - Location. The concept is a group of seven one-story townhouses around the pool. Bicycles for walking. Friendly staff. Purity. Lack of dedicated shower room.

Plusieurs disposent d’un rooftop terrasse. The Beach Village Resort propose de nombreux services. Le personnel est aimable et au petit soin. A environ 800m de la plage, mais vous disposez gratuitement d’un parc de vélos. Loin de la foule, endroit calme, idéal pour vous reposer. Pas de transport en commun, mais possibilité de louer un scooter ou un side car, top pour découvrir la région avec les cheveux au vent.
