- William (9/5): A good option in the East End. - Helpful staff. Large room with new hardware, refrig, micro, good lighting and a/c - heating. Comfortable beds w/ lots of pillows. Good coffee and quality towels and linens. Parking is a little tight but there are enough spaces and it is included or free.

While I surmised it, the walk to the center of town is about 25 minutes. I'm a walker and it was OK. It might be a bit far for some people. There evidently was an infrequent bus service, but I didn't ultilize it. During "high season." I think this bus runs a lot more often.

- David (8/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s simple yet very comfortable, and the staff are absolutely lovely.
- Elizabeth (8/5): A good budget option with pool for those staying just outside downtown Provincetown. - The room was very clean and we had enough towels and pillows. There was ample room for three of us to hang our clothes. The microwave and fridge are great for storing and heating food. The mini split in the second bedroom worked very well. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The manager is responsive and friendly. I like a very firm mattress. If soft mattresses aren't for you, it's probably a good idea to check with management to see if they have firm beds in some rooms. The bathroom was really cold (the weather was in the 40s) and there was no exhaust fan to clear the steam after a shower. Although there is an electrical outlet/charger in the larger bedroom, there wasn't one in the second bedroom. I didn't see an elevator. For guests with heavy bags or who are less able to climb stairs, a room on the second floor may be undesirable.

- Rachel (4/5): I would never stay here again. Clean but that is the best I can say about this place. Very Thin wall - The room was very clean but so small that it was ridiculous to fit a queen bed in. We could barely walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. It was so small. Room was so small but worse was that this hotel is so far away from Provincetown proper. You need a reliable shuttle to get people in to town. The walls are so thin that I heard our downstairs neighbor throwing up all night. Not fun!!

- francesca (8/5): it was a ton of fun - the rooms were very clean, the only suggestion i might make is to get rid of the carpet and put down laminate flooring it will make the rooms feel less stuffy. otherwise it was very clean and the staff was great. beautiful place and very well kept. the firepit could have been open a bit more later, otherwise the place was great and close enough to town and beach area.

Upside of the location: you're away from the noise of Commercial St Thin walls between adjoining rooms means you can hear your neighbours. Downside of the location: some distance from the main part of town though there is a shuttle bus and the walk there is nice

- Christian (7/5): Will stay elsewhere for holly folly weekend / santa run - Price, location Self-service check in, only five or so guests all packed in around main office - thin walls, early check out (11am) and no accommodation for late check out in off-season. Wasnt allowed to come back to hotel to shower following Provincetowns annual santa speedo run and had to shower at a friend’s hotel where they were more reasonable about check out time. Manager Luis was not helpful at all
