- KAZAL (1/5): 😠 Very Disappointing Stay - Poor Reception Staff and Maintenance Issues - My recent experience at Daspalla Hyderabad was deeply unsatisfactory, primarily due to the exceptionally poor service from the reception staff and a significant maintenance issue in the room. While the Manager was professional and helpful when we interacted, the initial and subsequent interactions with the general reception team were appalling. Specifically, there was one older gentleman who was shockingly rude and seemed completely unwilling to assist or even speak politely. This kind of hostile and unhelpful attitude from front-line staff leaves a terrible first impression and severely detracts from the entire hotel experience. Good staff is crucial, and the rudeness we encountered here is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. To compound the issue, the basic facilities in the room were not functioning correctly. The toilet flush was not working properly, which is a fundamental hygiene and comfort requirement. Having to deal with maintenance issues like this, especially a non-functioning flush, only added frustration to an already unpleasant experience with the staff. The combination of: An incredibly rude and unhelpful older staff member at the reception. The overall unpleasant demeanor of the reception team. A major, basic maintenance failure (the non-working toilet flush). made our stay very uncomfortable and stressful. Although the manager was good, they cannot compensate for the consistently bad behavior of their team or the failure to maintain basic amenities. I would strongly caution others considering staying here.

Though the breakfast was not that lavish and excellent but its presentation by the staff was excellent. The hotel is having an accomodative Manager Mr Karnakar and Mr.B.Udey kumar GM. They were kind and helpful to accept to refund me the advance psyment made by me for 8th july 2025 due to sudden urgency to fly bavk on 8 july 2025. The hotel has serene surroundings and much affordable room rent and on the top is run snd managed by humble and caring staff headed by Mr.Udey Kumar. Good luck. Keep it up. Did not allow me and my wife to check in at 5.30 AM on reaching hotel from airport on 07 July 2025 though I had booking in hotel for early check in. He refused and made us to stay in lobby in that cold and after one hour he charged me additionally half day charges for early check in and then only allowed us to check in in room 403 at around 7AM on 07/07/2025 though Mr.Nageesh another great staff member had promised me on phone that we can have early check in and had made note of it in his books but that did not matter for him At one point we thought that we have first time come to hotel to stay here and it is a wrong place chosen.. Subsquently due to good attitude of Manager and Mr.Udey kumar and helpful nature we set aside our grievences
- Sameer (9/5): Memorable experience and an excellent property - Location is prime, the property is superb, comfortable stay with value for money. The room was spic n span , cleaned and maintained very well. Special mention to Davidson for his prompt room service including the front office team for their quick and effortless smooth check- in experience. The breakfast was superb, a very apt spread without unnecessary frills. Maybe our time of visit was not very apt as there was a lot of noise caused by drilling work on the top floors due to renovation in the morning.
