- MATTHEW (10/5): Older hotel but does try to be nice - The breakfast was actually really good. They were still delivering to the room, which I actually quite enjoyed. My room wasn’t the best layout. Kinda cramped and the small TV was hilarious. But everything else was quite good. I even appreciated the little stool in the bathroom. I slept well. It may be in need a remodel, but for the price I paid, I was quite happy.

Best continental buffet breakfast I've seen in a long time. Staff were unbelievably helpful, we arrived stressed, tired and grumpy but they put us all at ease and sorted everything for us.

Location: the local bus stop is a couple hundred meters from the hotel with buses to Bergamo, they don’t run late at night though.

Gli spazi comuni interni si presentano molto puliti e ordinati, arredi deliziosi. Nota di merito al personale della reception incontrato al check in e check out che è stato estremamente gentile, veloce ed efficiente. La spaziosa stanza matrimoniale con vista sul parco interno è ben arredata e si presenta pulitissima e delicatamente profumata, dotata di ogni comfort: bagno comodo con doccia e sanitari pulitissimi, biancheria candida e fresca di pulito, kit di cortesia (ciabattine, doccia schiuma, saponette, dentifrici e spazzolini, cottonfiok), letto comodissimo, frigobar fornito e snack, tv digitale e Sky, coperte morbide e cuscini extra, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Torneremo di sicuro se dovremo alloggiare nuovamente a Bergamo! Complimenti allo staff!

Hôtel 4 étoiles et je n en ai eu que pour 60 euros par chambre ! Excellente literie ! Personnel très agréable. Décoration un peu désuette mais qui a son charme ! Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux pour 8 euros.

- Tim (10/5): Perle vor den Toren Bergamos - Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig an der Ortsumfahrung Stezzanos gelegen, von der man nichts hört, mit schneller Anbindung zur Strada Statale in Richtung Norden und damit auch zur Autobahn Mailand - Venedig. Gelegentliche Flugzeuggeräusche erinnern an den nahegelegenen Flughafen Bergamo - sind aber im Zimmer nicht störend. Die Außenanlage ist sehr hübsch gestaltet, gut gepflegt und bietet kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Foyer ist freundlich, hell und gepflegt und heißt den Gast willkommen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auf Sauberkeit wird - auch gerade im Bad - großer Wert gelegt. Zur Ausstattung gehören gängige Toilettenartikel incl. Zahnbürste (ohne Zahnpasta) sowie ein an der Wand montierter Fön. WLAN ist gratis verfügbar. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück im ebenso hell und freundlich gestalteten Speisesaal sucht im landestypischen Vergleich seines Gleichen. Die Auswahl ist riesig und reicht von kontinentalem süßem über salziges Frühstück in vielfältiger Variation bis zu Rührei mit Speck und wird durch Säfte, Joghurts, Müsli, Obstsalat ergänzt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind ALDI und dm ansässig. Drei Straßen weiter findet man ein schönes Lokal/Pizzeria mit sehr gutem Essen.

Hotellet erbjöd skjuts till flygplatsen till ett skäligt pris, 17 💶. Rummet var rent hela tiden och personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig.

The check in was fast and the staff very polite. A lot of parking places inside the hotel courtyard. The Hotel is located close enough to the airport which makes it a very good choice for one night stays. You cannot smoke anywhere inside the hotel just in front of the hotel entrance. The breakfast was ... i must say ... superb, various and qualitative, really good ! Also the staff is very polite and nice. I have booked a single room for one night. Clean and quite interesting designed. The only problem with it is the fact that it was WAAAAY too small, ok i understand single room, but actually give 1/2 of a room is not that ok. I surely dont reccomand the single room to any1. I dont know how you advertise it at 18 sqm, but ... its small especially with its layout. Other than that it was a pleasant stay with a big plus for the breakfast buffet !!!

- MODENA48 (8/5): Wedding in Stezzano (Ville Caroli Zanchi) - The hotel was chosen because it was in the vicinity of the Wedding Venue. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were very professional and courteous. The breakfast was also quite adequate. I didn't ask for anything in particular except for a strong cappuccino and they accommodated me. The cleaning staff (Christina) in particular was helpful when I needed help to sip up my outfit for the wedding. Thank you again for coming to my rescue. However, the place is quite distant to town and there is not much to do if you don't have a car to get around. All in all, it was very nice and I would recommend this hotel for someone who just needs a few nights in the area. Bergamo alto however is great and there are numerous restaurants one could choose from...I loved it.
- SandraEll (8/5): Great Airport Stay! - We stayed for one night before our trip home. We had a family room, which had bunk beds for the kids, our bed was comfortable. There is a mini bar in the hotel room, but no kettle etc. The hotel is on a roundabout, so it handy for the road links to the airport, and it is still very quiet. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, which is a little odd for a 4 star? The staff are very helpful though and they will get you a drink. We sat outside in the gardens in the evening and had a drink. There is free parking on site. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of choice and good value for money overall. Staff are very helpful and polite. We ate in a local restaurant recommended by the staff which was superb! We even got 10% off the bill because we were from the hotel.

We stay only one night on the day before our flight, but next time we will stay longer to explore Bergamo the beautiful city. The hotel is almoust new, modern equipment and very clean with friendly and helpful staff.
- Aman (10/5): 1 Night near the airport - We booked the suite, having driven from Lake Garda this hotel was ideal, close to the airport, room was ideal, spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. We had one issue re pricing, however it was all dealt with very professionally and took minutes to sort out. we checked in late and as the food had stopped being served, the hotel helped us with a take away.
- Roberto (10/5): Ottimo hotel per riposare - L'hotel è a pochi km da Orio al serio. Diciamo che l'arredamento ed i colori utilizzati sono di stile un po' datato. Il comfort però è ottimo così come la quiete. Infine la colazione penso sia ottima in quanto la scelta di cornetti e cose dolci è vasta.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Houeskkeping steals, beware!! - my wife had her versace purse stolen and all they could say was i'm sorry but our cleaning staff has been with us for 10 years and they would never do that. I would recommend not to bring any valuables and don't go during warm days because they won't put AC on for you either. Hotels.com was kind enough to give a $250.00 certificate though.

- Ralitsa (10/5): Loved my stay - Very nice and clean hotel. Spacious and surrounded by a beautiful green park. Free parking, free wi-fi (password valid for one device only while I've got three for instance). Beautifully illuminated at night. Reception staff nice and friendly and helpful. No problem with late check-in. Situated in convenient proximity to the Orio al Serio airport of bergamo. Would definitely go back and strongly recommend. Did not have breakfast thus cannot comment.
- Tomas (10/5): Perfect hotel for anyone! - Very elegant, very clean and very comfortable hotel! Love the bathroom and the bed! Spotlessly clean and spacious bathroom! The location was very quiet and there is a Aldi supermarket in a few minutes walk. The area is residential and is really safe, quiet and beautiful. The shuttle service needs to be arranged in advance and is perfect with the Italian driver. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel as we did not make an advance arrangement. The taxi driver was not so honest and went a longer route. It cost us 22.50 euro which is a waste. Do arrange with the hotel as they have an excellent rate and good route.

- Sarunas55 (10/5): One calm night stay with free parking was what we exactly wanted from the hotel - The hotel was in a very convenient location for us with the car and close to Bergamo airport. Rooms are big with all you need. Despite the fact that it is being close to airport, there is no noise or unpleasant sounds. We did not choose breakfast (it is available at extra cost), so cannot say about it. Overall, one calm night stay with free parking was what we exactly wanted from the hotel.

- Peter_Heisenberg (10/5): Too good really - This hotel is just like the pictures. Old fashioned wonderful and in perfect and clean condition. Personnel is so kind and lovely. If this was vacation place we would return every year. Easy parking and 10 minutes drive to airport.

The AC didn't work in our room so it was quite uncomfortable especially considering that we had booked the place for a nap before our early morning flight. Overall hotel was clean and service was good
- 126mar_al (10/5): Super professional and kind staff - nice hotel to host guests in weddings in Stezzano - I organized our wedding in Stezzano and we stayed and invited our guests to stay the wedding night in this hotel The place is nice and good value for money Staff is amazing, they really went the extra mile to help me organize the logistics, I asked Lara to keep track of guests staying (on us and on their own) and she did an amazing job - almost like a wedding planner. They were flexible to allow all all the guests to have breakfast till late On top of their professionalism, they were super kind and attentive to everybody One of the best choices I made whilst organizing the wedding, I would definitely recommend it
