Les services ont été irréprochables, les chambres élégantes et parfaitement entretenues, et l’attention portée aux détails s’est ressentie tout au long du séjour. Une expérience digne d’un 10/10. Je pense qu’un mini-bar dans la chambre aurait été un petit plus appréciable.

- Dennis (8/5): Mooi schoon hotel. Maar zeer slechte communicatie en slechte kussens. - Het hotel is heel mooi en netjes. De spa was ook prima. Bij aankomst sprak de medewerkster geen engels alleen duits. Bij inchecken kregen we het pasje voor de kamer zonder enige uitleg. Op de kamer konden we alleen douche in bad wat erg glad was. Ook de kussen van het bed waren erg slecht geen enkele vorm van steun in het kussen voelde je harde bobbels. Ook roomservice besteld waarbij de medewerkster geen engels sprak. Ook de menu kaart en alle uitleg / info in het hotel alleen in het duits.

Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und schön. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Es gab Bademäntel für den Spa Bereich. Dieser ist einfach toll. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, das Frühstück hervorragend. Eine wirklich große Auswahl inkl. Live Cocking. Wir haben für Silvester direkt wieder gebucht. Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Im Gegenteil, sogar verlängerte Frühstückszeiten und kostenloser späterer Checkout.

- Sandra (9/5): Hotel top- Restaurant flop - Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich toll! Pool,Whirlpool und Saunabereich sehr schön... Super Frühstücksbuffet, nichts, was es nicht gab... Vom Restaurant hätten wir mehr erwartet. Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Speisen und 2 Vorspeisen und alles war nicht unbedingt der Brüller...für die Preise dort enttäuschend... Auch der Service lies zu wünschen übrig, es wurde nicht gefragt ob jemand noch was trinken wollte!

Tolle Lage, Top Service besser geht es nicht Zimmerservice für ein einzelnes Getränk aufs Zimmer zum dreifachen Preis, wenn der Weg in unter zwei Minuten zu schaffen ist, und KEIN Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist. Ist einfach NICHT OK
