As a constructive suggestion a smoking area on the outside patio adjacent to the bar & restaurant would be ideal. It spoilt our stay In sorry to say.

• Carole (8/5): - Antonio at reception was so helpful and welcoming. Huge bedroom and great value for money. Great views and good location if you are fit. Pool doesn't open until 4pm. Dinner doesn't start until 08.30 and is pretty expensive for very small portions.

Si viajas por trabajo, necesitas que comience a las 7:30 como tarde. No hay opción ni de tomarse un café a esa hora. Te "compensan" con un picnic, pero no es lo mismo.

Parace que no se entendieron entre el Spa y el Parador.

El acceso es "complicadillo", pero claro, es que hay que subir a un castillo que está en lo alto de un cerro. Precios propios de Parador (el que algo quiere, algo le cuesta).

Hay algunas cosas un poco descuidadas, la piscina tenía goteras, la ducha manchas de humedad, pequeños detalles. Pondría un servicio de cafetería abierto desde las 8 también para que la gente pudiera escoger el desayuno con más variedad sin tener que optar al buffet ya que la calidad y variedad de la comida es mejorable.

• Franz (8/5): Parador hoch oben bei der Burg von Lorca - Der Parador liegt am Rande der Burg von Lorca. Uns war bei der Buchung schon bewusst, dass der Parador oberhalb der Altstadt liegt, dass die Burg so hoch liegt, hatten wir nicht bedacht. Leider gibt es auch keinen netten Fußweg hinunter, nur die Straße und schlecht beschildert. Da hilft nur ein Taxi oder eine Parkgarage in der Stadt, es gibt auch eine gut gelegene. Beim Parador selbst gibt es ausreichend, im Preis inkludierte Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, nur der Kaffe war sehr schlecht (die alte Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht und der servierte Kaffe ungenießbar). Pool und Spa waren nicht in Betrieb.

At lys systemet med låskortet måtte skiftes på det nye rommet vi fikk som ikke hadde noen utsikt!! At restauranten var stengt på søndag og Cafeterian var omgjort til restaurant uten at noen informerte!! At det var minimalt med unnskyldninger når en påpekte forholdene og ingenting ble gjort med et smil! Aldri mer til Parador de Lorca!!!!

• Yvonne (9/5): Stunning hotel perched overlooking Lorca - A stunning hotel perched above Lorca, next to the castle. Modern facilities and decor, yet cosy and comfortable. Our suite had fantastic views over the town, very atmospheric at night. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again The signposting from the low road isn't clear. The jacuzzi bath controls were very complicated. There were no plugs by the desk. The coffee maker and minibar were in the bedroom, when it would've made more sense (for noise reasons) to have them in the huge lounge and desk area, to avoid disturbing someone still sleeping

Restaurant recht teuer. Personal spricht schlecht Englisch. Kein Informationen / Empfehlungen zur Besichtigung von Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Innenpool könnte gepflegter sein / renoviert werden. Spa kostet 35€ p.P. Extra.

Großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge, reichlich Ablagefläche, Sitzecke, Schreibtisch. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und auf Bestellung frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Cerealien nur als abgepackte süße Flocken vom Marktführer - da hätte ich mir Müsli oder zumindest Haferflocken gewünscht.

El Spa es fantástico, y esta a buen precio, y el restaurante tiene muy buena comida. La piscina climatizada también es muy linda y es un lugar ideal para descansar, en las habitaciones no se escuchan nada.

• Christian (7/5): The Parador is good but the town of Lorca doesn't have what would draw us back again. - Did not breakfast there If the shortcut to the town was ready. If we could enter the fortress/Castillo without going through their entrance because we are guests of the Parador. The food at the restaurant was decent but the bacalao had too many bones and was over salted. Food, we'd prefer to be under-salted, then we can add what we want. The indoor pool was overcrowded for what we would have thought to be off-season.
