- Daria (1/5): - Staff cancelled the rest of my reservation for free after the first night. The front desk staff were nice. Stains on bedsheets, someone else's hair on the floor and in the bathroom, dirty bathroom that's falling apart, uncomfortable beds and pillows, AC that barely works.

Not bad furniture in the room. Cost:) Bathroom very tired and poor, not maintained well. Jammed drain, old plumbing facilities. Leaking toilet pipes. Lack of lighting in the room. Wi-fi coverage not good in the room 1208 due to it’s a corner room (while there is the access point in the room, seems it doesn’t work)

Terraza en mi habitación a la piscina. Dormitorio tranquilo. Buena relación calidad - precio Hablé con el director sobre algún aspecto que podría mejorar, pero en general, todo muy bien. La piscina es grande comparada con otros hoteles cercanos, limpia y las áreas comunes limpias y bien cuidadas.

Auf Frühstück haben wir verzichtet(aus hygienische Gründen).Speiseraum und sogenannte Lobby war nicht klimatisiert. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Pool, allerdings ohne Schirm. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von Expedia. Dieses Hotel darf nicht in europäische Raum angeboten werden.

Staffs are not helpful Room service was not there( cleaning, quality, ac was not working, bed sheet, towel, room toilet was not clean. Food was not quality and tasty. Reception do not know service, they only do check in. Any help they are not willing, Most of them either do not understand or ignore. I talked with them several times about booking by booking.com but they reply to talk with booking.com they can not help to cleaning the room or fixing the ac. It was too hot outside and I have a small baby but they do not bother I think needs to change management and services to get a good position

Purchased a stay with breakfast, to find out at the property that information they had was for room only. Property staff was of no help, called Expedia ( after 2 hour call with various people/ and the property) situation was finally resolved, but definitely ruined the experience. Expedia should correct this not to mislead customers and also to cause negative impression of the Hotel. The disconnect exist and needs to be fixed

- Hersi (6/5): Brilliant location 5mints walk to the beach nice swimming pool clean room and delicious breakfast - Breakfast was good and location was excellent close to beach I have booked a family room with 2 adults and 2 children all inclusive but when I came to check in receptionist said only 2 adults booked and he gave us small room with only one bed, mattress on the floor and I slept on the floor. Next morning they moved us a bigger room but charged us the lunch and dinner which wasn’t fair.

Was not happy with the room as it looked nothing like the pictures but once we spoke to someone in the morning they were happy to move us to the junior suit. This was a very nice room. Best thing about this hotel is that its less then 5minutes away from the beach. The pool area is also nice.

Had to practically beg for a fan as staff said nothing they could do. Eventually staff was able to arrange the repair man and was fixed but not pleasant at all. Hotel food also quite bad. Didn’t eat there even though had all inclusive. Pool quite small but nice. Good for explorers who won’t be staying in much but bad for families and kids

The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not particularly luxurious but for what you pay it's very good value. Swimming pool is small, and food options are limited. Overall I'm satisfied.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 30-minute bus to town - Over all not too bad. You can walk to the harbour but there is nothing there It's really a 30-minute bus ride to the center of town. Antalya is really a pretty big city. We tried walking along the boardwalk for 2-hours and we still did not get there. All in all the hotel and staff are very friendly.
