• Sheridan (6/5): - The motel looked significantly better online than in person. The furnishings were dated and beaten up in my room, and the building overall seemed to be in disrepair. There were also a lot ants in my room and the bathroom floor looked dirty, although it might just be old/dingy. Not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely not worth the price that I paid.

• joe (2/5): - This is the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. I reserved a suite and got a filthy room with a king-size bed. The room smelled musty, the room curtains had seen better days, and the bedspread was old and delapidated. The room key didn't work, so the clerk had to come and use his decoder key several times to get the door open. Additionally, he needed to bang on the lock numerous times to get my room key to finally work. The website advertises free breakfast, but only coffee was available. It also advertises a workout room and sauna, neither of which is available. There is also no bar on site as advertised. This entire facility needs to be inspected and reviewed by the Choice Hotel corporation. It is a rip-off and a total embarrassment to their brand of Hotels.

• Rose (2/5): - The room smelled so bad. The sheets and bedding smelled horrible. While the room appeared clean it was not. This was the worst place we have stayed in several years.
• Brianna (4/5): - There was a sign indicating in the lobby that breakfast was no longer being served. There was plywood blocking access to the second floor. The landscaping around the property was not kept up. There was other general cosmetic issues in our room and around the property. But our 3 year old thought the room was great. We got what we needed - a clean place to sleep - but the general quality of the property was lower than anticipated/advertised.

Outside, weeds everywhere, building looked condemned, second floor boarded off, sections of walls and walkways uncovered and open to support beams, broken and cracked windows, all screens broken, plumbing fixtures very hard to use (had to use both hands to turn on), staff was terrible, rude, extremely hard to understand, room dirty. Questionable if Expedia will be used again because of this experience. Expedia’s description of property was fraudulent.

• Sheila (4/5): Disappointed - We were staying for a wedding. Pictures of the hotel did show a park and shopping center in front. The second floors were block supposedly for remodeling. The second floor above our was crumbling on the end. I didnt feel safe with it or with the area around it. There were tall weeds in all the plant areas.

The parking surface was potholes and falling apart everywhere the laundry facilities were filthy leaking, the rooms were less than good, staff was rude, and the entire property seemed very unsafe

Evidence of vandalism in parking lot/broken glass in parking spaces. Disrepair and ants in room. I don't think I would stay here again.

I had a single bed room, he gave me a double bed room which I didn’t want but said he won’t charge extra. That room door latch didn’t work, trash on the floor, towels was dirty. One room door was open all night that no one was staying in. Disgusting place don’t stay here
• Verified traveler (2/5): Building literally falling apart! - This hotel is literally falling apart! The top floor was blocked off and the overhang was crumbling and falling apart! The pool was empty and full of weeds growing through. There was a burned out room where the door did not close completely. Broken down benches on the patio and swarms of wasps! It should be condemned due to the condition of the building. Our room was not cleaned well ,bathroom shower was dirty as were the floors and walls. The staff was friendly and check in was quick but the condition of the hotel was appalling! We booked non refundable because the pictures online looked decent and we were only going to be there for one night for our childs sports tournament and that was a HUGE misleading mistake!

• Vincent (4/5): - I’ve stayed at plenty of quality inns due to traveling for work. I am Amazed that choice hotels lets this property claim them. Probably should be condemned (or is and they’re still renting rooms) The entire upstairs is blocked off. Multiple rooms are just being used for storage. Pool hasn’t seen water in it since the last storm came thru. Good news is it’s quiet and plenty of parking because they can probably only rent out a dozen or so functioning. rooms. It still has the old quality inn info book in the room explaining the amenities that aren’t there like continental breakfast and wifi. Electrical Outlets in the room are barely in the wall much like the lights in the ceiling. Door to bathroom wouldn’t stay shut. Hairdryer was glowing so fire red that I thought my wife was going to catch fire after the first few seconds she turned it on. Once the shades were pulled shut we couldn’t get them open again, which I’m sure the grass spider living in the curtain appreciated. I named him Blinky and told him not to introduce himself to my wife or he would be losing his weekend roommates for sure. To end this on a good note it did have hot water and the ac worked. Would I pay more than the $70 for 2 more nights online again?probably not.

Our room floor was dirty they still have melted ice on the bucket from whoever stayed there last time. Ice room /laundry were sort of filthy. I feel so bad for the staff I talk to to sound like she was so busy no one is ever on the counter you have to call them.

My party and i check in 5 rooms and we all left within an hour to find another stay. Front service guy was disrespectful and think we are lying until we took him to the room and shown the bed bug crawling. Giving another room but giving my other family the same room with the bed bugs!!! We will be disputing to get our refund. Stay away from this place!
• Natan (2/5): - First of all we did not “stay” here. We checked in and then viewed the room. Upon entering the room we were hit with a strong odor of urine. We were part of a group we had all booked rooms here (5 rooms total). Everyone had a grievance with the property, bugs, smell, cleanliness and above all safety. Tweakers staying at the property and the top floor of the property was closed off and the upstairs walkway appeared very unstable. As if it could collapse at any moment and seriously injure someone. Needless to say all of us in the group had checked out and stayed at another hotel.
• Leo (2/5): - when we got there they were unlclogging the toilet in my parents room. then when we got ino our room it smelled like sewer. the door had been kicked in and the door lock did not get replaced. you can see through the deadbolt and the door latched when the door is closed. all of the upstairs were boarded and looked very unstable. The room they gave us was the room my niece was in and she got moved out of because of bed bugs 20 minutes before we got there. we had 7 rooms booked and we all had to check out at the same time after an hour. not sure how this place is up to code.

Other than that, we had to fidget with the dead bolt on our door to lock it, sometimes it would just unlock by itself, don’t think it’s aligned very well…the floors in the room needs to be mopped, our bed sheets felt dirty and we kept finding what looked like dead gnats on our bed. The bathroom sink started draining REALLY slow the day after we checked in. The fridge is not cold at all even on max. And we had a huge ant problem on the dresser and microwave. The place is a little run down, the parking lot could use a re-pave and their pool was totally drained out.

Washing basin was leaking and unable to be used for the whole period of stay. 3. Pool was advertised - but had NO water and hence a lot of plans that we had was destroyed

• Tanya (2/5): - The worst hotel ever!!! - I have pictures to prove, which I forwarded to Sean Lloyd. It is not a 3-Star hotel. The upstairs balcony was collapsing, the parking lot was a mess, no hot water, and a known meth hotel. And Travelocity does not stand behind it's loyal, paying clients - I have used them for over 20 years - Travelocity will not refund our money. Has offered us $50 to shut us up, but we will not accept!
• Lynda (4/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - The property looks (and probably should be) condemned. It doesn't look like anyone has done upkeep in 10+ years. Employees were friendly, but extremely unprofessional and seemingly as unkempt as the property itself. The entire second floor was boarded off, and for good reason. The floors of the walkways on the second floor were falling down and wires/pipes were exposed. The pool was drained and damaged. The picnic tables in the patio did not have seats or tabletops, they were merely table legs. The parking lot was basically loose gravel and potholes. Looks like it was poured 25 years ago and has never had any service since. The outdoor "green" areas were dirt and tall dead weeds, which were also in the parking lot cracks. There was an old mattress and other furniture trash outside of the dumpster in the parking lot. They had a little note at check in that due to circumstances beyond their control they were no longer serving breakfast. I would have been scared to eat their food any way. The room was reasonably clean but very poorly lit (many lamps did not have light bulbs) and had not been updated since being built. Bathroom was clean enough, but there were two bug traps behind the toilet. I made a reservation online based on the photos and description. I was embarrassed to stay there and would have changed hotels if there had been rooms available anywhere else in town. Since it was just one night and I felt reasonably safe, I went ahead and stayed.
• Jessica (4/5): - The property is run down. Bugs in room. Sink handle broke off. No breakfast even though guide states so. Ice machine but no vending machine so had to get water from a grocery store when it opened.

Upstairs closed and upstairs walkway looked like it was falling off the building. Shabby all around and bit the Quality expected from the brand name

• Martin (4/5): Looks closed but it’s just run down! - Place looks closed and abandoned! Shower knob was loose and could not easily adjust temperature. Checked in after 4pm and they had to check the room to see if it was ready. It was after 5 minutes. VERY dated!
• Lori (2/5): - Hotel is run down and has very minimal upkeep. Advertised as having a pool, which they have an empty pool with weeds growing in the bottom. Room was not very clean, mirror was broken, picture was missing, holes in drywall were patched but not repainted, hairs on sheets, coffee maker in room did not work, no such breakfast as advertised, very noisy and could hear whenever water was running in other rooms. Camping in a tent would have been a better choice. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.

The place is a current work in progress, the new owners are doing a lot and I’ve stayed here a few times in the past year and seen improvements being slowly, but steadily made. the downside right now is that the pool and breakfast type things are not available while everything is under construction, but I still choose to stay there when I’m in the area because I feel safe and the accommodations are good.

After standing in the lobby for 20 minutes ringing the bell and yelling out I had to search the property for someone, and finally found a house cleaner who found the front seat girl. Not worth the savings. No smoke alarm, floors were very dirty. The condition is very poor. The shower pressure was so hard. It felt like it was tearing your skin. I will be turning them into the fire marshal for the smoke alarm, unacceptable!
• Seth (4/5): - The Expedia listing claimed there was a swimming pool, but when I arrived I found the pool empty and closed. If there's no pool anymore then fine, but it's false advertising for Expedia to list one.

Interior of the rooms are good and fairly clean. Showers, refrigerators and TV’s all work, as does the free WiFi. Not the place to impress your honey, but certainly a reasonably priced option if all you are going to do is crash for a night.

• MARIFE (4/5): - The property had cockroaches, the linens were not as white clean as you would expect, the lighting in the room was dim, the surrounding property is falling apart that some areas didn’t look safe. Bed frame is metal so it was a bit noisy. Toilet bowl is tired and not as clean as it should be. Curtains could use a little sprucing up. Bed sheets and blanket are thread bare thin. Check-in staff is nice enough but not the most engaging.

But the state of the hotel was bad no pool no up stairs no breakfast no places to sit real bad status.... price good. It looked like the building was condemned and the second night had someone next to us fighting real loud. Sorry it was bad but stuck in situation I had to stay. I'm grateful for the stay with my dogs.

• Cody (2/5): - I never received and e-mail or phone call and had paid the room. I was a day late and they took my room away. Not cool when I had already paid. Come to find out hotel is next to sewer ponds and falling apart. My buddy staid here and the place is a wreck. An insurance fire waiting to happen.
• STEVEN (4/5): - The only good part was the bed. We slept very well. The metal base was noisy and I have never had one like yours. The WiFi was terrible I was unable to connect about 30% of the time. The bath soap was poor. We never got replacement clean towels. The lights had to be adjusted to work. There was a table but only 1-chair. The drawers were hard to open and hung down when opened and you had to hold it or it would fall out. Even though it was May the pool was not available. The ice machine leaked and had to walk around the leak to get any ice. If your policy wasn’t to refund we would have checked out the first day and moved to the hotel that we stayed at last time we’re there. My sister normally stays at your hotels and this is the worst that she has stayed at. Before I retired I mostly stayed at Hilton family hotels ( I was Diamond status for my last 6-years and spent many nights in their hotels and others too) I never stayed at one of yours and based upon this one I will recommend to others to consider another family of hotels.
• Samantha (2/5): - This property was horrible and unfortunately should not be in service. The clerk at the front desk was neutral in manner. He wasn’t rude but not really friendly either. My husband noticed exposed pipes and wood rot on the outside of the building as we drove around to the room. As I walked up to open the door with the key, I notice the door was propped open by the security latch. I cautiously open the door because I have never had a room door propped open as I’m arriving. As I opened the door I was hit in the face with a horrendous fish smell. This is when I realized the door was propped open because they knew the room smelt horribly. My husband went to use the restroom and the toilet did not flush. My husband and I did not even unload our belongs, we got in our truck and left. We drove around to find a new hotel to stay for the weekend. I’ve never been so disappointed with a Quality Inn.
• Sheila (2/5): - They are renovating upstairs rooms , but you don’t put a single guest next to a guest that has dogs. Was not a pleasant night and early morning.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - A property is decline. 12 years ago was very acceptable and our family group stayed there. It needs a complete renovation or should be shut down.

• Gerald (2/5): disaster at quality inn and suites in minden, nv - the building was in disrepair, the pool was empty and in disrepair, the second floor was closed (probably because it was unsafe), we visited our room, it was not clean and we decided to go to another motel. due to this experience it unlikely we will use hotels.com ever again. i did not think to take pictures of the motel but you would not believe they actually were open for business.

• Verified traveler (4/5): A nasty neighbor with a dirty smelling room - It smelled kinda musty n smokey as soon as I opened the door,... Though it could have been my neighbor who was one of the rudest a-holes I met in a long time,... My gf n I had a little disagreement and this dude comes banging on my door like a cop n after I crack the door n tell him he needs to go away he does after a couple minutes of just staring at me. But not 10 minutes later he's banging on my door again with the manager, the manager was rather decent n calm with me but once this D-head called me a "tweaker" because I was so pissed at him my hands were shaking and given that name calling, I almost ripped his face off but the manager stepped in n told the guy to get outside of his hotel, the guy left my door and the manager and I said we'd talk in the morning,... I went to the gas station and as I left, this D bag comes outta his room and starts towards my door so I told him to either keep steppin or get back in his room he jumped back into his room but seconds later he came back out and ran around the building thinking I'm dumb enough to chase him ... The place all in all was kinda dirty and honestly it felt a bit run down especially at the prices they are charging and considering we were supposed to be able to do laundry there and they told us the washer was broken only to find the cleaner lady using it hours later.... Ridiculousness.

• John (2/5): Dont stay here! - This place was nasty. The room smelled moldy and like that cury smell you get at some hotels. The wifi did not work and the tv would constantly cut out and the phone signal was almost non excistant. The outside was down right scary. This was not a typical Quality inn, it stunk and I want my money back.
• Mary E. (2/5): - It is apparent that Expedia does not have feet on the groubd at rheir properties and simply uses AI or accepts any applicant. This property was very tumble down, so much so that after dealing with a difficult front desk person and driving around the poperty to park by my rented room, I decided to leave immediately. The front desk person "said" they cancelked my reservation. Then the man said, "If you want a refund, call Expedia. He then refused*** to give me any reciept, even though I said he could keep the money, I just wanted a reciept to be sure I got my hundred dollar deposit back as promised. He said, "Your account is Zero, Zero. He would not clarify that and refused ANY type of reciept. The whole thing was very shady on top of being a dilapidated property. What are you doing, Expedia? • Kenneth (6/5): - Close to what we were doing. Grounds dirty, room was alright, bed and pillows uncomfortable, no smoke alarm, broken light bulbs, advertised having free breakfast and was not provided.
