- Charlotte (10/5): Hôtel et chambre très bien mais resto pas top - L’hôtel est très bien, la chambre pratique et confortable. Seul critique à faire : la nourriture de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est cher par rapport à la qualité des produits proposés. Le premier jour nous avons également déjeuné au restaurant de l’hôtel et ce n’était vraiment pas top.

- Yasmine (8/5): Sympathique - Hotel sympatique, la chambre est tres correcte la literie est très bien, le petit dejeuner est très copieux et complet il propose beaucoup de choses. Le spa est bien (le jaccuzi un peu petit). Le personnel est tres chaleureux et accueillant. Le point négatif c est qu il n y a aucun distributeur de snak/gourmandises dans l hotel lorsque le restaurant est fermé et qu on a une petite faim c est un peu compliqué

Sinon la literie et la chambre sont justes parfaites.

Petit déjeuné au top, beaucoup de choix ainsi que le restaurant extra. Spa super, eau de la piscine un peu fraiche. Point négatif, il y avait une odeur de tabac dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée désagréable et oubli à 3 reprises des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre. Sinon tout était tres bien.

- Marco (6/5): Vorsicht Abzocke! Man arbeitet mit Tricks! - Die erste Buchung war okay, alles Bestens! Bei der zweiten Buchung wurden jedoch trotz der Option „Zahlung des Aufenthaltes im Hotel“ und „kostenfreie Stornierung bis zum Anreisetag“ bereits 2 min. nach Buchung die vollen Kosten der Kreditkarte belastet (reserviert). Damit ist der volle Betrag geblockt ohne eine Leistung dafür erhalten zu haben. Nach Aussage des Hotels gegenüber dem Hotels.com Mitarbeiter ist diese Vorgehensweise durch die AGB des Hotels abgedeckt. Wenn man also mehrere Optionen freihalten möchte und erst später entscheidet hat das Hotel MEIN Geld schon mal für 4 Wochen sicher! So nicht! Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

- Anna (10/5): Unexpected Oasis in Chassieu - Very nice and quiet place, well situated. Clean, nice deco, beautiful pool room, Spa with swimming pool, sauna and hammam, gym, free parking, friendly and helpful personnel
- Anthony (4/5): Ok nothing special - Arrived at the hotel and was not recognisable as a best western from the outside, on arrival the front desk was helpful and friendly, whilst checking in they asked for a credit card to be swiped and took €100 from it, on checking out they said it would be put back on my card, but a week later I am still waiting for that to happen and is a payment pending on my card. When having a look around the hotel we looked in the bistro to see what was on offer that evening, but no menu or anyone around to ask. Whilst checking in the reception said the bar would open at 5.30pm so you could have a drink before dining but this was not the case as it didn’t open. There wasn’t much around the hotel to go and eat or drink out.Maybe we caught them on a bad night.

Each person we encountered was extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond and made us feel right at home. We love you, BW Chassieu staff!
- Anjel (10/5): - It was a great location for going to the Lyon Stadium. We were there for the Fifa Women’s World Cup and it was a great choice. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English. Breakfast was just ok but the restaurant at dinner was good. (This would not be the place to stay if you are going into Lyon city center everyday - it’s takes about 30 minutes.)
- Preston (8/5): Bring Speedos if you want to use the pool! - Stayed here for the World Cup. 2.5 miles from the stadium making it super easy to get to and from. Room was clean and quiet, decent breakfast in the morning, no real complaints, a decent value hotel to lay your head. However, if you want to use the pool you have to wear speedos.

It takes approx 25 minutes to get there from the airport terminal.( better have 30 -35 euros on hand for the taxi ) The front desk staff , the SPA personnel and the waiting people are friendly and eager to help .I opted for a late check out which set me back 50 euros )The bathroom had obvious mold staining at the ceiling corners ( I am very sensitive to it ) but at least I was able to open the window and freshen up the room air periodically .The whirlpool in the SPA area does not have a hand rail to help getting in / out of the tub ... major fall risk on a slippery floor . The massage service is in high demand and probably one should book the slot at the same time with the room reservation .Uber , on the way back to the airport is 20-25 euros ....and you can user plastic !!!! yeeeee.....
- David (6/5): OK as a last resort, but other hotels are better - I had a suite which was of an acceptable standard. Unlike Novitel & Pullman, minibar soft drinks chargable even in top room - not good. Poor toiletries supplied. Hotel has poor sound-proofing. Kitchen and dining room noise travels even after 11pm. Not many rooms, but large car park is usually very full. To the staff, the restaurant seems mire important than the hotel. Would not recommend when so many other 4* available that are MUCH better.
