- Amal (9/5): Zufrieden - Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

- Chérine (10/5): A relaxing stay with exceptional staff and great hospitality from beginning to end. - The staff was amazing: always smiling, attentive, and professional. We honestly could not have asked for better service. Everyone speaks French, English, and Darija, so there is absolutely no stress communicating. Special thanks to Abdu, Nourredine, and Yassir for making our stay so pleasant, and thank you to Fayssal for the high-quality eggs every morning and the women ( I don’t their names) for msemens ♥️ Nothing to complain about, overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

- soufien (5/5): - la chambre n’était pas propre, la douche avez des fuites de partout, les draps étaient tacher avec du sang et des fluides , il y avait des poils. nous avons donc appelé là réception il nous on fait attendre 1h avant d’envoyer quelqu’un au final on a pu allez dormir au alentours de minuit. Les balcons ne sont pas nettoyer , et il n’y a pas de sac dans les poubelles . au final le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre la propreté n’était pas folle mais on avait des draps propres, il n’y a pas eu de gestes commerciales absolument rien .honnêtement je ne conseille pas d’y aller je trouve sa pas du tout professionnel pour un établissement 4 étoile , au prix ou nous payons j’espèrer beaucoup mieux

Les oreillers étaient très durs et pas confortable, il y’avait une tache sur le drap du lit et la chambre manquait d’équipement comme une bouilloire avec les sachets de thé par exemple. De plus, le petit déjeuner est très peu varié, à 9h tout est déjà vide et même les couverts ne sont pas mis à disposition.

Breakfast was basic but still good, hotel location is out the way and very quiet but really not far from the city like other reviews I’d seen. Good location, bar tender was amazing very polite and chatty, gave some good recommendations. There was building works going on opposite our balcony so during the day it was quite loud.
