• Ian (7/5): Well run hotel. - Great location by airport but still quiet. Price per night has got to high. Other nearby hotels with similar value much cheaper. On our last two visits, there has been no parking available on site. We had to park on the dusty gravel off site on the street.

• mikepfromSD (8/5): For what it is, it’s very good. - Let's start by providing some context. This is not the hotel you plan for your spring break vacation This is the hotel that you stay at when you have an early flight out of Cabo San Lucas or, as was our situtation - when your flight is cancelled, the airport is shut down and you need a place to figure out your next move...where they also have a bar. Admitedly, the hotel doesn't look particularly inviting when you drive by. Once you get inside, you are met with a clean, modernish interior and smiling, friendly staff. The bartender was very accomodating and patient as we planned our flight out the following day. The room was clean and functional and larger than I would otherwise have expected. The air conditioner worked great. The only disappointment was the beds were a little bit too firm, but much better than sleeping in the airport. Our stay included breakfast and it was a healthy portion and quite tasty. The complimentary shuttle was also great. My compliments to the friendly, courteous staff for making our unplanned stay the best it could be.

• GlobalVillage (10/5): Clean, Comfortable Room, Large (made to order) Free Breakfast, Free Shuttle - After enjoying a great week visiting family in BCS, Mexico, where we stayed in Todos Santos, La Paz, and Santiago, we spent our final night at Hotel Aeorpuerto Los Cabos. The rooms were well appointed, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water (after a day hiking, biking, and visiting the hot springs in Santiago), and it came with a lovely made to order (with some exlusions) breakfast the following morning. We rented our car from Cactus Car Rental which was next door, so it made for an easy return. After breakfast, Hotel Aeropuerto drove us to the airport in a free shuttle. When we return to BCS, Mexico, we'd absolutely stay here again given the comfort, price and proximity to the airport!

No mini fridge , many flights leave early but the breakfast wasn’t served until 0700. There was dust on the furniture and wrinkles in the carpet. I have a disability and had a fear of tripping on the carpet wrinkles. I specifically asked for a room close to the elevator due to my walking disability and the receptionist told me it was near the elevator. The room assigned was 222, almost at the end of the hallway. I feel the translation wasn’t good and we were too tired to pursue trying to change the room.

Then discovered zero internet, with only answer from Marta (manager) that’s it’s being worked on. 5.5 hours later still no WiFi. Asked for our early check in money back since no internet and she flat out rudely refused. Hotel HUGE rip off and reception people all with an attitude and borderline rude. Do yourself a favor and stay in Cabos and not at airport.

O quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso, aconchegante, e bem tranquilo. Mesmo estando próximo ao aeroporto, não se ouve barulho. Recepção foi cordial quando cheguei, apesar de certa confusão com o transfer. As informações que me passaram antes de chegar, em relação ao transfer, era de que bastaria enviar um whatsapp para a recepção quando estivesse no aeroporto. Mandei mensagem, me fizeram telefonar, falei com um atendente, pedi o transfer, após 20 minutos recebi um whatsapp me perguntando se eu "já tinha saído do aeroporto e podiam mandar o transfer". O preço também foi bem mais caro do que imaginava, mas eles cobram pela localização e conveniência, já que qualquer outra hospedagem está distante dali.

Contrate un Uber y al llegar pedí las explicaciones en la recepción, pero no voy a repetir las absurdas excusas que me brindaron. Al otro día, un desayuno mínimo, prometo evitar volver a este hotel.

The restaurant doesn't offer a lot of choices, but the food is decent and the service is good. Just what you need when your flight gets canceled and you need to stay close to the airport. The restaurant gets very noisy quickly. Rooms smelled like humidity.

Der kostenlose Shuttleservice ist nach 23h nicht mehr besetzt, daher entstehen einem hier zusätzliche Kosten für ein Taxi, welche auch nicht erstattet wurden. Dies ist weder der Bookingseite noch der Website des Hotels zu entnehmen. Dem Hotel aber sehr wohl bekannt. Auf die extra zuvor geschriebene Email, bezüglich der späten Ankunft wurde auch nicht geantwortet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen, der kostenlose Shuttle und die späte Ankunft waren der Grund wieso dieses Hotel gebucht wurde. Das Problem wurde am nächsten Morgen vor Abfahrt nicht gelöst, weil scheinbar keiner vom Personal dort eine Entschädigung für ein Taxi rausgeben darf (weniger als 10% der Buchungssumme) ohne den Manager zu fragen, der es bis 11 Uhr nicht ins Hotel geschafft hatte. Die Duschen sind bestenfalls lauwarm und die Zimmer insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist spärlich. Wer hier ein umfangreiches Buffet oder ähnliches erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Man darf sich ein „Frühstücksgericht“ aus einer kleinen Karte auswählen und sich zwischen Kaffee oder Saft entscheiden. Mit dem Gepäck möchte einem auch keiner helfen. Hier stimmt an keiner Stelle das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The staff was very nice and helpful and were able to help with all of our questions. There was plenty of parking at the hotel as well.

• PDS_Tucson (8/5): The best choice at Los Cabos airport - This is the most convenient option for anyone wanting a hotel airport at Los Cabos. Complimentary airport shuttle runs on-demand 24/7. Complimentary breakfast isn't fancy but includes coffee, tea, juice, small pastries and a variety of choices ranging from french toast to chilaquiles or eggs cooked to order. Located right next door to Cactus Car Rental that offers nice vehicles at fair prices and service with a smile. Rooms are spacious and clean with small coffee maker but no fridge or microwave. We also were treated to a complimentary welcome drink that was quite tasty and unique. In summary, this is a great choice for an overnight stay at the airport.

The hotel room had a very bad odour, like a cross between old gym clothes and doritos, and the sheets on one bed were dirty. Perhaps the hotel is understaffed, but it left a very poor impression.

The staff were incredibly warm and checked in to make sure I was okay every time we met. A special thanks to Martha and the rest of the front desk team! The cleaning lady was also fantastic, she did a great job keeping the room spotless. The room looked exactly like the photos. The hotel also very close to the airport, and it offers a free shuttle to the airport, which was super convenient. The food at the restaurant is great too! One of my favorites was the beef fajitas with flour tortillas, they were absolutely delicious! Thank you to all the staff at this hotel for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming! :)

• T1628LWrichardr (10/5): Outstanding Stay - Five Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Hotel Aeroporto! Our stay at Hotel Aeroporto in Cabo San Lucas was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The rooms were more than adequate—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A wonderful surprise was the Hangar Restaurant. We both had the fried chicken with a fresh green salad, and it was honestly one of the best meals we’ve had on our entire trip—top-class in every way. Another highlight was the complimentary 3 a.m. airport transfer, which made our departure stress-free and easy. All in all, this was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we pass through Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommended!

Even asked airport staff to call and they couldn’t get through to someone. Finally walked to hotel. Get to hotel and the reservation we made and paid for on the hotel’s own website and we have a confirmation for - the front desk can’t find. The desk attendant only speaks about ten words to us and isn’t being terribly helpful. No choice since we have to wait overnight for a flight, but this has been miserable
