Each day they provide water and snacks in the room and they clean the rooms daily. Our room was hot and the air didn’t work but the hotel staff fixed it within the day.

The rooms were always extremely clean – special thanks to our housekeeper Esther, who did an excellent job every day. The staff in general was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always very polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is a big advantage: Soho and Chinatown are within walking distance, and there are plenty of subway stations nearby with easy access in all directions. The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations.

Hôtel vraiment bien situé, deux bouches de métro (une à 4 min à pieds et l'autre à 6 min.) Possibilité de prendre le bus devant et en face de l'hôtel pour les 2 sens bien entendu. Le pont de Manhattan est à 5 min à pieds. Quartier sympa pour faire vos achats de souvenirs made in china.(Tarifs négociables) Chambre Propre, nettoyage complet tous les jours. Rapport qualité-prix top, je recommande vivement 👍🏻🙂

Dings and scrapes on walls; peeling wallpaper. Toilet that wouldn't stop flushing without our intervention. Water pressure too light in the shower. Noise carried through walls with drunk people up till 4am. Tiny room. On the plus side, comfortable bed and good location.

The manager, Mr. Lazaro, was incredibly kind and upgraded my room to the highest floor with a beautiful view of the city and the Manhattan Bridge for my upcoming birthday. He also allowed me to check in a couple of hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was great, complete with complimentary snacks and bottled water. The shower always had consistent hot water, and the beds were exceptionally soft and comfortable. I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, which definitely helped me beat my jet lag quickly. The location is also super convenient, with the East Broadway subway station just a 4-minute walk away. Every staff member I had a chat with was friendly and helpful. I did have one minor hiccup when I woke up in the middle of the night to noisy neighbors playing loud music. When they ignored my polite request to turn it down, I went down to the 24/7 reception desk. The staff member on duty handled the situation promptly. Having someone at reception around the clock is a huge plus, not just for situations like this, but for overall peace of mind. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for making my stay as comfortable as possible.

Very small rooms, couldn’t do my back exersices and the gym was three blocks away. Fire department was around the corner and they often did noisy drills.

La cosa che ci ha colpito di più è sicuramente la posizione: si trova in una zona super comoda tra Chinatown e Lower East Side, perfetta per muoversi facilmente con la metro e raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Manhattan. 😊 Qualche piccolo difetto c’è: le stanze sono un po’ compatte e a volte si sentono i rumori, ma niente di così problematico da rovinare il soggiorno. Nel complesso lo consigliamo soprattutto per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, cosa non scontata a Manhattan, e per chi cerca una base comoda, pulita e accogliente per esplorare la città.

Noi siamo una famiglia di 3 persone e tornavamo anche dopo cena senza problemi. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa con biglietto, cibo e acqua tutto a disposizione in stanza. La camera è datata, non pulita. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. Principalmente mi ha dato fastidio la sporcizia

- Cihad (7/5): Solide Unterkunft mit guter Lage, aber mit kleineren Abstrichen bei Komfort und Sauberkeit. - Gute Lage, man kommt schnell überall hin. Check-in war unkompliziert und das Personal freundlich. Für ein paar Nächte absolut ausreichend. Zimmer etwas klein und teilweise abgewohnt.
- JESUS (10/5): - No sirve desayunos pero tiene servicio libre de café en la entrada, maquina de hielo y te reponen a diario el agua de la habitación, tienen un pequeño servicio de snacks y otras cosas de pago, perfecto para visitar la ciudad.

La ubicación esta muy sobre una avenida importante en China town y muy cerca de dos lineas de metro distintas Poco espacio dentro de la habitación pero comodo igualmente
