I brought this to the chef’s notice; however, the response was very cold and unhelpful. The booking process was equally disappointing. I tried reaching them directly, but the response was extremely slow. After almost 48 hours, they got back to me, by which time I had already completed my booking through Booking.com. I also shared this feedback at the reception during checkout, where I was informed that I would receive a callback. Till date, I have not received any response.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the whole vibe felt so grand and peaceful.The room was super comfortable and clean, and we literally spent half our time just chilling there, talking, laughing, and taking pictures. The beds were really soft, and the view from the room looked beautiful at night. Everything felt well-maintained and cozy at the same time. What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was very sweet and respectful and they treated us warmly without making us feel awkward or uncomfortable.I like this girl Zoya Malik she is Beautiful and friendly nature The service was quick, and they were always ready to help with a smile. We also enjoyed the food a lot. The breakfast buffet had so many options that we got confused about what to eat first. The desserts were honestly amazing. Overall, The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel gave us comfort, luxury, and happy memories all together. I would definitely love to visit again with my friends.

- ManiShane22 (10/5): One hotel you should never miss out on - We stayed for two nights and the experience was really good. The ambience Is so soothing and quiet and really clean. Room are neat and clean . Spacious enough. They provided us a Cot for my two years old which was really unexpected. It was a lovely cot and nicely bedded as well. Loved the food at the Dilli 32 Cafe built inside the premises. Chef Abishek made us a perfect Crossiant and pancake for my daughter. They even let us bring the food for her in the Room since she was asleep while the buffet was on. My two year old daughter had a good time at the recreational zone. The staff are way too polite and helping. Manager Saw me waiting at the reception with my baby sleeping in my lap while my husband was doing the check in formalities, he let us go to the room escorted by one of the staff. Very warm and welcoming hotel staff experience we been too.

Also they were warm, ambience of all hotel was superb. Facilities like swimming pool , gym and spa werebwell maintained. Firstly nobody carried our luggage to room. We handled it by ourselves. There was no mini bar in room also the tv was not a smart one which was both surprising to find in a 5 star hotel. Also the spa staff didn’t given us information properly we tried to connect them 4-5 times . Some of the times call disconnected and other issues. At last went to spa directly and got to know slots are alrdy full till the next day. Also the taste of fooad was not top notch as it was expected from leela . But indeed it was fresh and well presented and prepared.

- Nellietheelephant59 (8/5): Super choice of foods with comfortable bedrooms. - Nice pool area and good outside seating corners/niches with fish/lotus flowers/planting etc. Excellent selection of foods both Western and Indian - and an ice cream stand too as well which was super. Very well labelled descriptions on food which was helpful. Hotel was very good in providing a very early cold breakfast with a great choice on our last morning and also breakfast boxes for a train journey for another early start. Bedrooms were comfortable with a wide range of amenities. It is a little way out of the centre but would very happily stay again.

- Coldsideofthepillow (8/5): Great overnight option - The buffet restaurant was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. The room was of a contemporary style and well-maintained. The pool was quite noisy with the lifeguard blowing a whistle frequently. There were not many seats for how busy the pool was.

- Bikram (10/5): Very comfortable and whole family enjoyed it - Excellent service perfect location with all staff and Anu at dine in gave us exceptional service during our stay and dinner at night.
- Mahesh K (9/5): - Enormous spread for breakfast and the head chef was kind enough to ask if we wanted anything else that was not on the buffet. Service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was quite poor and every day that we stayed longer we were ignored even more. All the attention was for the new guests who stayed for just a day or so.
