• Artur (10/5): super Preis Leistungsverhältnis und geniale Unterkunft - Das zweite Mal in diesem Winter und es ist einfach wunderschön. Tiana an der Rezeption ist suoer Nett und eine gute Gastgeberin. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig Bin begeistert und habe nichts zu bemängeln.

• Sergey (10/5): - really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! • The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and give advice. • Breakfasts are tasty and varied, a wonderful way to start the day. • The atmosphere is light and cheerful: new friendships, cozy evenings, and the true spirit of travel. Definitely recommend it to anyone who values comfort, warmth, and positive energy! I really enjoyed my stay, but there's one thing: it's a pity the hostel doesn't have a dryer for ski boots. After skiing, it would be very convenient and add extra comfort for guests. Hopefully this option will be available in the future!

• Kevin (8/5): - Das Essen war top. Zentrale Lage für beide Ortsteile. Bushaltestelle direkt unten an der Strasse. Wenn man vor 17:00 ankommt trifft man ein leeres Hostel an. Kein Personal war da. Ich bin dann einmal durchs Hostel gelaufen und habe die Schliessfächer gefunden. Andere Personen wussten nicht was tun und blieben dann bei ihrem Gepäck. Ich fand das verlorene Zeit. Cool wäre es wenn es einen Beschrieb beim Empfang geeben würde wo drauf steht was die Gäste machen können wenn niemand da ist

• Livio (7/5): - La atención del personal! De lo mejor! Inclusive por un malentendido llegamos a desayunar unos minutos después que se hubiera terminado el horario para hacerlo. El personal de la cocina se desvivió por atendernos pese al retraso y pudimos desayunar muy bien! El personal de la Recepción también muy buenos! No había una plaza de estacionamiento asignada. Me cobraron 10CHF por día y no sabía si podría encontrar un lugar para dejar mi auto cuando llegaba a la noche.

Il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, grazie a tutti per la flessibilità nell'accettare un rimborso di una cancellazione per una stanza fatta oltre i termini di disdetta. Colazione e cena essanziali ma ottime per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Niente. Unica nota per chi soggiorna in questa struttura è che per raggiungere le piste (Cry d'Er o Arnouva) bisogna camminare 10 minuti. Il parcheggio costa 10 CHF al giorno e va prenotato in anticipo.
• Marijana (8/5): Crans-Montana - Bonjour , je suis allé ce samedi à Crans-Montana pour aller me recueillir , l'hôtel est en face d'un étang et c'était aussi tout près du recueillement , j'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner et le prix était correct. Je trouve que l'hôtel a besoin de rénover les fenêtres car je l'ai senti en prenant mon déjeuner le matin , je sentais de l'air froid qui est rentré et ce n'est pas écologique et économique pour l’hôtel. Je pense que Crans-Montana a les moyens de remettre à jour des établissements, vous pouvez faire les travaux petit à petit.
• Laurent (2/5): - rien Vu l'établissement, qui ressemble plus à une colonie de vacances , et à part un accueil très correct à l'arrivée, je suis parti directement chercher une autre solution de secours dans la station , et n'ai donc pas utilisé cette minuscule "chambre" ou je touchais la façade vitrée avec mes pieds si je m'asseyais au bout du lit pour admirer la jolie vue sur les montagnes... Pratiquement 900 CHF les 5 nuits ca fait cher pour une vue.

• Alexandre (10/5): Certamente voltarei. - Limpeza impecável. Localização perfeita, com ônibus grátis a 4 minutos a pé do hostel. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, educados e solícitos. Café da manhã com muita diversidade e muito saboroso, produtos de muita qualidade. Só a vista do quarto já vale o dobro do valor da diária. Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos por 4 dias e reservamos um quarto privado, com banheiro e cama de casal. O tamanho do box poderia ser um pouco maior (sou uma pessoa grande).

Lovely views, good breakfast (repeatable yet you still can eat enough so you're not hugry for at least half of the day) Nothing in particular. • Hugo (9/5): Alojamiento tranquilo, limpio, con excelentes zonas comunes y una fantástica relación calidad/precio - Relación calidad/precio excelente. El alojamiento es enorme, con muchas zonas comunes incluyendo salas interiores y terrazas con unas vistas espectaculares. El personal es amable y atento. La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena, cerca de supermercados y comercios y de comienzos de rutas de senderismo/MTB, además está bien conectado con el funicular que sube a Crans-Montana desde Sierre. El desayuno incluido es excelente y tiene buena variedad. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y en general es un alojamiento tranquilo. La única pega que encuentro son las camas, que son un poco pequeñas tanto en anchura como en longitud y no muy cómodas.
• Noemi (9/5): Sehr Angenehm und Hundefreundlich - Sehr praktisch nah an CransMontana Zentrum, trotzdem noch genug in der Wildnis. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man duscht wird leider alles nass, weil es nur ein Duschvorhang hat und das Wasser nicht richtig abgedichtet wird. Nicht weiter tragisch aber wird halt der Boden nass. Es hat aber eine gute Lüftung (Fenster im Bad) also trocknet es recht schnell.

• Gundegan (9/5): Lovely stay in the heart of the village - Perfect location, and what a view from the balcony! The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, very friendly personnel. The dinner was amazing, great price and very tasty! So was the breakfast, plenty and tasty. Parking is available next to the hostel and costs 10 CHF/day extra. The walls are a bit thin, as the building is rather old. The mattress was super soft.
