• Billal (1/5): Esperienza insoddisfacente sotto diversi aspetti - Niente Esperienza pessima. L’appartamento è molto diverso da come appare nelle foto e le condizioni di pulizia sono davvero inaccettabili. Ho trovato sporco evidente, stoviglie non pulite, forno/microonde incrostato e presenza di ruggine in più punti. La situazione era tale da farmi sentire a disagio e poco sicura dal punto di vista igienico. Un dettaglio che mi ha particolarmente colpita in negativo è stato trovare la carta igienica già aperta e visibilmente utilizzata, sistemata in modo da sembrare nuova. È un aspetto che dà una pessima impressione e trasmette scarsa attenzione all’igiene. Anche l’atteggiamento della struttura è stato deludente: alle mie richieste non è stata proposta alcuna soluzione, ma solo di lasciare l’appartamento, senza alcuna disponibilità o comprensione. Inoltre, l’indirizzo reale non è chiaramente indicato prima della prenotazione, cosa che può trarre in inganno e influenzare la scelta. Considerando il prezzo pagato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente negativo. Non lo consiglio.

Staff molto gentile e professionale perché ha accordato un cambio data con una piccola differenza, ma anche un cambio alloggio che però rispetto a quanto proposto da foto è stato davvero deludente. L’importo per ciò che ci è stato offerto era a dir poco esagerato.
• jingqi (3/5): - None Honestly, I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was a bit of an adventure — and not the fun kind. First, the key pickup situation. We had to collect the keys at one location and then drag our luggage across the street and up what felt like a 30-degree slope. I was traveling with my daughter, both of us pulling large suitcases, and by the time we arrived we were completely wiped out. It took us about 15 minutes, uphill the whole way. Pretty sure we earned a fitness badge before even checking in. Second, the photos in the listing don’t really match the reality. The place looks quite different in person, and unfortunately not in a positive way. That part was disappointing. I understand this is an older building area since it’s close to the tourist attractions, and I can accept that. But the facilities are very outdated — much more than we expected. Also, we spent quite a while looking for laundry detergent, assuming it would be provided. After searching everywhere, we realized there wasn’t any and had to go out and buy a whole bottle ourselves. Not a huge expense, but definitely inconvenient. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the experience matched the price or the listing, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Very good communication re: check in and the lady checking me in was so lovely and welcoming. The property itself was comfortable and clean The property was a bit shabby in areas but still clean. The tap in the bathroom sink was leaking but nothing worrying. It’s on a busy road across from a building site where work starts at 7am. This wasn’t an issue for me but would be if you’re a light sleeper

Selve leiligheten var fin, men burde vært oppjustert inni. Vi fikk rask respons /hjelp fra utleier da vi oppdaget at leiligheten ikke var rengjort da vi kom. To naboer klaget på en søppelpose som stod foran inngangsdøren FØR vi fikk låst oss inn i leiligheten første dagen. Det var lite kjøkkenutstyr (blandt annet ingen kaffekopper), ingen gule søppelposer, skitne stolputer, 3 av 4 stoler knirket veldig da vi satt i dem, skitten lenestol, ødelagt wc, ødelagt håndkleoppheng på badet, søppelkassen på badet var ødelagt, gardin på det ene soverommet kunne ikke trekkes foran vindu pga dårlig oppheng + det var fullt av huller (slitne gardiner), svampen på kjøkkenet var skitten og utslitt (ekkel). Kunne med fordel også hatt en badematte inni dusjen på grunn av at det var veldig glatt.

Nell’annuncio c’era scritto che la colazione era inclusa arrivo e mi dicono il contrario, i piatti e i bicchieri tutto appiccicosi e soprattutto privi di sapone, pieno di zanzare, l’aria condizionata si trova solo in un punto. We came to check into the room and found out that not only our room is a 5 min drive away from the hotel but also that the hotel is an apartment hotel a fact which wasn't written. In addition to the drive we had to do to another street we had to go 4 floors by foot because the elevator is broken and we have 3 luggage. The apartment itself doesn't have an A/C(only in one room). Terrible beds. Broken parts in the rooms. The main desk closes at 22.

Dodatkowa opłata klimatyczna choć na Bookingu było zaznaczone, że to jest całkowita kwota do zapłaty. Uwaga jeszcze na wyskakujące korki. Recepcja i osoby, które mogą wam udzielić pomocy są od godziny 15:30 do 22:00. Bardzo, ale to bardzo zimno w mieszkaniu. Cena wygórowana co do jakości.

• mario.es (1/5): Kategorycznie nie polecam - nic, Zaczynając, że lokal nie znajdował się tam gdzie jest zaznaczony tylko kilka ulic dalej. Lokal stary, wszędzie jest grzyb i wilgoć. Na ścianach grzyb jest w każdym pomieszczeniu. Wszystkie tkaniny śmierdzą stęchlizną a sprzątanie opiera się tylko na zmianie pościeli. Koce i narzuty śmierdzą i miały białe plamy na sobie. W lokalu w kwietniu jest zimno w nocy i nie ma kołder więc pozostaje spanie w tym w czym się przyjechało. Na prośbę o zrobienie coś z tym informacja od obsługi, że w dzień zostało sprawdzone i jest 21 stopni XD. Dodatkowo doliczono nam jakiś podatek w wysokości 26 euro mimo, że booking informował, żę wszystkie opłaty zostały już pobrane.

• Flavio (1/5): Fuja deste apartamento / hotel - da vista do apartamento Eu tinha uma expectativa que o apartamento tivesse as mesmas características de um apartamento do AirBnB. Só que não. A esponja de lavar louça dava nojo. Saí e comprei um nova esponja e lavei toda a louça novamente. Chuveiro péssimo. A temperatura da agua varia de 0º ate 100º em 5 segundos e mudava o tempo todo. Fiquei hospedado por 11 dia. Se é um Hotel, porque não tinha arrumação de quarto e troca de roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. Se é um apartamento para locação como não tem itens para limpeza do apartamento. Depois de reclamar, mandaram 2 produtos. Além disso, como na Itália, um apartamento não tinha taças de vinho, escorredor de macarrão 3 colheres de cafe e mais de 30 pratos de comida. Decoração horrível em um prédio velho e com cheiro ruim. Ninguem sabia a senha do wifi- TV configurada em Polonês e não tinha nenhum canal disponivel. o único ponto positivo e que nos fez não mudar era a vista espetacular da cidade alta.

• Sabina Pegurri (1/5): Disastro alla Castellana - La struttura era al centro e quindi era comodo raggiungere qualunque posto.La signora Marisa che è l'addetta alle colazioni è stata disponibilissima, è un tuttofare(corre di qua e di là,ci ha portato gli asciugamani quando mancavano,ci ha riscaldato il pasto perché il piano ad induzione non funzionava,una mattina ci ha offerto la colazione,ha ascoltato le nostre lamentele)Senza di lei non so come avremmo fatto.Tante grazie Marisa Io avevo prenotato un appartamento con soggiorno con angolo cottura e camera da letto e invece mi hanno dato camera da letto con all'interno angolo cottura.C'era il piano cottura a induzione ma la macchinetta del caffè non c'era è stata trovata il penultimo giorno.Gli asciugamani erano tutti rovinati,il tappetino bucato.Si sono persi le chiavi di riserva e ci sono voluti 3 giorni per farle.Le pulizie che dovevano essere fatte giornalmente,sono state eseguite 5 giorni su 7.Tutti questi inconvenienti mi hanno procurato disagi e una maggiorazione delle spese sostenute.
• Petra (1/5): Disgusting and not to recommend - The location of the flat was ok The flat was very dirty. On the furniture was dust, under the garderobe and the bed have been old chips and other food from previous users. Last but not least the dude scammed us for a few bucks and charged instead of 1 dog for 2 nights , 2 dogs for 3 nights. After confronting the scammer with whatsapp he ignored and declined a partial refund. Obviously the customer service isnt the highest standard, as well as the cleaning service. Beware of the scumbag!

• Piotr (8/5): Bergamo fajne na jeden dzień - Spore mieszkanie z widokiem (z oddali) na wzgórze zabytkowej starówki. Miejsce parkingowe 5min od mieszkania. Bardzo miła i pomocna pani w recepcji.

• MARCELO (9/5): - Son emplacement L’appartement était un peu sale et les fournitures vétustes. L’offre sur le site n’est pas claire car c’est un gestionnaire qui gère plusieurs appartements situés dans le quartier ce qui fait que lorsque vous réservez l’adresse vous ne serez pas à cette adresse précise mais peu être à une autre un peu plus loin. Pour les photos également, du fait que sur l’offre vous avez toutes les photos des appartements en gestion donc cela porte confusion .

• Aigbe (9/5): - The rooms are very large and spacious enough for the family, we really enjoyed it. There wasn't Air-condition, fan wasn't good enough, and there was no fan in the second room, and the hot water kettle was not good.
• Rafał (8/5): Pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania. - Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko na stare miasto i do sklepów w nowym centrum. Duże, przestronne pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia i czysta łazienka. Dużo ręczników. Dobry internet w pokojach. Przystanek autobusowy po drugiej stronie ulicy i pełno miejsc parkingowych w strefie niebieskiej. Brak czajnika!! Woda do gotowania w rondelku. Deska sedesowa do wymiany z uwagi na wypadający zawias. Trochę słabo działająca klimatyzacja.
• Gea (9/5): Uitstekend! Een fijne week gehad in Bergamo. - Centrale ligging in Città Bassa. Alles op loopafstand.
• silvia (7/5): - Amplio y limpio . Bien ubicado. Nos permitieron reservar parking muy cerca del apartamento. No tiene aire acondicionado, y el apartamento era un horno. No aconsejo ir a Bérgamo en verano sin aire acondicionado. Nuestro apartamento era un primer piso , calle con mucho tráfico, tampoco se podía dormir con las ventanas abiertas por todo el ruido que entraba.

• isaac (6/5): - Las camas eran bastante comodas. Estaba muy limpio Con 30 grados por la noche alquilan un apartamento para cuatro personas con un ventilador. La única solución es dejar las ventanas abiertas por una avenida que más bien parece una pista de f1. Para recoger las llaves hay que pasar por una zona zte no se si me llegará una multa pero el apartamento no te informa de ellos

• Toptraveller24 (7/5): - La posizione centrale molto comoda, la struttura ricettiva situata in un edificio storico, la cortesia dello staff. La dimensione degli alloggi molto grande rispetto alla media di Bergamo e dintorni. Purtroppo la temperatura all'interno dell'alloggio (situato all'ultimo piano in cima ad una ripida scala senza ascensore) era molto calda, nonostante ci fosse un ventilatore. Già alle 9 di mattina del giorno di partenza mi è stato chiesto a che ora intendevo effettuare il check-out.

• Monia (7/5): Alte potenzialità poco valorizzate - La posizione, gli spazi dell’appartamento e la gentilezza dello staff. Purtroppo l’appartamento era sprovvisto di tutto…non un sacco del pattume, non un detersivo per i piatti o per la biancheria nonostante la presenza della lavatrice, non uno straccio o una scopa/mocio ne un rotolo di carta assorbente o qualsiasi cosa per pulire in caso di bisogno. Non una bustina di the o la possibilità di fare un caffè…dovendo soggiornare solo due notti, non abbiamo pensato di dover acquistare cose che solitamente si trovano a disposizione nelle case-vacanza. Basterebbero davvero pochi accorgimenti per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e accogliente.
