Martin (10/5): Flawless and highly recommended - Decided to stay here for my last night in Kharkiv as it is so close to the airport. It was a great decision. Not only was the service great, but the room was super-comfortable and the hotel spacious and clean. Service in the restaurant was attentive, and the reception staff were great. Because I was leaving so early in the morning, they arranged for me to take a packed breakfast with me, and also a free shuttle to the airport. Not sure it is somewhere you would stay as base for visiting Kharkiv for leisure as such as it is a way out of the centre, but for the purposes of my trip, it was flawless and is highly recommended.

Un seul désavantage : la suite donnait vers l’autoroute très bruyante. Une remarque à l’hôtel : les télés ne marchaient pas dans les deux chambres. Nous avons prévenu l’accueil mais malheureusement personne n’est venue pour voir le problème.

RICHARD BRUCE (10/5): Hidden pearl - This hotel is like a hidden pearl. Airport hotels are usually impersonal, average or no restaurant. Ovis is outstanding with friendly service, outstanding cuisine and excellent buffet breakfast included. Highly recommended.
Jaroslav (4/5): disappointment - They say that accommodation includes entrance to the pool, but they let you go to pool only from 7 AM till 10 AM when all normal people working or yet sleeping depends on purpose of your trip. also staff on the reception was very unpleasant to assist with anything. all they did care if I have paid for the room. not to mention that I had the most expensive room there.

Travis (8/5): Nice hotel relaxing stay - We had a pleasant stay at the hotel Orvis. When we arrived there was a unpleasant smell in the bathroom, found to be coming from drains. Once we used the showers the odor was gone. Very beautiful spa. The staff were very friendly. For such a nice hotel the minor things need improvement such as the quality of the towels and the doona on the bed needs to larger.

Saeed (8/5): Decent hotel to stay over a night or two - Decent hotel in terms of building, inside facilities and looks. Spacious rooms & halls, decent buffet breakfasts. Hotel staff is ok. However, be ready to pay if you ask for additional towels, shampoo & soaps. It's located on the outskirt of the city - in 2-3 min drive to Kharkiv International Airport, so don't expect to see cafes, bars and other entertainment in the neighborhood - just the ones that are in the hotel. Overall, it's a good place to stay over a night or two on your way to somewhere
Jonathan (10/5): Great Hotel Near The Airport - I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I arrived at about 01:00 and got my room without any trouble or delays. The hotel was about ten minute walk from the airport, and was very easy to find. I was a bit skeptic at first because of the low prices, but was very pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and clean modern hotel. My room (executive suite) was exactly as described. City centre is about 20 min away by car, and you can get there by bus (5.5 UAH, about $0.2) or by taxi (65 UAH, about $2.5). The staff speaks/understands English, is very polite, friendly and eager to help. The breakfast and its variety was quite good. The minibar in the room had decent prices, so did the lounge bar. The spa centre is available free of charge between 08:00-10:00 for paying guests, but I didn't have time to visit. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need to get to/from the airport at some point.

The location is extremely short ride from airport, short ride to center city. The hotel is located near runway of airport. I was not disturbed by the occasional flights. The room rate very very reasonable. The room, a suite, was open, airy feel. There were other amenities that I did not take advantage of such as free breakfast, spa treatment in room.

Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing value for money near the airport. - Even if the location is not fancy, it's the perfect place to stay near the airport. This hotel is an amazing value for money. I have paid 20 euros for a simple but very nice room, everything was working fine and... a free 2 ways airport transfer (at the time you choose). This was a really nice surprise. Food is very cheap and tasty there (working 24/24). For smokers : they have a confortable smoking room on the 2nd floor. Overall it's an amazing value for money! I would not advice to stay there if you want to go in the center, it's not that close and they are tons of other option in Kharkiv but for an airport transit / flight delayed / early morning flight it's the best option ever!
Rick (10/5): New, modern, clean! - This is now my wife and I's favorite hotel in Kharkiv! Oleysa at the front desk was Awesome! We arrived after midnight from Odessa and Oleysa made sure we were comfortable and had something to eat when we arrived. The hotel is very modern and even though it is three years old, it is supper clean. This hotel rivals the best hotels we have stayed in back in the States, but with superior customer service at a fraction of the cost!

The hotel offers spa services but I did not take advantage of this service. The breakfast omelette was very tasty with cheese, tomato among ingredients. It was a short drive to the city. Highly recommend this hotel if you do not mind ride to city and close proximity to airport.
gil (8/5): A night off - My key card didn't work, went down to reception the first time then didn't work again and had to go for the second time. Room was comfortable but stank of cigarettes. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Friendly smiley staff

The staff spent some time booking a ticket on the next fast train back to Kiev. The service was unbeatable. I could not have asked for more. They even took me to the station in the hotel car.
