- elisa (10/5): Breve ma superrr - Francesco direttore e/o proprietario, è stato un pilastro Nell accoglienza e nei servizi!!!ci ha aiutato perché saremmo dovute il mattino alle 6,30 e ci ha fatto trovare una colazione a 5 stelle 🤩 poi anche all accoglienza era lì a aspettarci e sapeva già chi eravamo 😊superrr!!!hotel pulito e in ottima posizione e accanto l eccezionale pizzeria, in cui sinceramente non siamo andate perché avevamo il Nostro cibo dietro, ma abbiamo visto quelle d asporto di altri ospiti 🤩ci tornerò!!!
- Monica (8/5): Buon riposo prima dello Chaberton! - Abbiamo scelto l'hotel Clari per dormire vicino al confine per poi salire allo Chaberton il giorno successivo e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Camera e bagno erano spaziosi e ben attrezzati. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità, varia soprattutto per quanto riguarda il dolce. Appena fuori dall'hotel c'è un ristorante pizzeria della stessa proprietà dove si mangiano specialità campane con sconto per i clienti. Per gli amanti degli animali c'è una bellissima gattona alla reception! Nulla di particolare

- corona (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno e staff accogliente - Hotel comodo, poco distante dalle piste (servizio navetta che ti porta alla partenza degli impianti e viene a riprenderti alla chiusura). Un ringraziamento speciale al Direttore Francesco, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. Ha fatto si che il nostro soggiorno fosse molto piacevole La struttura è un po’ vecchia e le camere non sono troppo comode. La prima notte abbiamo avuto molto freddo perchè il riscaldamento stava difettando ma il problema è stato risolto

- Marco (6/5): - Buona colazione a buffet. Ristorante di proprietà dell'albergo adiacente alla struttura. Purtroppo la stanza assegnata era differente da quella prenotata: bagno in camera per disabili con doccia a pavimento e senza bidet. Mancavano anche la macchinetta del caffè ed il bollitore. La stanza adiacente alla reception è risultata piuttosto rumorosa. C'è stato chiesto di lasciare le chiavi presso la reception che al rientro era incustodita con le chiavi di tutte le stanze sul bancone a disposizione di chiunque. Comodo il check-in on-line anche se senza la verifica dei documenti. La trapunta del letto era poco pulita, abbiamo anche trovato tracce di cenere di sigaretta. Buona la colazione anche se con bevande calde self-service alla macchinetta e cartello con la scritta "È severamente vietato asportare cibo e farsi panini". Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'albergo usufruendo dello sconto del 5%. La birra ordinata è arrivata da mezzo litro anziché da 400 ml. Alla cassa, inaspettatamente, c'è stato chiesto di pagare un euro in più rispetto a quanto indicato sul menu.
- IVANO (7/5): Buon albergo - Posizione Cortesia Pulizia L'albergo rivela qualche pecca nelle parti comuni e appare un po' datato in quanto ad arredamento, nonostante la pulizia ineccepibile delle camere, che risultano comunque adeguate. Materasso da sostituire assolutamente.

L'accoglienza di Francesco, il gestore della struttura è stata meravigliosa, e ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Un soggiorno magnifico!

Disponibilità totale dello staff, da sottolineare la professionalità e gentilezza di Francesco che pur svolgendo il suo lavoro con estrema serietà, riesce a farti sentire "a casa tua" accontentando ogni tua richiesta. Ristorante/ Pizzeria di ottima qualità ( anche gluten free ), a prezzi onesti. Camerieri gentili e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente!

La struttura è vicino alla partenza del ponte himalaiano e alle ferrate della batteria bassa e alta. Il paese a 7 min a piedi. Quando ritornerò sarà sicuramente mia location. - edarcim (8/5): Weekend pre-capodanno a Claviere - Posizione accettabile, appena fuori dal paese ma vicina alle piste, se ci fosse stata più neve si poteva quasi scendere direttamente dall'Hotel. Colazione varia e buona con scelta di brioche e torte oltre che salumi e formaggi. Camera spaziosa, pulita e calda (ho tenuto la finestra a vasista aperta con -5 fuori) Bagno grande e pulito. Convenzione/raccomandazione con ristorante in centro e pizzeria adiacente. Mangiato bene e serviti bene. La SPA con sauna, bagno turco e Jacuzzi ma senza supervisione e senza bevande... Mancanza della navetta per le piste (dalle recensione nel 2023 c'era, forse era una diversa gestione). La SPA a pagamento, per la cifra richiesta poteva essere inclusa e poi mancava la supervisione e la presenza continua di un addetto per fornire asciugamani o bevande. Il prezzo: 220 euro/notte x 2 trattamento B&B 28-30 Gennaio è una bella cifra per un 3*.

- Pierre (3/5): Catastrophique. - Catastrophique. Pain rassi. Fromage un peu passé. Tout. L'accueil inexistant. La propreté des moquettes intérieures. Un restaurant annoncé et finalement fermé. Le tout clôturé par un message annonçant que nous avions annulé notre réservation alors que nous étions sur place.

- Karsten (9/5): - Die Lage ist super. Sehr gutes Frühstück. An der Rezeption 20 Minuten gewartet,bis jemand aufgetaucht ist , dann aber sehr nett und zügig. Essen war ich außerhalb. Richtung Oloux ne sehr gute Trattoria.

- Eckart (7/5): Wir waren auf einer mehrtägigen Mountainbiketour für eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft. - Das Frühstück war gut. Zimmer und Bad waren groß genug und es gab Möglichkeiten seine Klamotten aufzuhängen. Obwohl wir die einigen Gäste waren, gab es ein Abendessen im Restaurant. Wirklich nicht gefallen hat uns nichts.
