- Bernd (8/5): - Tolle und auch urige Zimmer. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage des Hotels zur Lindenhalle. Werde sicher wiederkommen. Die Dusche ist etwas klein geraten, war aber kein Problem.

- Sven (10/5): Alles gut! - Wir waren schon häufiger hier und werden gerne wiederkommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Zimmer ist gross, hat genügend Stauraum und einen hübschen Balkon. Das Personal siwohl im Hotel als auch im Restaurant ist zugewandt und angenehm.

Ebenfalls konnte bekamen wir einen Parkplatz Leider war der Duschschlauch kaputt hat einen unten angesprüht und oben kam kaum noch Druck auf die Brause . Der Zimmerboden und die Stühle sind schwarz, so konnte man einiges an Staub darauf sehen. Hatte im Brauer Zimmer "massive" Bretter an der Wand erwartet, aber es waren Pressspanplatten, das nimmt dem Ganzen das Flair.

Langes Warten auf das Abendessen - die Bedienung interessiert sich nicht für die Gäste. Kein Kommentar und keine Entschuldigung. Das Essen wird auf den Tisch fast geworfen. Keiner interessiert sich für Nachschub. Das war in Paulas Alb und Berg anders. Sehr schade als renommiertes Kulturbierhotel. Zimmer und Ambiente sind angenehm und sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unquote… Einmal habe ich eine ehrliche negative Beurteilung abgegeben und sie wird gelöscht … Das Hotel hat sich nicht dazu gemeldet - was ich schade finde

- Thorsten (8/5): - Der Wellnessbereich ist überschaubar aber gemütlich und ich hatte ihn für mich alleine. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, mir teilweise zu modern. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken relativ offen im Zimmer ist nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Wer noch etwas am Computer arbeiten muss, sollte nicht das Bierkistenzimmer wählen. Sitzt man an dem Ende mit der Rücklehne, hat man keine besondere Beinfreiheit. Sitzt man mit dem Rücken zum Bett, hat man Beifreiheit aber unbequem weil keine Lehne und das Kabel in der Steckdose blockiert das Aufstehen zur Seite. Das Bett ist bequem und der Balkon war bei dem warmen Herbsttag auch ganz nett. Etwas enttäuschend fand ich das Frühstück. Bei schlechtem Wetter muss man, auch wenn nur eine schmale Straße, auf die andere Straßenseite ins Restaurant. Die Brötchen waren schlecht aufgebackene Beutel oder TK-Brötchen, die sich mit dem normalen Messer nicht aufschneiden liesen. Wurstauswahl war Durchschnitt und der Obstsalat machte den Eindruck mindestens am Abend vorher gemacht worden zu sein, da die Apfelstücke schon sehr weich waren.

- Brian (8/5): A short stay - The hotel was clean and comfortable. Some previous reviews talked about the interesting room layout. It was definitely different but overall we found it OK. The room we had opened out into an outdoor eating/bar area so you needed to keep the curtains closed for privacy, even in daylight. To be fair we only booked this less than 24 hours before so this may have been the last room but I suspect not as it is a reasonable size hotel.

- Steven (10/5): Cozy Stopover in Swabia - Have stayed here several times over the past 5 years. Very cool architecture mix historical/hyper modern. Quiet rooms, spacious. In walking distance to everything in Ehingen. Parking is not so straightforward but manageable. Be sure to call ahead if arriving after 21:00 and let reception know if you plan to check out before 7am.

- Michael (8/5): Great stay for my family who were there to watch junior football tournament in the next town along. Not the busiest town - Lovely little town and the setting was nice. Quirky room which had all we needed for our stay. Nothing in particular other than the staff were a little abrupt.
- joerg (2/5): Danke nein. - Wir hatten das Vergnügen im Altbau in einem "Bierkistenzimmer" zu schlafen. An diesem Zimmer war so ziemlich alles falsch: Heizung aus, Wasser nur lauwarm, Rezeption ab 22 Uhr nicht besetzt - Reklamation so auch nicht möglich, Frühstück um 6:00 nicht möglich. Lunchpakete auch nicht. Bezahlen mussten wir es dennoch, weil im voraus bezahlt und eine Rückerstattung nicht möglich wäre. Es war unsere zweite Übernachtung dort, aber ganz sicher auch die Letzte.

- Stefan (10/5): Zentrales Themen Hotel mit spitzen Service - Interessantes Themen Hotel. Witzig, jung. Großzügiges Maisonette Zimmer. Leider ohne Kühlschrank. Man kan ein Mobiles bekommen welches aber Stromlos ist, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt... Frühstück im Restaurant war spitze.
- Petra (6/5): Brauhaus Sonntags leider geschlossen - Wir haben uns so auf dieses Wochenende gefreut, aber leider fing es schon damit an, das die Damen am Empfang etwas überfordert schienen. Als ich dann noch nach den Frühstückszeiten fragte war die Dame etwas leicht genervt. Die dazugehörige Brauerei war leider ausgebucht. Also beschlossen wir für den nächsten Tag zu reservieren und erfuhren, dass diese Sonntags geschlossen ist. Das gleiche gilt für die übrigen Brauereien im Ort. Darauf hin holten wir uns etwas beim Imbiss Griechen. Welcher übrigens sehr lecker war. Das Frühstück welches es zum Glück auch Sonntags gibt ist sehr reichhaltig und auf Bestellung bekommt man sei Frühstücksei wie gewünscht. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, störend war die Klopferei des Zimmermädchens um 8Uhr morgens, an unserem Abreisetag. Man hätte auch warten können bis wir abgereist sind. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ganz angenehm, wenn das Personal noch etwas geschult wird, kann es nur noch besser werden.

The first hotel on our trip with tea and coffee making facilities in room a Nespresso which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a place to securely lock bicycles. The room had a balcony that overlooked a quiet lane. Bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

- Sabine (10/5): Ein etwas anderes Ambiente - Supernetter Service, klasse durchdachtes Zimmer, gemütliches Sitzen auf dem Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wünschenswert wäre eine größere Auswahl des Selbstgebrauten für den mobilen Kühlschrank.
