• Necla (6/5): - Es war nicht möglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen, um Probleme, wie bei uns mit dem verstopften Waschbecken im Badezimmer zu melden.
• Francesca (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Supermarket a due passi, temperatura piacevole anche grazie al ventilatore sul soffitto, posto pulito. Molto carino e suggestivo l’appartamento!
• Pilar (8/5): Completo, bonito y cómodo aunque ruidoso. - El apartamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario, además está decorado muy bonito. La cama es cómoda y el sofá cama es amplio. La única pega son los ruidos, se oye mucho a los vecinos, las pisadas de los de arriba, el abrir y cerrar de puertas de los de al lado... Supongo que las paredes son muy finas.
• Carlos (8/5): Estadía en Happy People Barcelona - En general bien, nos gustó el lugar. Hay un detalle que creo que deben solucionar y es que no hay un freezer donde dejar hielo, en el verano es algo importante y hay espacio para ponerlo.

• Mohammed (8/5): - The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. This does however need to be looked at. Also the hot water takes a long time to get hot so was a bit of a hassle having to wait a while for the water to get hot. Nether the less, everything else was fine and would recommend it and come again. Great location in the city too so everything was near.

• Michael (8/5): - Die Unterkunft lag sehr nah am Zentrum, so dass man fußläufig sowohl die Sagrada Familia wie auch den Park Güell erreichen konnte. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man für einen mehrtägigen Städteurlaub benötigt. Allerdings war es aufgrund des örtlichen Strassenverkehr nachts sehr laut so dass man kaum zur Ruhe fand. Ebenfalls ist negativ anzumerken, dass die Parkplatzsituation sehr schlecht ist und die verfügbaren freien Plätze oder Parkgaragen sehr teuer sind. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.
• Alba (8/5): great stay - Well located, comfortable bed and furnishings. Good customer service. Only issue I would point out were a few loose tiles in the bedroom and bathroom which might lead to tripping and missing shampoo dispenser. Would stay again.
• Christopher (10/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay. Very large 2 bedroom apartment with room for 4 to spread out. Fantastic rooftop terrace with many seating options. Shower door has gaps on both sides, so towels needed to stop water on floor, but good pressure and lots of hot water.
• Rosa (6/5): No tan Happy... - No me parece bien que hasta que no se materializa la reserva no aparece el requisito del depósito de 300 euros. Cuesta como un hotel y tienes que irte a las 11.00 en vez de a las 12.00. Además hay que bajar la basura y limpiar la vajilla. Por otro lado, convendría que renovaran los colchones.
• Tracy (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and spacious for four travelers. The rooftop patio was a nice amenity. It was very peaceful and relaxing with great views of the city. It was close to the major attractions and near Metro and bus stops. I would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - L'appartement était conforme aux photos. Très propre et en bon état. La terrasse sur le toit est top. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Barcelone : on peut se rendre super facilement un peu partout. Seul souci : nous étions dans un appartement au rez-de-chaussée, donc très sombre et humide. Bon, on venait pour Barcelone, pas pour rester à l'appartement donc on a été très content. Peut-être faudrait-il aussi prévoir des étendoirs pour les serviettes mouillées et les maillots de bain. Concernant la communication avec l'établissement, ça n'était pas très clair : est-ce qu'on devait aller directement à l'appartement ou bien passer d'abord à l'office central ? On s'en est bien sorti mais on a vu deux groupes de personnes qui n'avaient pas compris et étaient venus directement à l'appartement. Ce sont des petites choses améliorables mais on a été très content.

• MARCO A (10/5): - Um apartamento com cerca de 70 m2. Sala com cozinha integrada, quarto master com cama de casal e quarto com 2 camas, bom banheiro. Excelente recepção. O site deles peca no check-in que além de confuso, não funcionou. É por ele que se obtém a senha de acesso ao prédio. Mas tudo acabou bem, tendo sido recebido por 2 recepcionistas. Recebemos como boas vindas, uma garrafa de vinho e petiscos. Aprovadíssimo.

• Christian (6/5): Fin lejlighed, men rengøringen halter lidt. - Fin og godt indrettet lejlighed i New Yorker-stil. Generelt fine forhold, men man skal være opmærksom på rengøringen. Derudover har firmaet en underlig politik med at tage billeder af alle beboeres pas. Jeg undrede mig meget over denne politik og gav også udtryk for min undren til agenten der modtog os. Hun lovede billederne ville blive slettet efter vi var tjekket ud, men det er jo ingen garanti. Derudover fandt vi et gammelt løg i køleskabet og sæbe i brusenichen - et tegn på at rengøringen ikke er super grundig. Husk evt. et par ekstra taps til vaskemaskinen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wir waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen in Barcelona. Die beiden Schlafräume waren genau richtig für vier Personen. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer im Appartment. Einmal haben wir am Abend gekocht. Die Küche war hierfür gut ausgestattet.Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Blick über Barcelona. Mit der Metrolinie L5 und L3 ist man in 15 Mnuten im Zentrum von Barcelona. Die Lage war für unsere Aktivitäten optimal. Jederzeit wieder.
• YUKA (6/5): 快適さとは裏腹に壁薄く備品足りず - 法人が丸一軒持ってるアパートなので鍵の受け渡しだけは便利。英語で出来たし。(個人だとスペイン語オンリーの人もいたり、面倒な時間がかかる)けれど、法人だけに？アパート滞在としての利用がしづらかった。フライパンと大きすぎ鍋一つ。普通は湯沸かし器や小鍋、お茶碗などがあり生活しやすいのだが。皿だけ。洗剤も無い。特に皿が汚く悲しかった。フライパン返しもいろんなアパート試したが初めてなかった。 冷蔵庫も小さいし、冷凍庫も極々小さく無いに近く、食洗器があるのをうたっていたから気付かなかったが、洗濯機が無い！！！これは辛かった。 ベットが動いてしまう、何かを絡ませてもズリズリ動くので気持ち悪かった。また、隣の部屋の人の咳まで聞こえるのも不快。上下も薄く、足音も毎日聞こえてて慣れたけど、早朝に上の部屋の人こテーブルを引きずる音で目が醒める事があった。 屋上のルームも洗濯物を干せるわけでもなく一回も使わなかった。写真に騙されないように。広さは値段相当。

• Frank (10/5): The real local experience Awesome apartment! - Close to all the action without paying top dollar for it. 2bedroom Apartment size was very good. Bathroom was clean. Eva, help us with the check in and she was very friendly spoke 4 languages! Rooftop Terrance was nice, wish they would leave it open till 11pm. The area is great, you become one of the locals and you have everything within a 5-10 min walk. Metro is 5 min walk, cafes, grocery stores, Tapas, restaurants, parking, meat store all very close. WiFi had good avg speeds of 5mbs up and down.
• Clarisse (8/5): Quelques défauts mais bien dans l'ensemble - Bien situé à Barcelone, cet appartement est agréable et fonctionnel pour un couple avec 2 enfants. De nombreux commerces sont à proximités ainsi que les transports en commun. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes, notre climatisation était en panne, des poils d'animaux traînaient dans l'appartement et la place du stationnement est très élevée. Faut compter 2,5€ l'heure ou à 800m, 25€ pour 24 heures L'hotesse d'acceuil a été très sympa, c'est dommage que leur bureau ne soit pas sur place.
• Erwin (10/5): Tolles Appartement - Positiv: Sehr geräumig und sauber, m.E. ein super Appartement. Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer U Bahn Station (5 Min. zu Fuß) und die Umgebung ist sympathisch. Etwas mühsam ist der Online Check-In und die Schlüsselübergabe da das Hotel keine Rezeption vor Ort hat. Wenn man es früh genug weiß, funktioniert es aber gut. Leider war das auf der Hotels.com Seite nicht ersichtlich und wir haben es eher zufällig erfahren. Wer sehr Lärmempfindlich ist sollte besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Stay in Barcelona - Just returned from these lovely apartments. They have everything you need for a short break. Towels, hairdryer etc. The only negative is that these apartments are not central they are quite away from sightseeing areas. We did make use of the metro but would have preferred to be nearer the Center.

• Oliver (10/5): Convenient, clean, modern and great roof terrace! - Great appartment and perfect for family, business trips or holiday makers. The shower head didn't work properly but this was a minor issue and has been reported. Check-in was over the phone (they provide a code to get into the room) which was easy IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED your information prior to getting there.
• andre (8/5): Happy people Carer Corcega - Hi, I stayed 10 nights with Happy People. The staff is very friendly and always available for help. The appartment is beautiful. Wi-fi was good. There is a safe. A crib was provided for the baby. The BIG downside is that the building is very old. There is absolutely no soundproofing between each floors. The problem was that people would come in the hotel (checking-in or coming back to the appartment) very late - at hours such as 2 or 3 AM and you would hear all their talk, flushing the toilet, pulling chairs etc. There are rules not to make any noise after 10 pm but sometimes people would just talk normally and if you are a light sleeper : you WILL hear them... bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper !
• Michael (10/5): Family 5 night stay in Barcelona - Apartment was very clean and close to metro (5min walk) with ease of access to city center, Air conditioning in bedrooms would be a big advantage as found it hard to sleep in the heat, Good local restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery's all around the area.

• IrisAnn (10/5): Fresh and spacious apartment - On arrival we were delighted at the fresh look and space of the apartment. The layout was aesthetically pleasing and allowed comfortable living, although only two of us, 4-6 people could share quite easily. The roof terrace was a special addition as it gave us sanctuary from the noisy street below. The location was ideal, giving us easy 5 minute walk to the Metro L5 line, and a thoroughfare of local shops gave us virtually all night amenities. 5 star apartment block!
• sarah (10/5): Beautiful Place - I stayed in September 2015. The website shows several pictures of the different locations that they have in Barcelona, so you are not sure which one you are getting until you arrive there. They require an online check in which after several attempts I could not complete on my IPhone or IPad. They are reluctant to solve these issues by phone; they will encourage you to communicate by email. I ended up going to their office. There, Jay did my check in; he was very nice and helpful. Once you have the keys, you make it to the apartment on your own. The building is shared with regular people, so they will encourage you to avoid being disrespectful to the neighbors. The closest metro station is Camp de l'Arpa. It was clean and beautiful. It has free Wi-Fi, AC, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room, dining room with a table for 4 and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom had a queen size bed and the other 2 twin size beds. The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, plates, cutlery and a welcome basket with tea and coffee. I had an early flight, so for the checkout I just left the keys in the apartment. They booked me a taxi that took me to the airport. I will recommend you to stay here, I really liked it.
• J (10/5): Very pleasant stay in Barcelona - Very pleasant stay, very convenient for going around, 5 min walk to Metro station, nice fruit and grocery shops around, cafes and bakeries. Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Service friendly and overall excellent. We were offered taxi transfer from and to airport and leave our luggage at their office (5-6 metro stops away). Highly recommend. Will stay there again.

• Sumit Sen (8/5): Comfortable hotel apartment - Staff are very helpful and prompt AC was not functioning. Barcelona is hot. Washroom - shower sliding door does not close very well. • Helen (8/5): Happy people Barcelona - Great flat, about 10 min walk from sagrada familia. Taxi service was excellent and saved us a lot of time for not that much more than terminal bus. Take earplugs- old apartment block noisy traffic!
• sofjan (8/5): A Cosy and Convenient Stay in Barcelona - Cosy and attractive apartment, pleasant neighbourhood. Nice place to stay. Apartment kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook simple meals with more than enough crockery for a family of four. However, there was no can opener when we needed one. Apartment staff was friendly and helpful...arranged for taxi transfers airport/apartment/airport for us, met us upon arrrival and departure. Introduced us to the apartment facilities, local attractions, etc. Metro, Bakery, supermarket, nice Italian rotiserries and other shops are all within about five minutes walk. Mostly good with a few areas for improvements: 1. pillows can be more comfortable and supportive - the pillows lack stuffing. 2. thermostat and the heaters was not functioning properly - the apartment became either very chilly or very warm in the middle of the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we would be happy to stay here again in future.
• Cheryl (10/5): Wonderful Apartment. - The apartment was beautiful and fully furnished. Very quiet area with a grocery store just down the street. The staff at the office was very nice and helpful. Since our train back to Madrid wasn't until later that night, they held our luggage at the office for the day so we could continue sightseeing. Would stay there again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to a Metro. Very roomy and spacious. A/c was a little weak and floors were very dirty - had to wear socks or feet were black. Otherwise we loved it.
• Yolanda (6/5): Clean rooms, but no working AC - The location is good, however because we arrived out of office hours we were promised a map with directions to the place but all we got was a map and an address(not even approximate location on the map). The apartment was small for 6 people, plus it had no working AC.. The humidity and the heat were unbearable. The bedrooms were facing the street, so the noise levels were very high in the morning with the windows open to compensate for the non-working AC. Overall, it was disappointing.
