• Anna (9/5): - Удобные апартаменты с видом на море. Всё было в порядке, и с удобствами, и с кухней. Вторая кровать находится на кухне. Душ красивый и новый, но вода очень расплескивается.

• Brigitte (9/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht den Strand in wenigen Minuten. Dort gibt es auch Restaurants. Mit dem Auto wird man über eine weniger steile Straße geleitet. Parken war kein Problem, ich war aber auch der einzige Gast Das Studio war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sogar Kaffee und ein Frühstückssnack war vorhanden. Das Haus ist zwar nicht neu aber sehr gut gepflegt. Besonders gut haben mir die Außenanlagen und die gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Bereiche draußen gefallen. Sehr schön mit vielen Pflanzen gestaltet. Der Rückweg vom Strand kann je nach Kondition etwas schwieriger werden, denn die Steigung ist beachtlich. Mit Rollstuhl oder Kinderwagen schwer machbar. Ich hätte mir die Info, dass der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox bereit liegt etwa früher gewünscht. Das hätte meine Planung vereinfacht.

• Krzysztof (8/5): Szukałem oferty z dwoma sypialniami, - Czystość. Zastanawiam się, pokój z aneksem kuchennym, to to samo, co łóżko w kuchni.

• Pascal (5/5): - Seul point réellement positif qui nous a permis de passer un bon séjour et la terrasse commune bien équipée et notre groupe de 8 personnes était le seul. Les logements proposés pour 4 ne pouvaient réellement recevoir que 2 adultes, 2 lits installés dans la cuisine pour augmenter la capacité, il faut choisir la cuisine ou la chambre. Quant au cabinet de toilette, impossible de faire plus exiguë.

• carmen (6/5): - Está mejor que lo que aparece en las fotos , patio muy agradable para cenar y desayunar, el menaje de cocina muy completo y limpio y un gran detalle para poder desayunar con café , mantequilla ,pan y mermelada. La playa está cerca pero cuidado con la cuesta El baño , y la calle es una cuesta muy empinada que no se puede parar para sacar el equipaje
• THEODORA (3/5): - Ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ μικρό ειδικά το μπάνιο που ήταν σαν ντουλάπα. Δύσκολο πάρκιν σε μεγάλη και στενή κατηφόρα. Δύο από τα 5 βράδυα που μείναμε δεν είχε καθόλου ζεστό νερο, και ένα τρίτο βράδυ τελείωσε πολύ γρήγορα. Η είσοδος του δωματίου ήταν μπαλκονόπορτα. Δεν είχε ιδιαίτερη απομόνωση από τα άλλα δωμάτια ούτε καλή ηχομόνωση. Στις παροχές ανεγραφε ότι θα έχουμε διπλό κρεβάτι, ήταν όντως διπλό αλλά είχε δύο μονά στρώματα αντί για ένα. Η τηλεόραση ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερη από τάμπλετ, οπότε αν κάποιος περιμενε κανονική φαντάζομαι θα απογοητευοταν. Το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργουσε πολύ καλά όπως και το air-condition που έκανε αρκετό θόρυβο κάποιες στιγμές. Το μπαλκόνι ήταν ευρύχωρο αλλά το πρωί δεν υπηρχε κάποια τέντα οπότε ήταν αδύνατον να κάτσει κάποιος με τόση ζέστη.Τελος το Wifi δεν έπιανε καθόλου καλά και ήταν σημαντικό γιατί δεν έπιανε καλά ούτε το σήμα. Αν είχαμε πληρώσει τα μισά χρήματα θα ήμουν ικανοποιημένη αλλά η σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας δεν είναι λογική.

• Έφη (8/5): - Πολύ καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο δωμάτιο σε όμορφη τοποθεσία. Άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Εξυπηρετικότατοι και πολύ ευγενικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες του. Μικρό και στενό μπάνιο. Στα πλαίσια της γενικότερης ακρίβειας η τιμή είναι δυσανάλογη ως προς τις παροχές και την παλαιότητα του δωματίου.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Cosy place, close to the beach. - We travelled with small children and it was great that Villa Teo was within a short walking distance to it. The kids loved playing in the common yard too. Wi-fi connectivity was poor, recommend that the owners install boosters. Would also have been better with a less noisy fan, for the room not covered by the AC.

• Bcwh (10/5): Great value, close to beach and tavernas. - Comfortable and spacious apartment only a few minutes walk from the beach and tavernas. The sea view was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Friendly, helpful owners. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. You can park on the road immediately outside the apartments, but it is very steep and quite narrow. I parked a minute's walk down the hill towards the beach where there's a lay by, and just pulled up outside the apartments to pick up and drop off. It wasn't a problem at all. Nothing.

They both explain everything about places in Kalamata and local things. They also give us advice where to go and that to see +Place and view +Privacy +Sun protection (theft as well) on the windows and dors +Fully equipped backyard which gives a good expression +Safe place and good neighborhood (very quiet as well) +Good furniture and a full kitchen -parking(it's scary to park on a slope) (not related to the property itself) -no oil for cooking (only a single butter (10 gr) per person in the fridge) -light is not powerful enough at the kitchen -Queen bed made of 2 mattresses joined together

• John (8/5): will always have a soft spot for villa teo❤ - we fell in love with villa teo when we came before covid but this time it was more expensive and we didnt get the higher sea view rooms...i think if you want the best experience you really need to ask for them...the lower ones are not as good...theres a great taverna not far away called touristiko and the beach is only a short walk(we love pebble beaches for snokelling)

The description of the place says the beach ia near. That is true, but in-between there is a very steep ascent/descent, which makes it unsuitable for all.

The shared area in front and behind the apartments was very high quality, nicely designed and beautifully kept. As we were only staying one night we chose the cheapest apartment, without a view. If you are staying longer it is worth the extra cost to get a room with a view.

• George (9/5): Excellent value for money, brilliant view, lovely hosts - highly recommended! - Excellent value for money, easy to find, good - although not perfect - location (100m from very busy beach), excellent sea view, large, well appointed and comfortable bedroom with huge bed, cleanliness, friendliness, tea, coffee, biscuits etc for breakfast, immediate response to small problems. Very well positioned for visiting many interesting places: Kitries, various gorges, Kardamyli, Inner Mani, Kalamata, etc. Small (but complete and very clean) bathroom, too bright security light outside apartment with annoyingly sensitive movement sensor.

Extra bonus:coffee and crispy bread with jams for a quick breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff,value for money, highly recommended! the only little thing is that even though the room is spacious, the bathroom is small.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - A pleasant accommodation close to the beach! The family owners are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Wi-Fi and cellphone coverage is patchy in some rooms, so you may need to walk to the beach if you need internet service.
