Pourtant l’hôtel acceptais le animaux de compagnie avec supplément . Pas de sourire, limite impoli, menace de régler 200€ de supplément si la chambre etait sale… ce n’ai pas notre genre de laisser une chambre en sale état… bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement Dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses

- Jeffrey (10/5): Enjoyable - The owner has a very dry sense of humour, and I can see how people might take him the wrong way and not understand him. I personally found the owner very attentive and willing to help at all times. We were there with a group of 22 cyclists. The rooms were clean and the restaurant catered for the group perfectly. For cyclist riding Dieppe to Paris it is the perfect stop off point.

- Erick (4/5): Kamers en badkamers goed maar eten en service 2/10 - De kamer, het bed, badkamer / inloopdouche en wc waren ruim genoeg, proper en zoals het hoort te zijn. De host was bij zijn aankomst bij het hotel eerst nog redelijk vriendelijk maar hoe verder de avond verder ging werd het alsmaar erger en dit tot het ontbijt. Het betreft een enorm hotel met 60 kamers waarvan enkel wij drietjes de enige gasten waren. We moesten bij zijn aankomst al dadelijk betalen voor de overnachting en ontbijt...bizar maar OK... Bij het apero en avondeten ging het dan helemaal mis. Het betreft een Indische keuken restaurant. Het eten was uitgedroogd, heropgewarmd en deels verbrand. De host stond ons tijdens het eten steeds aan te kijken en vroeg de dienster dadelijk een bord dat leeg was weg te halen. Het moest allemaal vlug gaan zodat al het (keuken)personeel kon beschikken. Bij het (povere) ontbijt lagen 2 mini croissants klaar voor ons 3 en een kleine baguette. Er was wat hesp en kaas en een paar soorten jam ... Niemand is nog bij ons geweest tijdens het ontbijt. Na het avondeten te hebben betaald aan de host zijn we niet blijven dralen.... Dit hotel is niet aan te raden voor een gezellig verblijf ....
- Sharp (7/5): Fine place to stay at a very reasonable price but lacks character - The property is good value for money, but is located about 20 minutes walk outside of the town centre. Unfortunately when I arrived it was a very quiet season, so no breakfast was available. There was a great storage area for cycles and there is ample parking too. This property is also a curry restaurant, so there was a faint smell of curry in the room, For me it wasn't an issue and I enjoyed the views over the green fields but others may not like this. Also the room had airconditioning which couldn't be switched off.. so there was also a heater in the room to warm it up, which didn't make sense.

Il n 'y avait pas de chauffage, mais un radiateur électrique dans la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de couette sur le lit, nous avons dû dormir avec nos pulls. Le restaurant n'est pas ouvert le dimanche. Il n'y avait pas de personnel en permanence sur le site.

Petit déjeuner à 11.50 avec du pain surgelé, des croissants rachauffés mais surgelés aussi et un tout petit choix d'articles. le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas du tout. Me rendant compte à 23h que je n'avais que le drap housse et pas de drap du dessus. Ca peut arriver mais c'est ennuyeux, d'autant que l'accueil est fermé. On est hors horaire d'accueil mais l'absence de drap n'est pas ma faute. Tant pis: j appelle le numero de téléphone de l'hôtel. ☎️ On décroche 👍 Je donne mon nom et numéro de chambre et decris ma situation rapidement et poliment 🙏 Je m'excuse bien sûr pour le dérangement. La personne ne dit rien et me raccroche au nez 😵😞 Je m'enveloppe comme je peux dans mon drap housse qui devient sac à viande, et passe une nuit pas si agréable dans cet hôtel annoncé comme 3 étoiles.🤥 Le lendemain, l'erreur est corrigée mais le raccrochage au nez est maladroitement justifié par des antécédents de clients éméchés appelant de nuit sans motif. 🤔 Une réponse qui m'a laissé perplexe : pourquoi alors avoir décroché ? 🙄 En bref, il y a une marge de progrès dans la gestion de l'attention au client dans cet hôtel , au demeurant plutôt bien équipé.

- Ayman (6/5): - location, comfortable, breakfast. No air circulations in the room. The hotel relies on fans in the room for each room to use them, however that does not bring fresh air to the room.
- Bizieux (6/5): Un peu déçu, vu les commentaires précédents. - Très bon accueil, très bon petit déjeuner. Le radiateur électrique ne fonctionnait pas ! Et nous avons été réveillés par un tapage nocturne vers 5 h du matin, qui a duré, duré !! Personne à l'hôtel n'est intervenu pour calmer les "excités". Par ailleurs, les matelas sont plutôt durs.
