Nous avons eu un superbe accueil, très chaleureux dans une entrée très colorée. J'ai entendu d'autres clients remerciant de l'accueil. Très bon relationnel que je souligne. La chambre n'était pas grande mais tout le confort y était et propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bien. A proximité il y a de très bons restaurants également ! Je recommande vraiment ce lieu où je reviendrai volontiers !

- Patricia (4/5): Pas de sens commercial - L'accueil de la propriétaire le soir était minimaliste;(sommes arrivés à 19h30 après l'avoir prévenue) le petit déjeuner paraissait bien mais quand j'ai demandé un deuxième morceau de baguette ,on m'a dit que l'on n'avait droit qu'à un seul morceau ,j'ai trouvé cela très mesquin A ma demande si l'on pouvait rester le matin un peu plus longtemps(11h était l'heure indiquée) elle m'a répondu que je serai facturée une journée de plus.Mon compagnon était en train de faire un trail à la Ronde Cérétane (évènement local)et j'attendais son retour pour qu'il puisse au moins prendre une douche. Au petit déjeuner la propriétaire m'avait dit qu'elle était une ancienne triathlète,on peut dire en tout cas qu'elle n'a plus aucune compassion pour les personnes qui font du sport! A mon départ à 11H pile elle n'a même pas pris la peine de me dire aurevoir alors que je l'ai croisée dans l'escalier après l'avoir réglée La cerise sur le gâteau a bien sûr été que j'ai été débitée deux fois du montant de la chambre(2x135,50) . si je n'avais pas été attentive je pense que je n'aurai sans doutte eu aucune nouvelle.J'ai été remboursée dans des délais raisonnables sans le moindre d'excuse ou d'explication. Si le métier d'hotelière ne lui convient pas (sens du public et du service,gentillesse,courtoisie,geste commercial) mieux vaudrait faire autre chose

Les chiens sont accepté et c’était pour moi important l'emplacement est au top . mon époux participait à la ronde céretanne et l'emplacement est idéale pour etre a l"heure au départ. mauvaise odeur dans la chambre émanent de la salle d'eau. le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend les gens qui monte l’escalier et entre dans la chambre a coté.

Literie confortable gâchée par une protection de matelas plastifiée qui bruisse à chaque mouvement dans le lit. Petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif et quantitatif.

- Jérémy (8/5): Très bon séjour au pied des Pyrénées ! - Hôtel très bien situé, au centre-ville de Céret. Personnel très accueillant, disponible. Chambre (avec terrasse), au calme, propre. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon rapport qualité-prix. Il manque quelques porte-manteaux et accroche serviette (par exemple sur la porte de la salle de bain). La chambre avec terrasse est un peu petite pour deux mais l'aménagement reste cependant fonctionnel.

Wat extra geld uitgeven aan een grotere kamer, met hopelijk ook een groter bed. Daarnaast zijn kamer 31 en 32 niet aan te raden. Om de 30 seconden klinkt ergens een soort buzzend geluid, dag en nacht. Oordoppen zijn dan echt de enige optie om te kunnen slapen.

La Radja i el seu marit son uns anfitrions de primera i ens vam sentir estupendament al seu hotel. Net, acollidor, tranquil i molt cèntric. A més, cap problema per trobar lloc per aparcar ja que está al costat de dos parkings molt grans. Repetirem.
