Shower looked brand new and provided good pressure Some wear and tear in the room, ranch slider was a little bit dicky and kept coming off track. Extraction fan didn't work in bathroom. Was pretty happy though.

O espaço é confortável e amplo, ideal para quem valoriza comodidade. Além disso, está próxima de mercados, trazendo ainda mais conveniência no dia a dia. Fui muito bem recepcionado pelo recepcionista da hospedagem, que foi atencioso e prestativo. Nenhuma reclamação ou oportunidade de melhoria.

• Mary Joyce (7/5): Comfortable - The surrounding area was quiet and tidy during our stay. The bed is comfortable. The facilities are average. There was enough carparks. The pillowcases smelled used (sweaty smell) though they looked clean, no exhaust fans in both kitchen and bathroom (there was one in the bath but it was not working). The moist and smell (when we cooked) stayed in the room. We ensured that the windows were opened during the day which was not ideal when it’s too cold these days.

• Devi (9/5): - Place was close to city center like 10 dollar drive in Uber. Very neat and maintained well. Spacious and cosy too. We liked our stay and its value for money.

• Kari (8/5): A nice hotel and a comfortable stay. - The room was very clean and spacious. It was fully stocked and easily somewhere you could stay for a number of days. It had courtesy laundry. It was an easy 20 minute walk to city centre. There was nothing to dislike.

• Moss (10/5): Couldn’t fault it - Great Location. Great value for money. We initially were given a top floor unit but because my travelling companion was elderly we asked to be in a downstairs unit and they obliged without delay. The unit was warm and comfortable. It has everything we needed for our stay. There was a 2 burner induction cooktop, unfortunately we couldn’t get it working with the frypan they provided but would be a good option for meal prep if you could get it to work saving always getting takeout. Everything was tidy and well looked after. The bathroom was a good size and well laid out. There was also a hot water cylinder cupboard in the room which was a good option for drying damp towels. The pull out sofa bed was great and the motel left sheets and a quilt for me to use on it without being asked. This essentially made a 1 bdrm unit into a 2 bdrm unit. All in all, a great value motel option when visiting Christchurch.

• Ligi (10/5): - We stayed in a suite and our stay was quite cheap for a 4night stay so there were doubts BUT our room was super clean, towels and kitchen cloths were replaced every day. We had left dishes in the sink to do when we returned for the day and the staff had done our dishes aswell as vacuumed the entire room. The staff were very friendly, we will definitely stay here again.

The door is hard to open completely, get stuck by the carpet just outside the wardrobe door. Probably due to newly laid carpet in the room. The facilities seem a bit old inside the room.
