• Otravelmuch (10/5): Always clean and comfortable - I have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always great. The last time I was there one woman appeared in charge was running between the desk and breakfast. She seemed overworked but was friendly and doing a great job. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This time I was in a room on the first floor. There was a substantial amount of light coming in from the hallway, which I don't remember in the past. If it's a first floor thing, maybe ask for a higher floor.

Due to wonderful st - Staff when checking and and checking out was amazing Empty soaps in the shower, had to get some from the front desk (who was amazing by the way), and trash cans were left on the chairs.
• Bowyer (1/5): Bad hotel! - Close to the freeway The hotel clerk tried to put me in a smaller room than I had paid for. Room was very dirty. Staff was very VERY rude. Especially the kitchen staff. I would NEVER recommend staying here.

• Camper64013807740 (2/5): Worth no more than $45 per night - Moldy shower, moldy wall paper, fabric seats are old and have lost most of the foam/padding volume. They are darken by years of not being cleaned. There is trash on the ground and the trashes are all full! The pool is closed, the gym is small and badly equipped. The laundry is $2 a load in detergent, $2.50 to wash, $2.50 to dry. The laundry machines are old and in decay. The walls are not noise proof at all! The location is not great when there is traffic nearby, which is normal.

I had to contact the front desk to tell them that I paid for a premium room not standard. Had to wait until the next day to speak with assistant manager to have them refund the difference between room prices and for the hassle gave 10k member points. However, I have never had these issues with their nearby competitors, so don't plan on returning

For the price, everything should have been working. - Queen beds were comfortable Hide a bed was terribly uncomfortable, there was no padding just springs. The bathroom was not very clean, the pool was closed and the pool in the next building was not heated and the hot tub was barely heated. The breakfast was bare minimum. The coffee was lukewarm. Almost all the gym equipment was broke.

• Margaret (9/5): Friendly staff and renovated rooms - The staff was so welcoming! We had to book a room at the last minute because we missed the last ferry to Anderson Island. It was late and we were grumpy from a delayed flight and no dinner. The friendly staff immediately cheered us up. I was able to get some food from their little pantry store and the front desk attendant took the time to grab me a plate and some hot sauce! They are renovating the rooms and we got one that had just been completed. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Also the coffee in the lobby was really good! The only negative I can think of is the new gray painting in/out of the bathroom was very sloppy as paint got on the bathtub and there was a big splotch on the back of bathroom door which looked like something was dragged through the paint while it was wet. The new wallpaper was a nice pattern, but it was already peeling up at the bottom where a narrow strip was placed next to the tub. The top edge of the tile trim that was used around the base of the bathroom walls was unfinished. Bullnose tile should have been used.

• Mobile24430413824 (10/5): A small slice of heaven - I had a great experience overall...I love the staff, the hotel is clean, quiet, and has a lot convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The location is amazing. I would recommend this hotel when your in the area, whether it's personal or business...you won't be disappointed.
• Rachel (7/5): Nice overnight stop - The staff was friendly after a long day. The room was very spacious. The shower was nice and hot. Linens and towels were clean. Selection at breakfast was lovely. The room recently had an above leak, because there was a patch job that had staples leftover from a tarp in the entire bathroom, seems unprofessional for a repair job. The walls were very beat up and stained. Mirror had clear hand prints in the bedroom so it clearly wasn't cleaned between guests. The hotel is under renovations right now so maybe it'll be addressed soon. Also, the breakfast hot foods could have been a little warmer.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The dog fee is $75 plus arbitrary, nonrefundable "incidental" fees, NOT $50 as is listed on hotels.com. In fact, for one night, the fee for my dog was $91.46, with $10 of that allegedly being refundable. We'll see. It's my understanding that it is the responsibility of the hotel to keep hotels.com updated--leave it to a Hilton hotel to be as exploitive of the consumer as possible. I'll also say $50 is already insanely high compared to the $30-$35/night charged by other hotels, but we'd been driving all day, it was late at night, and we just needed a place to crash, so we decided to bite the bullet for what we presumed would be a little nicer hotel. BUT THEN the bathroom was gross and dirty--the toilet area smelled like old, dry urine and the shower had grime caked up around the edges. Considering the price for two humans for one night (excluding the unconscionable dog fee), we certainly had the impression this would be a slightly more comfortable experience. The late night front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal. Thomas was a delight, and he even cheerfully delivered a blow dryer to our room at midnight (since apparently that's not a standard thing at this hotel).

• Sarbast (8/5): Weired AC system - Everything was great, but we could not sleep well because of the weird AC system. AC system has a motion detector, so it shuts off after 15 -20 minutes if no motion in the room, so it runs well as long as you move around in the room, but once you are in bed then it shuts off :(:( it was a hot day, and I had to get up from the bed and move around for few minutes every hour to get AC activated, so I had an interrupted sleep and felt groggy at the morning. That system is very disturbing indeed.
• JENNIFER (10/5): Fantastic Stay - This hotel was by far the best we stayed in over the course of a week and 5 different locations! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. There was some statists noise, but nothing that could’ve been controlled by staff. The area is easy access and very nice also. It’s a nice spot to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but still have quick access.

Beds were okay, bathroom was basic, and staff was mediocre.
• N6089ACkathyc (2/5): Awful stay - Checked in late July 23, 2025. The next morning notice that after a shower you were taking a bath. The water was up to our ankles. requested maintenance to come fix the drain. The next day the same thing, requested maintenance again. Then the next day still no one had come to fix. We had an event on Saturday afternoon had to suck it up and take a shower. That is when they show up to fix the tub drain, 3 days later. Checked out earlier then we planned, and told the girl behind the counter and she didn't care, she said thanks for staying with us and have a nice day! Now for Breakfast, they never kept things refilled and when 10am rolled around they were pushing you out, now I know 10am is the cut off but you don't have to be so rude about it. Never again staying there. Home2Suites right next door. That is where I have always stayed. Love it there. A lot nicer rooms and the staff are a lot nicer too, even the person who was working the breakfast bar. Why we were at the Hampton Inn instead of Home2Suties is a story for another time :)

• Louis (3/5): Very upset that items I know I left in a drawer in my room were not properly investigated. - Location was ok. Breakfast area was nice . Items left in room (my fault) were not properly investigated and researched. Hotel has no protocol for this and I was told that items were most likely disposed of. Spoke to assitant manager did not help either. Never contacted me again as promised.

• Linsey (8/5): - The property is currently under renovations so parking was crowded with lots of storage bins in the parking lot. We stayed 2 nights and they did not service our room to make our beds or refresh the towels. I let the frontdesk person know and he was not helpful stating that they only service every other day and I should have been notified the day of check in. I believe that if there is a two night reservation they should have at lease come in with fresh towels and made our beds. Not full service but some service otherwise we would have chosen a VRBO. Overall I usually like staying at a Hampton Inn this experience was less than our normal expectations.

• THERESA (10/5): great stay - A 1 night stay for us. The room was huge! plenty of room for our family. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our son who slept on the pullout couch said he could feel the springs in the mattress all night. The breakfast was good and had many choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and all the typical breads/pastries and fruits. The pool hours were 10 - 10 and we arrived at approx 9:30pm so it was tough to get a swim in for the kids in the morning but the pool was heated so it was a nice swim. Staff was friendly.
• Tina (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our second time staying at this hotel. Overall the experience was great. The only thing I would say negative is the bathroom tub wouldn't drain. We told the front desk. They said they would send someone to fix it, but it didn't get fixed. We had to watch to make sure the water didn't overflow when showering.

• Thomas (4/5): - Our room was pretty dirty upon our arrival with empty containers, cans bottles, wrappers, etc... underneath tables, chairs, beds. We were there for five nights, requested room service on three different days because they never showed up to do it and they never did do it. Had to go down to the front desk after coming in one day at 11:00PM just to get clean towels and toilet paper. There was something going on in the parking lot. There were a bunch of storage containers and one night we had to park almost a quarter mile away because there were no spaces available in the motel lot... When we mentioned this to the front desk they just kind of said, oh well... The overall condition of the property and the room, aside from being dirty, was fairly nice... I've stayed at several Hamptons and will seek them out, when they're available in vicinity of our travel, but I would not return to this one!!!

• Eric Lane (10/5): - We came down to DuPont to escape the fireworks war zone that our street turns into every July 4th. This was a perfect 2-day getaway. So many positives: dog friendly, super comfortable beds and pillows, great, responsive, helpful, friendly staff, a pool (we didn't swim but we could have) and even a decent gym - dumbbells up to 50 lbs, two adjustable benches and a double cable rack, plus a lot of cardio equipment. There is a Starbucks, a Subway and and teriaki place place across the street. And: no fireworks!
• Kristina (6/5): - I used to frequent this property a lot years ago and never had an issue. Until this last time. I booked through Expedia per usual. Check in was 3pm we got there about 4pm. Room was not available yet as it was still “dirty” according to front desk. She said it would be 20-30 min. I said okay. Waited patiently for over an HOUR for our room we booked in advance. When we walked in they did clean it but the noticeable damage to the walls, dirty chairs, water stains on wall, shower squirted everywhere but center mass. The beds were very comfy and it is a safe area which we appreciated. But our stay could have been 10x better.
• Fikret (10/5): Awesome Jet-Lag Rest - We arrived from Europe and were jetlagged. It was a great break for a very tired family of five! They had 2 queen beds, and a pullover sofa bed! Awesome!
• Kevin (2/5): - There is no parking at this place at all. We seen it was pet friendly and when checked in they charge $75 plus $10 for a pet, any place I have ever stayed at was only $25.
• Kellie (10/5): Clean and spacious! - We stayed in a queen suite and it was HUGE! What an awesome room for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was kind and breakfast was as good as continental breakfast gets.
• KRISTEN (6/5): - The property is going to be renovated and it is obvious that it is necessary. There is no parking as it’s being used for trailers on the property, very inconvenient.
• JENELLE (10/5): - We checked it at about 10 PM.....couldn't find a handicapparking place. Had to park a great distance drom the hotel! Otherwise, excellent stay! Staff was wonderful! Couldn't ask for more!
• F (8/5): - It was quiet and staff was friendly. The only complaint i have were the trash cans in the room were too small. It fills up quick especially having children.
• Gordon (1/5): General manager needs to be replaced. - What I liked about the hotels where the employees the assistant manager picture and the front desk lady I don't know her name but I know that she has 14 kids but she is very professional she looks the part and does the part very well. And Victor always looks professional. He should be the general manager and the front desk lady should be the assistant manager. Because they are making the general manager look good when she doesn't deserve the credit. The management here is very unprofessional she dressed like she just walked off the street. Now the assistant manager Victor dresses professionally everyday in a suit he should be a general manager. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind she should be the assistant manager. The main reason for this is because the general manager upon being told that we had asked to extend the room and the lady who extended our room missed the checkout date so we ended up having to move the hotel for one day. Now as general manager she should have recognized that her employee had made the mistake and fixed it. But instead her response was oh well there's nothing we can do we are all booked. If that is the case then why is she a general manager.? The reason for management is to be able to solve difficult problems when they arise and she failed at this not only did she not consider our personal feelings but we ended up having to move rooms and we are senior citizens. We ended up having to actually move buildings not just rooms we had to move buildings there's two hotels in this parking area. So like I said she dressed on professionally she acted on professionally she did her job on professionally and she should be replaced by the employees that do care and do try hard. I don't understand why she was hired to be the general manager of these hotels. Somebody has gotten it wrong. Because the real good employees are working beneath her making her look good. When it is really the employees that should have her job.

• Ronnie (8/5): Nice facility with friendly staff and amenities. - Breakfast was very good, good customer service and staff were friendly. Shower head was too high to adjust the spray which wasn't comfortable.
• harperc747 (10/5): My experience was pretty good but Yolanda made my experience AMAZING!! - Yolanda is a worker at the front dest and she is so nice and literally the best person ever. She is so loving I love her so much. This girl deserves a raise.❤️❤️
• Sharon (2/5): - I recently stayed at this property and not only did I not get the room that I paid for but the bathroom was dirty and still did not get a room to replace the room that was sold out.
• Patrick (4/5): Decent accomodations with a leaky foyer and lackluster customer service - Breakfast was pretty good We were told by the hotel that our request to have two rooms fairly close together could be accommodated, and we booked several weeks in advance. Upon check in, we were told close rooms were not available and there was nothing that could be done, and our parties ended up staying on separate floors, less than ideal. Also, there was a leak coming from the ceiling by the elevator that someone could have slipped on.
